Our experience at the new coast hotel: The staff was super friendly and helpful The room was clean. House keeping provided the supplies on time. The breakfest was good with a range of foods to select And it is near the bay area, which has the ocean park Check in and out was quick Dislikes The construction woke me up and didn't let me sleep The view from my room was a construction site picture attached Every time we entered, we were searched and walked through a scanner I hope this review helps. All in all, we have a pleasant stay at the hotel. I hope the renovation are over soon.

Well located hotel, at walking distance from historical downtown - where most of touristic spots could be found, the venue looks as something with a great past. With some refurbishing, renovation, it could also have a great future. Staff is helpfull, they compensate the issues the hotel encounters. Good breakfast, various products to choose from. Small open air pool but sufficient to enjoy during hot wheather (we never used during our stay as was raining too much). Rooms need to be refurbished, many things need to be improved

I had such a lovely stay and wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team if this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to the duty manager and the front office team — your warmth and hospitality truly made my stay feel like a home away from home. The thoughtful gesture of the fresh fruits in my room was such a sweet surprise — it really made my day! It’s the little touches like this that set this hotel apart and make guests feel so special. Thank you again for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back, and will recommend you to everyone looking for a stay that’s both comfortable and full of heart.

The place is very convenient for the embassy. It’s clean for the most part. The bathtub is a plus. And enough hot water for the bath. Typically, if hotels here have bathtubs, they tend to run out of hot water. So it isn’t pleasurable. They had both.. so a plus! However, we stayed 3 nights. They said it was a deposit of 1,000. I prepared 1000 pesos. But when I got there, she said it’s 1,000 per night. I didn’t bring enough for 3,000.. So thankfully she allowed me to just give 1,000 pesos. And it was returned with check out. The breakfast was ok. However, the eggs are a bit undercooked. Really undercooked actually. One day I got sick. But I’m also pregnant, so it could have been from that also. (I didn’t eat any scrambled eggs) but not a lot of variety for 3 days. Mostly the same items. When we arrived the shampoo container was open. But they forgot to fill it. We finally said something on the 3rd day. Carpet feels a little outdated. And full of dirt. Should have some slippers or something for carpeted areas. Over all it wasn’t horrible. We have stayed in worse. But for the price. I don’t know that I would pay that for it again. We’ve stayed in nicer hotels for less.

Stayed for one night. Location is perfect, just beside the Binondo church. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. Metro station is also around 800m away only. Room is clean, but the chair seems to be placed on a weird place and can block the way going to the other side of the bed. Airconditioner works very well and was very cold. Could have been better if air direction can be adjusted as you will feel the air blowing to your head. Bed is comfortable, but the comforter is too short and cannot cover your whole body. TV is nice and has lots of international channels, but brightness was a bit too dark. Strong shower water pressure and stable temperature Room wifi is not 100 percent stable. Hotel lobby is nice but a bit hot. Maybe the airconditioner was malfunctioning. Service is very good, and very friendly. Overall it was a good stay and a good choice if you want to stay within Chinatown, and would recommend!

Good experience Staff are nice and welcoming Breakfast buffet is okay. Got a room upgrade and it can fit at least 4pax. They have bathtub but the hot water is not working. You can hear the noise outside since our room was situated in 2nd floor. There’s a nearby mall so if you want to go shopping or eat different food.

I recently stayed at **Century Park Hotel**, and I must say I had a pleasant experience. The place is clean and easily accessible, which made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The lobby and common areas were well-maintained, and the hotel has that classic charm that’s both welcoming and comfortable. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was genuinely friendly and accommodating. They were quick to assist and always polite, which really made a difference throughout my stay. While the rooms are a bit dated, they were clean and cozy. Overall, it was a good stay and I’d definitely consider coming back.

THINGs to IMPROVE for me are.. 1. Sana madali silang kontakin, kasi i've been trying to call them like 50x thru phone and trip app pero walang sumasagot. May concern kasi ako sa booking ko. 2. Sana may tao sa drop off, like grabe kaloka, kailangan mo pang umakyat sa lobby (3rd floor) para lang kumuha ng cart at mag-ask ng help para sa gamit, may phone naman na available sa drop off kaso wala ding kwenta kasi walang nasagot. 3. Yung sa shower, pag naliligo ka lumalabas sa glass door yung water. 4. Aside sa toilet paper wala nang extra tissue sa sink. 5. Medyo mahabo at madumi yung ref. Other Note is yung swimming pool ay outside the hotel you have to pass through at maglakad sa mga guest ng ocean park ticketing booth - so kung mag-swimming kayo that is something you can consider But overall, nag-enjoy naman kami especially yung anak ko, he likes to look yung mga isda.

Just needed a room for some embassy/NBI business and the weekend. Room was fine and was comfortable, but no amenities like we were used to. The shower gel/shampoo/conditioner all three in one was a little off putting, and other amenities were for sale. Even with the coffee set up in the room, you still had to buy coffee/cream/sugar, was better to just go downstairs to the cafe. The hand soap dispenser was empty the while time we were there. Water dispenser is in the lobby only, so you have to go downstairs to fill bottles. Overall was an ok stay since we ventured out most of the days but these were some of the drawbacks.

Let me start as rooms are good and clean, nothing negative I could say except that there was no coffee and hot water kittle inside the room you need to go downstairs and get your hot water and coffee if you want to drink coffee. But overall, still good and clean, staff are courteous and respectful.
