We stayed as a family at the Hyperion Hotel Berlin and had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The international breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. However, the internet connection was quite poor, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, a good stay with just a small downside.

I recently stayed at the Berlin Hilton for a business trip, and I was very impressed! The hotel is conveniently located near Potsdamer Platz, making it easy to access both business venues and local attractions. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a great environment to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. There was a minor hiccup when I checked out, as both the hotel and my travel agency charged the city tax. However, the customer service team from the travel agency was quick to resolve the issue, which I truly appreciated. Overall, my experience at the Berlin Hilton was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again!

Awesome stay with the hotel. Staff were extremely professional and helpful when trip.com didn’t properly confirm the rooms with this hotel. The manager went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue . The rooms were stylish and clean and the location was within walking distance of many attractions and the transit system at Zoological Station

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – there’s a bus stop right outside, which made getting to all the main attractions incredibly convenient. It’s also just a 10–15 minute walk to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, with high-quality amenities from Byredo. As a member, I enjoyed some great perks like complimentary drinks and free late check-out until 2 PM, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The room had a terrible smell. It smelled of an old unwashed man. Dirty carpets, dirty towels, holes in bed linen. Overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I appreciate it that after my complaint nice staff gave me a different room, but that new room was smelly as well, I figured it was because of the bad air conditioning system, and I guess old untended carpets also contributed to the problem. In the new room the towels looked clean, but they smelled of fried patties. Overall, it was an awful experience, it was hard to breathe with the air conditioner on as it made the room stinky and humid. That's why I decided to refrain from using it. Luckily, the temperature outside did not exceed +30°C during my stay. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel!!! It barely deserves even 1 star.

Booked a double room with a queen bed as per the description above. I was forced to accept a twin room even though the issue was not of my doing. Apparently there was no other way to move me. I got to the room to find leaking iron and a faulty fan in the bathroom. Both were dealt with very quickly and didn't have any other issues after that but it started the trip on a negative. Would recommend due to location and value. Need to work on service.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff were lovely and accommodating, and we appreciated being able to leave our bags before check in and after check out. Breakfast was nice and diverse. There are vending machines and fridges you can purchase drinks and snacks from. The room amenities were a little too basic. We missed having coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Also the pillows (one each) were very thin and uncomfortable. A/C ventilation didn’t really make a difference on hot nights so we slept with the windows open (which was nice but a little noisy).

The hotel seems to be a little old but it is clean and modern inside. The room is a little small but still comfortable. There are a few Asian restaurants and a cafe just around the corner of the hotel. The transportation is not bad. There are a few underground stations nearby. The trip to the BER airport is about one hour.

This hotel is situated near the exits of U Bahn Spittelmarkt of U2 line. In terms of location, this is considered good. The breakfast starts at 6am, and the spread was reasonable, but it was less than the other Best Western Hotel I have stayed in other cities. No fruits takeaway for this one and if I remember correctly, no coffee takeaway as well. Room was clean and the water was hot. They allow storage of luggages so that is a plus. You cannot go wrong with Best Western.

There is a parking lot nearby, but I do n’t have a car rental so it is not very clear, but there are good Chinese restaurants nearby. The satisfaction with this room is beyond my expectation, it is very spacious, and there are sofas and armchairs to make light meals by yourself. The heating and hot water supply is sufficient. Berlin is very cold these days. When I go out to take a hot bath, my body is warming up, especially comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice. It is also close to many attractions, and the transportation is very convenient. It is only 20 minutes to the central station. It is highly recommended for friends who want to visit Berlin. What a great hotel! Staying in the first 2 months after opening has always been a risky endeavor in our travels, but the Hotel Luc has knocked it out of the park. Incredible service, beautiful artwork, delicious food - everything was perfectly executed to give us a great 3-night stay. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. I also had a great view of the neighboring square. The attached restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner with fresh local food and great service. A champagne check-in always sets the right tone, and from there, every interaction with every staff member was fun, engaging, and helpful. They went above and beyond to the point where you start to feel a bit guilty as if you don’t deserve to be spoiled this way. But hey, who can complain about feeling like a Queen or a King for a few days! Would definitely stay here again!
