Unfortunately, there is no comprehensive rating option, otherwise you can give them a 👍 because of their breakfast height. Indignant noodles, rice, poached eggs and potato roast beef. The fruit is the freshest I have ever eaten at about 500 prices. But it needs to be reminded that the room conditions are not so good, the air conditioner is abnormal, and the wifi signal is very poor. No quilt. Health is quite satisfactory.

The location is more convenient, just in the center of the ancient city, other aspects are more ordinary, the room size is small, the facilities are general

The location is far from the tourist spots, there isnt a free hotel shuttle to drop you off at tourist spots. I recommend offering this for free since there are many hotel options.

There is a hot Mexican local breakfast. I don't like to eat only bread and milk. The parking space is underground. The bed is very big. The shower water is too small. I always feel that it is not clean and the sound is not good. The sound of drinking in the middle of the night is very loud. To sleep with headphones!

GGuest UserThe room was beautiful and clean, bed is comfy. I loved the view and the panorama windows. :) Coffee machine in the room and delicious complimentary coffee made my morning start in a good mood. It's on a busy street so cars are passing during the day with a bit of sound, but it didnt bother me much. Staff was very helpful and responsive. 10/10

We stayed for two nights, the whole is very hygienic, the restaurant tastes good, the price is not high, but there are not many choices. The external environment is okay. There are two swimming pools and WiFi in public areas, but the rooms do not, and they are very simple. Apart from the bedding and basic bathroom, there are no other facilities. Of course, the price is just this package, so choose according to your needs .

DDanielThe hotel was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. My unit was spacious and the bedroom was bright with sunlight, and I really appreciated having the mini fridge microwave and coffee machine. The suite was otherwise very lackluster - the walls were barren of any decorations and very little furniture. I really wish there was a workdesk for using my laptop, and a full body mirror for getting dressed for the evenings out. The water pressure to both the sink and the shower was very low, and upkeep was inconsistent - there was no toilet paper holder (it looks like it was broken off the wall and not replaced) and the suite door didn't open fully before scraping against the floor. The hotel itself lacks any even basic amenities such as a lounge space. It looks like it was intended to have a rooftop patio but instead that area is unfinished and used by the staff for storage and laundry. My biggest complaint is actually their guest hours of 9am to 9pm is very restrictive, which I didn't know about until I checked in and would never have booked here if I knew that rule existed. I tried to bring a couple of guys home from the club and the concierge wanted to charge me 300 for the second one. If I need just a place to sleep I'll stay here again otherwise I wouldn't.

GGabrielaMedranoThe hotel is super close to the beach. I had one of those rooms where you can see the beach partially. The bed was good and big. The closet also big. I had balcony. There was no AC at the room but if you leave the AC from the living room ON and the fan ON the fresh air comes to your room too indeed. There is a big security box. The kitchen has cups, plates, silverware, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pans, etc. They give you soap for dishes ONLY if you ask for it. Only one toilet paper in the bathroom. The room can be cleaned ONLY in the 3rd day after you arrived. There is a little room where you can put trash close to the stairs. I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.

GGuest UserOur room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it. Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met. All the servers and workers are very hard-working people.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and surrounded by a complete range of restaurants. The room facilities are a bit old, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and the Wi-Fi is stable. The overall cost-effectiveness is high, suitable for business travelers with limited budgets but pursuing practicality.

GGuest UserWe arrived for our 10 day stay and at the check in we were informed that the Family pool was closed for renovations and that all guests were using the Adult Only Pool. (which is considerable smaller. Needless to say the pool was packed with children with water toys etc, jumping splashing ( having lots of fun) It was difficult to sit by the pool as all the chairs were taken very early in the day and getting into the pool to relax was not possible. If we had known we would have booked somewhere else as this really affected the enjoyment of our vacation. Also the front lobby staff tried to tell us on our last day lunch was not included. I showed them the email that you had sent. They were not very accommodating and reluctantly let us have lunch. Left a bitter taste

FFraserI always stay at The Cowork Hotel, and it never disappoints. The hotel is spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both work and relaxation. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a must for me when working remotely. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of. One of my favorite features is the hot tub, which is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The location is also fantastic, close to everything you might need, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure stays!

GGuest UserGreat location. Hotel is on the older side but it was a clean bed and cool room for the stay. 97% of the staff were very friendly and service was great. Unfortunately some have really bad attitudes directed only at particular guests. Strangely those were also not wearing name tags. With that said Jesus was one of the most helpful and friendly staff member. Not sure if it just México, but there seemed to be a form or paper needed to be completed for every step of the check in and check out process. Not very eco friendly and must need huge storage facilities for all that paperwork. Overall, a great stay and will stay there again.

QQweebGood location if you’re going to the airport, it’s only a six minute walk from your room to the terminal for departures. Very basic room it was small. The bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running. The air conditioning Fan was very loud and every time it stopped it sounded like a metal on metal so if you were sleeping, it would wake you up, traffic noise from outside, facing the road was quite noticeable, so if you get a Road facing room, get it changed to the back of the hotel … you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you’re going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you having earplugs for sure.
