I loved the hotel, very clean, very friendly staff, rooms in excellent state, I would return to hosting there, without doubt.

I recently stayed at Dali plaza and had a mixed experience. I booked a room with a city view online, but upon arrival, I was given a room without the promised view. It was disappointing to not get what I expected, especially on the first night. Fortunately, the hotel corrected the issue for the second night, and I finally got the room with the city view I had booked. While I appreciate the resolution, it would have been better if I had received the correct room from the start.

The room is very good, it is a new hotel, the price is not expensive, very satisfied, on the side of the road, not very noisy, the room is also very big, there are sofas, desks, TVs, all very good

The location is more convenient, just in the center of the ancient city, other aspects are more ordinary, the room size is small, the facilities are general

The location is far from the tourist spots, there isnt a free hotel shuttle to drop you off at tourist spots. I recommend offering this for free since there are many hotel options.

There is a hot Mexican local breakfast. I don't like to eat only bread and milk. The parking space is underground. The bed is very big. The shower water is too small. I always feel that it is not clean and the sound is not good. The sound of drinking in the middle of the night is very loud. To sleep with headphones!

Received no room service and still under Construction, but the Location is fairly good and quick to get in and out! Front desk was Polite and welcoming! Restaurants close way to early!
