Our experience at the new coast hotel: The staff was super friendly and helpful The room was clean. House keeping provided the supplies on time. The breakfest was good with a range of foods to select And it is near the bay area, which has the ocean park Check in and out was quick Dislikes The construction woke me up and didn't let me sleep The view from my room was a construction site picture attached Every time we entered, we were searched and walked through a scanner I hope this review helps. All in all, we have a pleasant stay at the hotel. I hope the renovation are over soon.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and homey. The view from the 5th floor is also nice. The hotel itself is large, you can get lost. It has a very titanic-y lobby but crowded with people due to a lot of events being held at the hotel. Service is also good, not the lobby restaurant tho. We were seated for 20mins but no one approached us to take our orders since everyone was busy. So we missed the afternoon tea. Breakfast is also fine, not as much compared to other 5-star hotels but good enough. Amenities, not so much - instant coffee (could have atleast a drip coffee if espresso machine is expensive), no stock in the fridge. Was not able to use the pool since it was also crowded. Overall stay was good. Hotel is recommended.

I recently stayed at the hotel for a few nights, and overall, it was a decent experience with a few areas for improvement Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent—close to key attractions and within walking distance of restaurants and shops, which made it convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff did a good job maintaining it throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the modern amenities like the flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, which worked without any issues. The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries and had a good amount of space. Cons: However, there were a few downsides. The room was a bit smaller than expected, making it feel slightly cramped, especially with luggage. Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was noticeable at times, which disrupted sleep on a couple of occasions. Also, the bathroom seems to be abit old and unkept. Lastly the room AC is abit noisy Final Thoughts: Overall, this hotel offers good value for its location and cleanliness, but there are some areas that could be improved for a more comfortable and relaxing stay. I would recommend it for short stays or if you’re not too sensitive to noise

I recently stayed at Manila Prince for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants, shopping centers, and public transportation. The room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for two people. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief during the hot weather. The housekeeping staff was prompt and friendly, always ensuring we had fresh towels and water bottles. I especially appreciated the front desk staff — they were professional, welcoming, and helped us with local recommendations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Overall, I would definitely recommend Manila Prince Hotel for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay.

Wow! I love most of all the location because our intention was food trip sa binondo! The oldest chinatown in the world in ongpin street! Just go right and another right and the full stretch of that street is where all the food are 😍 the hotel room itself was so spacious! And for that price? Omg really good thank you SWISSBEL BLULANE! I even memorized your name before going there 😅 oh and it's also walking distance lang sa Avenida bus terminal! All employees are very warm and welcoming, one of the staff even taught us to install inDrive app because it's cheaper than Grab! Sorry forgot to get his name, he should get a raise! We got a twin room, it's quite clean naman, the hotel is fairly new I think created 2022 because of their wifi pw. Wifi internet was quite weak, and especially at night. It's only strong during day time maybe because guests use it a lot at night. They have tv with a few channels, not smart tv so no netflix and youtube. Their cr has 2 glasses too. I appreciate how the trash can's plastic is swirled looks cool, the cleaners should get a raise too for that haha. I like the smell of their bath stuff: shampoo with conditioner and body wash. They have towels, toothbrush with baking soda toothpaste each for 2 people. There were no slippers, and no complimentary coffee, just the water outside and in their lobby. If you go for food trip in binondo, go for the OYSTER PANADA with sweet chilli sauce omg, bomb.

The room appeared clean, but upon entering, I was hit with a bad smell. On the other hand, the location was extremely convenient, close to all the areas I wanted to visit. However, our experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. The reception staff on duty was unaccommodating and intimidating. I believe that working in the hospitality industry requires a high level of customer service, even on difficult days. If someone is unhappy in their role, it's better for them to leave rather than jeopardize the company's reputation with rude behavior. Unfortunately, this lack of service continued throughout our stay. No one helped us with our luggage when we departed, unlike other hotels I've recently visited, where staff were eager to assist. I also noticed that most staff members didn't smile, and it seemed that they provided preferential treatment to foreign guests. In terms of amenities, the hotel needs to improve its swimming pool. We were surprised by how small it was, contradicting the hotel's description of having both a swimming pool and a children's pool. In reality, there was only one tiny pool. So, some of my relatives didn't even bother swimming due to the crowds and limited space. In terms of food, my family stayed there for two days, and I noticed that the breakfast options lacked vegetables. It's essential to include vegetables as a choice. This hotel’s restaurant don’t cater to vegetarians.

Good experience Staff are nice and welcoming Breakfast buffet is okay. Got a room upgrade and it can fit at least 4pax. They have bathtub but the hot water is not working. You can hear the noise outside since our room was situated in 2nd floor. There’s a nearby mall so if you want to go shopping or eat different food.

Location - few walks away from DLSU, St. Scholastica and Benilde. Also few walk away from LRT stations and Bus Stations so quite accessible. If your are foreign tourists, expect some noise and dirty manila surroundings when you go out of the hotel facility. Service - Staff and crew are very pleasant starting with the security guards and attendants upon the entering the hotel facility. The check in procedures are smooth and the receptionist during that time is very accommodating and nice. Facilities - The building is kinda ”old” and it is very evident with the elevators and the lobby. Upon entering the room, I noticed it was very clean and the CR is very clean and dry as well. However, you can really notice that everything is old although it can add ”charm” to the ambiance of the hotel because well, it can be like that. Other that that, everything is nice, the beds are big and the pillows and comforters were, well, seems clean naman. All rooms have their own balcony however, for security purposes, doors are locked but you have a good view pa din naman, which is sa room ko, the Manila skyline and the pool. I think the worst part lang is the smell of the room. Not stinky naman or whatever but I am not sure if because the building is old or whatever but there's really a weird smell na hindi nakaka ”clean” smell, not sure if coming from the old aircon or whatever. Yun lang ata ang downfall, the old vibe of the room is okay but the smell, hhmmm, not sure. There's a pool area as well and a jacuzzi, which I was able to try and it's really nice. Food - My stay came with a breakfast buffet. The restaurant is sooo nice, again, the old vibes kinda add with the ambiance. The staff are well trained as well so they're accommodating and pleasant. As for the food selection, I guess it's the normal food selection for a hotel. There's the usual morning breakfast, pastries, juices and all. With the price you paid, I think it's okay. In general, my stay was nice and I can really say that the biggest assets of hotels like CPH are their staff and crews because how they treat and accommodate their guests will have a great impact with the stay.

Yes this is the MAGIC place to stay when you are going to the U.S. Embassy for your tourist visa to the USA. It worked, finally my wife got her tourist application approved, 3 times a charm... Everything was ok, the room was good but the neighborhood is sort of trashy, dirty, not to many food places to go eat. We walked to the mall but got back in daylight hours. Thanks for the good vibes, WE DID IT!
