The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. The Queen Victoria Building is right across the street, and City Hall is just a few minutes' walk away. Martin Place, Chinatown, Paddy's Market, Darling Harbour, and Central Station are all easily reachable within a 20-minute walk. The surrounding area offers abundant and convenient shopping and dining options. The L2/L3 tram stop is right outside the hotel, providing direct access to Circular Quay, making it very convenient to visit The Rocks and the Royal Botanic Garden. The hotel's breakfast was decent but nothing special, and frankly, it pales in comparison to what you'd get at a similarly-rated hotel back in China. Contrary to some online reviews, we didn't experience any discrimination from the staff towards Asian or Chinese guests. In fact, we were assigned a room on the 41st floor upon check-in. As for the deposit, it was refunded almost instantly. On both occasions, I received the bank's SMS notification of the reversal before I had even left the hotel.

Overall is good, but the elevator system restricting you to take pre-selected lift to your desired floor sounds no good .  My relative lives in different floor from mine, when we want to visit our relative we have to go down to the lobby floor and wait for him to come down also to the lobby floor to pick us up, and vice versa .

My husband and I stayed in Sofitel for 3 nights and everything was honestly 10/10. The staff are excellent - so friendly and helpful. They attended to all our needs. Special shoutout to Nia and Kla for being so friendly :) The place itself is luxurious and all the amenities were fantastic. The buffet was just phenomenal - they had everything you can ask for! One of the best breakfast buffets we have had and we have travelled all over the world. We felt spoilt for choice. We loved our stay here and definitely would highly recommend!! Oh and I can’t forget to mention that the location is super convenient surrounding Darling Harbour and Cockle Bay Wharf - had several places to eat and just an overall beautiful atmosphere.

This is a beautiful hotel set right in the heart of downtown Sydney. We loved our stay here. The staff were very attentive to anything we needed and happy to help. The room was clean and very beatifully appointed with luxurious features. The buffet breakfast was amazing with delicious cold and hot food and fresh fruit and pastries and great coffee. We loved the heritage feeling of this hotel and how central it was to many of Sydney's landmarks and must see places! We highly recommend The Fullerton Hotel Sydney and would love to come back again.

I booked a room with a balcony but when I checked in they said it not available coz their system says standard twin room and showed then showers them My boking when they saw it they said they can’t provide that room on the first night so have to stay in a different room then they said they will bring my bags to the new room but ended up it was in the reception. That wrong system happens a couple of times already but they still haven’t fix the problem. Im not sure I’m gonna stay there again if ever I go back to Sydney. Their location was really good though.

Our living experience in the Hotel was great. The upgrading service in pent house provided a great view of the surrounding areas with a part of Darling Harbour. The house is so big which let us have a very good rest. The facilities in house are sufficient. The room attendant was very helpful and pleasant. Almost everythings are brilliant, just two things need to improve. One is the drainage and the water supply is not stable in the bathroom. Second thing need to pay attention to is the bathroom door in the bedroom should be changed to the material that can block the sunlight to let the guests sleeping deeper.

Booked three rooms in total: 2 rooms with a queen size bed and 1 room with two single beds. The cleanliness of the rooms with queen size bed were not the best– lots of drain flies in one of the bathroom and not the cleanest; view was nice (on the 18th and 23th floor). On the other hand, the cleanliness of the room with two single beds was great and room looked newer for some reason; no view + gloomy at 5th floor. Other than that, all 3 rooms were very spacious and well-equipped (except that there isn't any hand wash and we had to purchase from convenience store). Location was great– walking distance to almost all the tourist attractions. Front desk was friendly and helpful as well. Overnight parking was a tad pricey.

Camden Valley Hotel accommodation quality is superb, the bed is big and sleepy, the furniture is very textured, the bathroom is also oversized, there is a large bathtub, the bath is very enjoyable, the room is clean, the overall environment is great. In addition, we have a hot air balloon ride, so we also have breakfast at the hotel. It is delicious. Next time we have the opportunity to go to Sydney, we must go to this hotel again. It was close enough to go with friends. It was located within an hour from my job, and my friend said it was much better than traveling long distances. The area near Narrabin was a place I had always liked, and since I could see the seaside view from the room and veranda, I felt comfortable and happy as I half-opened the window curtains and looked out. Free parking is also a huge advantage. It was nice that the room was spacious and didn't feel like a stuffy hotel room, and they gave me a coupon for a free welcome drink, so it was convenient to use the bistro below. The advantage is that BWS is located right next to the building's parking lot. The reception staff at the hotel were also very friendly and were able to satisfactorily resolve any issues that arose when making a reservation. We searched for accommodation on Google and downloaded the website app that had the lowest price. We found a place that could accommodate 3 adults in 1 room and each had a bed, and paid for it. Our room consisted of 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed and had a beach view. However, when I arrived at the local reception, they said that only 2 people had made a reservation, so an additional fee of $46 would be required. I quickly looked for the reservation completion letter email and found that it was correct, and they helped me resolve this issue. In the app, the number of people on the first page was set to 3 adults, but it seems that the setting is not maintained as the page changes, so the developer would like to check once more. ✔️
