Best place to stay if you visit HNL! The hotel is quite far away from Waikiki, but its worth it. Parking is relatively cheap since you are paying resort fee. Room has balcony and very big bed! Loved staying here! will def come back.
Staff were very helpful and friendly also!

The hotel offers excellent service; the front desk staff are welcoming and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and complete facilities, especially the modern bathroom. The breakfast selection is extensive and tasty, catering to various tastes. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing is slightly inadequate, allowing occasional outside noise. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a good choice for both business and leisure travel.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful! Great location. Would definitely stay there again. The hotel appears a little dated, with old, stained carpet, but I believe they are remodeling.

This hotel is quite good. It's a 20-minute drive from the airport, and the surrounding area has plenty of amenities. Waikiki Beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and you can go to the Hawaii Shopping Center in the other direction. The room facilities aren't complete, but overall it's clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The balcony is especially large, offering beautiful beach views, and it's very relaxing to sit out there.

The location is great! It's situated on a commercial street just two blocks from Waikiki Beach, so it's super close to the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you'll never have to worry about finding a place to eat. The cleanliness and service were also top-notch; the staff were very warm and attentive. The environment is lovely, and there's even a bubble pool on the first floor to enjoy. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night with the street traffic, but having a small balcony to enjoy the view more than makes up for it! It's just so convenient, and the price is reasonable too!

We were given Room 08 in the Ewa building, and the balcony view was exactly as pictured. Even though we were on a high floor, we could still faintly hear the lively party music at night, but it didn't bother our sleep. I'm not sure if it would be an issue for lower floors. Getting to the beach was super convenient – just cross the street, turn right, and you're there. The waves on this part of the beach are very gentle and consistent, so I'd recommend renting a board and heading out. The hotel providing beach towels and chairs was a nice touch and very convenient. The room itself was quite spacious, and while it felt a bit dated, the restroom and bathroom had been renovated with updated fixtures, including a Japanese toilet. The only downside is that the bathroom space felt a bit cramped.

The room was clean and tidy, and offered a view of the yacht harbor. The hotel service was great, always ready to help guests with any issues. It's a bit far from the heart of Waikiki, but that's not an issue if you're driving. Right across from the hotel entrance, there's hourly parking for $1, with plenty of spots available, which is convenient and affordable.

I've stayed at this hotel twice before for my Hawaii vacations, and the service has always been great. Since most flights arrive around 11:00 AM, I've usually been able to check in early for free if there was an available room, allowing me to go straight to sleep. However, this time I had to wait until after 4:00 PM for check-in. To get into a room immediately, I was asked to pay an extra $150. Given the time difference and my urgent need for rest, I agreed to the $150 surcharge. But then I was told that if I switched to a different room type, it would be an additional $80 per night, and they would waive the initial $150.
First, I have to say the hotel is very good at marketing. Second, it would be much better if the hotel booking website clearly listed early check-in prices. That way, I could book it in advance online and get into my room to rest sooner!

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a Waikiki Trolley stop right in front. Despite the affordable price, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathrooms are spotless. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and even accommodated our last-minute request to extend our stay. I'd definitely want to stay here again.

The view wasn't what I expected, but it was good enough. I was satisfied. I wondered if early check-in was possible, but I was lucky enough to be able to check in right away. The beach towels were available for unlimited rental, which was really convenient whenever I went to the beach. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice for the price of low $223 but they charge $45 per day of activity fees but I never used. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the central Waikiki area but is OK. The breakfast buffet is good and includes in the room package. The only problem is that they only have valet parking for $60 per day. It took them 45 minutes in the morning to get my car down on day 1 and we missed the tour. The other days were 10 to 15 minutes. I guess they don’t have enough parking so they have to double park and triple park. I tried to park at the adjacent Banyan lot but all full after 8pm. There are no other viable option other than valet parking in the hotel.
GGuest UserWe had a great stay at Ala Moana hotel. Hotel is connected to a very large mall which gives access to many shops and food outlets. The hotel is well located in walking distance to the yacht harbor and even Waikiki beach. Staff is very friendly and all kinds of facilities are available. Breakfast is generally good, but unfortunately the food selection doesn't really change, so if you stay a bit longer it could get a bit boring
GGuest UserThe hotel setting is relatively simple, the overall environment is quite good, close to the beach, the hotel parking is not Ouhugui, self-parking 35, hotel parking 40, there is an important thing! It is necessary to live on the high floor, 10 floors or more is the best, we were arranged to the 3rd floor on the first night, there is a very common kind of annoying Xiaoqiang! Later, I communicated with the hotel at night and changed to the 12th floor. It was really scary. I must live on the high floor! !
The area where the hotel is located is located in Lahaina. There is a place to buy and eat in 5 minutes by car. There is ABC. Don't worry about breakfast. There are also pharmacies nearby. In short, it is not bad. ~

CcrenminThe whole resort has a very good atmosphere. You can watch the sunset. There is also a saltwater lake where you can go snorkeling. You can see turtles at the shallow end, and you can also see a lot of fish, tropical fish, and dolphins. There is also a large swimming pool. The holiday atmosphere is superb. It’s just that there are small flying insects in our room, which is annoying. In addition, the house is old and the facilities are old.
RRenjianmeiyoutaifengWhen you first arrived at the hotel and looked for a parking lot, you discovered that parking costs fifty dollars a day. For a househusband or a couple traveling together, you feel that these fifty dollars are not worth it because it is not close enough to the hotel. Then you hurriedly found the front desk, but they couldn't find your reservation because the three hotels were combined. You need to take a 1km/h train to reach your front desk. Then after a long wait, a voice of aloha called your attention back. After your soft and hard offensive, the hotel finally agreed to your request to check out at 11 o'clock, and upgraded you to a seafront room. Sure enough, you were awakened by the noise of birds the next day, and the running and crying of children made you feel that you were not on vacation. Okay, I can't make it up anymore. It's a good hotel.
AAnonymous UserThe front desk was very friendly and gave me coupons for consumption downstairs. The location is super good, downstairs is the beach, and I was upgraded to a sea view room on the third floor. 24-hour valet parking is $60. The shopping mall opposite has a full range of brands, so there is no need to go to the outlet mall.
GGuest UserThe balcony of the sea-view room only offered a tiny glimpse of the sea, which wasn't what I expected. It primarily faced other buildings. The room wasn't cleaned daily.
However, the welcome drink is a nice touch, especially since it's served in the pool area. You can enjoy a drink with a sea view in the afternoon, which is great.
The hotel's private beach area isn't very large, but it's conveniently close to where you can borrow towels. There are many places nearby where you can directly book activities, which is quite handy.
Right downstairs, there's an ABC Mart and a really good cafe.
EEmily Rose LDelightful hotel in a prime location: surrounded on a peninsula of sorts by lagoons/“ponds” filled with wildlife like herons, turtles, and fish. Each morning there are people fishing and enjoying the park next door and the pool is situated to enjoy all of this beauty.
The rooms are basic and dated but you have what you need and if you have a relaxed Hilo mindset you’ll probably enjoy the 60s tropical vibe as much as we did! Very basic continental breakfast (bread and fruit only), but an okay-looking restaurant on site. There is also a small party/liquor store and a gift shop.
Advice on how to make your experience feel like a resort:
- book room 416 or something around there: one with a balcony in the Oceanside.
- grab some meats and cheeses from the supermarket and if you can, hard boiled eggs or the like to supplement your breakfasts (there’s a fridge in your room and you can put your continental breakfast from the hotel in a To Go container that you re use each day).
-get up early each day to have breakfast in the balcony and enjoy your view a couple hours before the day’s activities. So special and relaxing!
CCaizhenxuanIt was my first time in Hawaii and I didn't make a reservation in advance. I made the reservation in a hurry and checked in very late after traveling a long time. The hotel customer service was quite nice. The room was quite simple, but the view outside the window was beautiful. Overall, the price/performance ratio was very high. The most unexpected thing was that the hotel's food was very suitable for my taste.
