This was a first class experience!! From the valet parking and bellhops when we arrived to the gorgeous room and view!! Super cool amenities, we really enjoyed the pool, exceptional!!
We would definitely recommend going to Mount Airy and we are looking forward to coming back again!
Shout out to the amazing staff at the hotel for being very helpful and accommodating!
The room is warm, clean and comfortable. It is very large and close to Wharton. There is a huge gift shop downstairs! There is a coffee machine and bottled water in the room, which is very considerate. If I go to Penn again, I will choose to stay at this hotel again.
My experience was 5 star. The water pressure was great, the HVAC system was quiet, I never heard it cycle off and on, the bathroom light was perfect for makeup, the mattress was comfortable and so where the pillows and last but should be first, upon my check-in, I was greeted and treated very well by front desk staff Kiana and Steven. I saw Steven the next day and he was consistent in that he was helpful and gracious.

The room is incredibly spacious, with a storage room, a dressing room, a washroom, a kitchen, and a bedroom! It's perfect for those traveling with family. All the main attractions are within walking distance! Highly recommend 👍
The room was generally OK and clean. The surroundings were natural and quiet. There were also places to eat not far away by car. However, the air conditioner had a huge fan in the room, which was quite noisy.

Although the rooms at this hotel are indeed quite small, the location is excellent, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient. The city hall is just a short walk away.
The facilities are very comfortable. There's a 24-hour coffee bar in the lobby, water bars on each floor's elevators, and self-service check-out with no queues. Overall, my stay was very comfortable.
Nice sized apartments with good kitchen facilities. The bathroom was nice and clean. Good sized double bed and sofa-bed. The only downside was the noise from the neighbours, the rooms are not very sound-proof, the neighbour upstairs when flushing toilet was very noisy can wake you up.
With a stay at this cottage in Long Pond (Emerald Lakes), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Kalahari and Mount Airy Casino. This cottage is 8.9 mi (14.4 km) from Camelback Ski Area and 7.2 mi (11.5 km) from Pocono Raceway.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as an outdoor pool, or other amenities including complimentary wireless internet access and barbecue grills.
Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, which features a fireplace. A kitchen is outfitted with an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. Conveniences include a ceiling fan and an iron/ironing board, and you can also request a crib/infant bed (complimentary).
Everything about this hotel from staff, location, services, cleanliness, the pool area to food was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for making our stay perfect. Would recommend.
Very recommended! Near Penn University, it is rare to have free parking! The house is three floors, luxurious and idyllic, the house itself is worth the restaurant, the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the boss was very enthusiastic and thoughtful, and he was very cautious. I usually didn't feel the presence of the service staff, a rare experience.

GGuest UserWe inadvertantly booked Trip.com instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, ”it may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm.” We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that ”because you're third party.....” Everyone around us was getting a key but our room wasn't ready. We were made to feel like third class citizens because we were ”third party.” I wasn't given a chance to show my Hilton Honors number because we were ”third party.” Well, the ”guaranteed” time of 4pm came and went, and we were getting anxious about missing our reservation. At 4:20 the representative went to a manager and got some sort of waiver but explained the room was not the one we paid for. (Two queens) but instead it was 1 queen and beside the elevator. By now we were so late we just went with it. We wasted more than 3 hours in the lobby, were made to feel inferior because we were ”third party” and we had a substandard room when we paid for better. Bad experience, made worse by bad policy, insensitivity of representative by continued bexplanation that the reason everyone else was getting their room because we were ”third party”, apparently a form of low class in Hilton. Well, I'm a Hilton Honors member for decades, and while we made a mistake because you sold rooms to a third party and we were usurped online, our mistake ruined a perfectly good visit.
GGuest UserThe hotel is good, suitable for business trips. Breakfast is provided downstairs, and the meals are relatively rich. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, and there are some attractions nearby.
GGuest UserI was there for a church conference. My room was not ready until after 4pm, however being involved with the conference, there was not an issue. I had spoken to Kevin, manager at the registration desk several times. He, as well as his entire staff, were personable, friendly, courteous and was able to accommodate and answer any questions I had. The facility was clean, they were doing some painting in the main hallway (everything was well marked) and, even the painter was friendly. The only hiccup was that the bathroom tub/shower was extremely narrow. Someone who is bigger than I am would have a tough time being comfortable while taking a shower. All in all the facility, conference center, parking garage, coffee shop and restaurant staff were all great. The food during our conference was good and the wait staff (buffet style, served us) were friendly and professional as well. My room looked out over Lake Erie and the lighthouse. I would definitely recommending staying as well as having your functions at this facility.
DDanson17Everything is good but the front desk staff was missing my order that charge me wrong amount of security deposit, however location is really convenient.
WWangnoaWe booked a large corner room with a sofa to meet our needs of sending our children to study at the University of Pennsylvania. The room is large, the environment is good, and it is very quiet at night. The hotel is right on campus. The hotel decoration is also in line with the university's opening season, with various signs, which is convenient for taking photos. The hotel front desk and room attendants are very friendly. Very satisfied 😀 Next time I go to Philadelphia, I will still consider staying in this hotel.
WWiliam Paz blancoThe service is good, and the cleanliness is excellent, but the pool was closed for the weekend. The rooms do not have a minibar or smart TV.
JJulie LevineThe hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.
JJAKUB ANTONINot impressed, should have 3 stars at most. Terrible front desk check-in service, severely understaffed, painfully long wait times. Waited until 6pm (official check-in time is 4pm) to get a phone call about a booked room becoming available. Had to stand in 30 min line to get room keys after I was already checked-in earlier after standing in a similar line. Housekeeping couldn't keep up with cleaning as they clearly need more workers. Room was very cozy nice and clean, however the AC was a bit annoying, either freezing cold dry air at 70F or blowing hot wet air if set for 72F, shower water pressure was weak. Facilities provide only-option Valet Parking for nearly $59 per 24hrs plus Philadelphia parking tax +22.5%, Self-park multi-story parking garage across the street is same price though. Downtown Center neighborhood and across the street (7-Eleven entrance) camped by homeless people begging for change.
GGuest UserSofitel is an elegant brand and is often located at the heart of the city. The Philadelphia location is perfect for those who want to see the city and is luxurious enough to stay in for some rest and relaxation. There's a restaurant in the lobby. In walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the area as well as historical attractions. The room included a King bed, a roll-in shower, and many other amenities. Because I was here for a conference, transportation to and from the convention center was available. Next to the convention center is the Reading Terminal Market. However, if you like to walk, the sites are amazing and the Reading Market is only 1 mile away. Hidden costs were disclosed upon check out. You might want to ask about that from your travel agent or the hotel management.
BBenpaodexiaoyangmieyangThe room was big, the coffee machine was broken, and the plug was broken. I refused to make a purchase order. I told them to go to a platform. I took the deposit and consumed an egg (very funny). I should have placed an order. (There were no eggs in the morning. I ordered the order. They said there was a charge but didn't, and later they charged more than 2 US dollars). It's close to the station. There are many homeless people downstairs. The public security is not good. I couldn't find a parking space. In order to check in, I parked in the parking lot opposite for more than ten minutes. They charged 22 US dollars, and after driving out, they charged another 29 US dollars for the night. It was a bad experience.
