A grand and majestic Parisian legend. After its recent renovation, the hotel shines like a luxurious diamond, so dazzling that at times it feels less like a hotel and more like a true royal palace. You can't help but wonder: why go to the Louvre when you're literally living in it? I especially want to highlight the exceptional spa area – its harmony and elegant style are unparalleled. The hotel staff are impeccable. The Four Seasons George V is probably the best and most magnificent of all the Four Seasons hotels.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La Paris and had a mixed experience. I had specifically paid for a room with a view, but unfortunately, for the first two days, I didn’t get the room I had booked, which was disappointing—especially considering the high standards expected from a luxury hotel like this. However, after raising the issue, the hotel finally provided me with the correct room. The next two days were much better, and I must say the view was absolutely breathtaking—definitely worth the wait. The iconic sights of Paris from the room were truly unforgettable, making the experience feel special. Overall, while the initial inconvenience was frustrating, the hotel did make up for it in the end with the stunning view I had originally hoped for. I’d recommend double-checking your room upon arrival, but once everything is sorted, the experience can be magical.

Such a lovely hotel, great room and room service. Such a comfortable bed, Beautiful bathroom. Friendly bartender and free welcome drink. I loved this quiet hotel. Nearest Metro 10 minutes walk Charonne station, the Luke cafe was sweet and also liked the other one, the Belle something … around the corner from hotel. It’s a very lively area near hospital, many cafe & restaurants.

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Paris! Excellent service! Freshly renovated. But expensive for rooms of this size. If you are traveling by car, you must ask the hotel to order a pass in advance. The hotel is located on a street closed to traffic.

The hotel itself is located in a very good area. Unfortunately, the room assigned to me was directly next to the bar, where there was a party on the same night. Although I am a young traveler, I still needed a good night’s sleep, which was not possible due to the noise. The room was very basic, with limited amenities, and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the service was not up to standard. I had to wait in line for almost 30 minutes to check in, as the staff member handling the transition between shifts did not seem to notice or prioritize new arriving guests. Overall, the level of professionalism was disappointing.

Perfect hotel with a great location and complimentary water! Service at check-in is available in English, French, or even German. The porter brings luggage to the room or to the complimentary luggage storage (available all day, before or after check-in/check-out). Upon early arrival at 11 am, our room wasn't ready yet, but they immediately offered us another room upon request. The room had a view of the train station, but that's not a problem; it's actually quite entertaining to watch everything. Of course, Paris is noisy at night with sirens, etc., but that's normal. If you've walked around the city all day, you're so tired you won't even hear the noise. :) The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the TV worked perfectly. Water was provided in the room. Hotel breakfast started at 6:30 AM and was reduced by €2.20 to €19.70 if you reserved a day in advance. A very ample selection of hot and cold dishes was available; everything was there! Highly recommended! Perfect location at Gare de l'Est! We will definitely come again!!

This is one of my top choices for business trips. I really appreciate how friendly and engaging the staff are. There's a restaurant and meeting rooms downstairs, which is super convenient for work. The location is also excellent – the subway station is less than a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of dining options, cafes, and supermarkets nearby.

The room was great, and the air conditioning worked very well. It's small but cleverly designed, with everything you need. The hand soap and shampoo were of good quality, and they even provided complimentary cookies and a kettle. However, there was one female receptionist who was ******. She was pleasant with the white guests in front of me, but her attitude completely changed the moment she saw me. Even though I speak French, she insisted on speaking English to me. On the other hand, the other two receptionists were excellent. The gentleman working the night shift and the male receptionist during the day were both incredibly friendly. They showed me the water dispenser (there's a free sparkling and iced water dispenser in the lobby) and chatted with me when I came back in the evening. I would definitely return, but I hope not to encounter that particular female receptionist again.

The location is perfect, as well as the hotel staff. Really helpful and polite. But the room is super super small. We don’t even have a place to open our luggage. The noise insulation is extremely poor. We can hear everything every time when people passing by and talking. It is really annoying when we need to sleep. And the windows don’t close properly. We can feel wind coming into the room. And the window handle is broken as well with dangerous plastic edges which cut my fingers :/ I really hope this hotel can fix these problems!

A pretty disappointing experience as we came back for the 3rd time and service was very poor. - no greetings upon enter ting the hotel - No greetings when approaching desk and discussing topic (just answering strait away the question) - no smile of any sort, no consideration of our enquiry on bathroom cold (due to wind coming in the ventilation) - no helping hand when we have 3 XL luggage each of us - not aware of the public parking rules and regulations… which is the obvious unofficial parking of the hotel - rude welcome at the breakfast area, and the person in charge not understanding French language As for the food, the breakfast level is rather average…. And the way we were welcomed at breakfast check in was rude. No greetings as mentioned bfr, telling us strait forward “you have to pay for breakfast here now”, and just simple food… As a summary, this will be our last time here. I ll pay a bit more, but for a much better service.

The hotel is quite close to the subway. Just a short walk to the left after exiting, there's a Carrefour supermarket, a cinema, and many restaurants. The breakfast is quite refined, and every type of bread was delicious. The mini potatoes were especially good 😋 — highly recommended! However, the rooms are very old. The hallway carpet had a musty smell, and the room did too. It's an old hotel.

Recommended by Doubao and booked via Trip.com. It's very convenient to get around; you can see the Eiffel Tower right outside, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Seine River. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk service was good, and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. If you don't mind walking, you can stroll along the Seine River for 4.8 km to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the old train station, and more.

1. There's a supermarket right in front, which is convenient for buying groceries. 2. The presence of many Asians nearby made me feel more at ease. 3. The subway station is very close, which is convenient, but there's also quite a bit of noise. 4. The elevator is a bit small; it gets full with two 28-inch suitcases and two people. The downsides aren't significant, and the proximity to the supermarket and subway station is a huge advantage. I'm very likely to visit again.

I was very shocked by this hotel. At first, I wondered if it would be a safe place for me. Exceeded expectations. The hotel is located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, which is a great location. It's safe for first-time visitors. Highly recommended. Near the metro station (Lines 6 combonne station and 8). Near the Eiffel Tower. The receptionist was friendly and provided good recommendations. The hotel has a bar downstairs. I was very satisfied with this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
