We were a family, travelling with a 7 yr old. Pleasant hotel, with good sized rooms. Room had good air conditioning & an electronic safe, however it wasn’t bolted in to a wall or floor. Staff were pleasant & reserved, except for the house keeping crew, who wake you at 8.30am with their brightest smiles, in an attempt to clean your room. There is no money exchange services for AUD at the hotel. It seems they only exchange USD. There are cigarette cans on each floor, which allows guests to smoke in the elevators, which is pretty unpleasant. The hotel has restaurants, however, they didn’t appear to be open for lunch & dinner, only for special private events. It is a very nice looking hotel, with good sized rooms. It is a little further out than I had anticipated, however, a grab fare is more than reasonable to get around.

It’s the first time to come to such a small remote place in Vietnam. It’s OK to find this hotel. I can speak a few words in Chinese the day before yesterday, but I can communicate in English. (Unfortunately, I can’t speak English). It is generally not up to Da Nang, but it is worthy of the house price😜😜😜

When I come here I can check in early and upgrade the room class! The staff are very sweet and enthusiastic! During my stay here I was helped a lot with good places to eat and hang out around the city! Next time I come to Dong Hoi, I still want to stay at Saigon Quang Binh Hotel!

Dong Hoi is quiet and has little traffic, and unlike other Vietnamese cities, it is a nice place where you can walk around leisurely. However, perhaps because it was the off-season, the breakfast buffet on the second day was extremely poor. However, the eel soup was unusual and delicious. I stayed here since 23-26/6 and I have the following comments: I stayed at the highest room class but no wellcome drink The location of my room is great, but there are too few power sockets in the room, 2 places at the head of the bed are used to plug the lights, the location behind the TV is also closed, only 1 location at the desk and covered by the table is very difficult to plug, the room class is the highest but there is no bathtub Bath. The advantages here: the staff is really enthusiastic, hard and polite, the beach is beautiful, private, the bath in the morning is safer and more pleasant than the afternoon bath, professional lifeguard and care about guests, The resort has many swimming pools and good water temperature for children as well as safe for children. Green and large space is a big advantage. Get shuttle on the resort campus is very fast by tram. The disadvantage is that in addition to the first part, there are: the quality of breakfast is not good, the dining room space is simple, the table is too much, the cafe has too little drinks. The location is quite far from the center, going to eat or explore will be a bit difficult because the weather is really hot, the restaurant and restaurant mainly open in the evening.

Our office has chosen Vinh Hoang Hotel as a place to stay and organized training for partners. The hotel has a very convenient location, quite close to the center, in the evening after a full day of training, we can go to the beach in front of the hotel - choose one of the many seafood restaurants along the coast to use. dinner, seafood - or we can walk downtown for snacks. The hotel room is quite spacious, the equipment is standard, at first I did not think that a private hotel is so good :) The meeting room is also great, has a very beautiful view of the sea, sound and light , projector lights, screens are all standard. Meeting room service is also very good, when needed, they all respond very quickly and enthusiastically, there is always 1 person sitting on duty so that guests can receive and handle any request immediately. Although the swimming pool is a bit small, it is located on the top of the hotel, from the pool you can see the whole view of the sea and the estuary of the city. Our whole group is very satisfied with the service of Vinh Hoang Hotel, if we have the next opportunity, we will definitely book the hotel again!

Old hotel in need of a refurbishment. As it is outside the city, the hotel relays on income coming from events organised at the hotel - and the staying guests are missing out. The hotel pool is open to the outside guests (events attendees), the outdoor area of the hotel restaurant is only available for the hotel guests after the events are concluded. The alternative is to have dinner inside - not the best option. A very disappointing end to our visit to Dong Hoi and the nearby national park.
