The room is small, but maybe that's how it is in the old town. It's not convenient to eat, and you have to walk a long way. You can walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. But Rome is really hot, I don't want to go there again 😅

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

The hotel is very luxuriously decorated and the rooms are large in size. We also have a welcome wine. Good location, opposite the US Consulate, not far from the Vatican. The service is warm and thoughtful. The service is very good, the quality of the toiletries is high, the heating is too strong and it seems that it cannot be adjusted. Don't expect to have a domestic five-star big and luxurious in a five-star room in the heart of Europe. The location of the hotel is relatively high, both luxury hotels and embassy banks

This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. I would say 2 stars it would be more realistic. Also it won’t surprise me for the price and the location. It makes just us think that we really booked a 4 stars and get us excited and very disappointed when we arrive. To make sure people are not upset about this and to keep the reviews ok they should do something about the stars or whatever. We definitely see homeless people sleeping the park right in front of our window and this is pretty dirty. The hotel fault but it does play for the stars. The service was ok Didn’t see the pool but it is a + Roof top restaurant is a + Gym is ok Pool table etc haven’t used it but cool for everyone. Room is ok but everything is old and a bit broken (table corners etc… every furnitures)

Great place, the location is just 7 minutes walking from the Rome Terminal, which has a direct train to the airport and from the main attraction around 20 min by walk. The staff is amazing, giving suggestions about the city! The hotel was renovated, so everything is new and in a good shape. The breakfast is good, with natural juice, cappuccino and breads, cheese, ram, and some fruits, and it’s 10 euros, so it’s really worthy.

the hotel is near the station so even if you have a lot of baggages you don't have to walk a lot. We arrived before the check in time and since there was a room already ready they let us check in earlier. We really appreciated it because we arrived after a long trip from Japan. All the staff was really nice, the hospitality too. Maybe because the clients were almost all Japanese, but in the morning at breakfast time they put on famous Japanese songs, maybe to make them feeling at home. I think we made a good decision to stop at this hotel.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to Rome Station. The location is good. The hotel is very retro, but the hygiene inside is still very good. The only shortcoming is that the room is too small, and the store can only give a double bed for the two beds reserved. It is only 1.5 meters wide, which is still very small. It is also very troublesome to move around. It is good and convenient for one person, but it is very narrow for two people.

The location is fine. There's a bus stop right in front that connects to a metro station going straight to Rome’s city center. The place is clean and quiet. Some staff are friendly and helpful. Others seem like they don’t want to be there. No greeting, no eye contact—just a sense of disinterest. Cleaning staff stared at us like we were in their way. No “hello,” just pressure to leave so they could do their job. It might be a cultural thing, but it felt cold. You can rent a water kettle for €15, and you’ll get the money back if it’s returned in good condition. But even that feels like a trust issue with guests. For hot water, a deposit system like that seems excessive. The price matches the service and accommodation. It’s not great, not bad—just okay. Don't expect much more than the basics.

Rome|6.02km from city centre
The hotel is beautiful and grand, and the location is far from the city center. Fortunately, there is a shuttle bus that can be booked for a fee, but there is discrimination and priority will be given to Westerners. I have made an appointment with the hotel to pick me up from the train station. The email said that I would be picked up by my name, but in fact, the scrolling screen on the phone showed Mr. So-and-so. There were so many people that it was really hard to find each other. I hope it can be improved. Another thing is that the hotel's sound insulation is not good. You can hear people walking and laughing upstairs, which will wake you up and affect your rest, but the bed is very new, big and comfortable. The water in the sink is very large, but the water pressure of the shower head is obviously insufficient, the water flow is soft, and the water temperature is also low, but to be honest, this price is also cost-effective. The breakfast is very rich, the service attitude is very good, and the service at the bar is also very good.

The room is large, the view is beautiful, the facilities are a little old, but very clean and easy to use. The bath products are very high-end. The hotel staff is very polite, the service is good, and the English communication is smooth. All the food is very fresh and delicious, especially the hotel's Uliveto restaurant, which is open all day and every dish is very delicious! The location is on a hill outside the city, and the air is good. It is a 5-10 minute drive from the Vatican and only 25-30 minutes from the city center. You can take the hotel shuttle or taxi, and it is very convenient to go to the attractions

You can walk to the main tourist attractions in Rome. The staff was friendly and the breakfast, although not very varied, was enjoyable. You can make your own healthy green juice and boil eggs to your liking, so it was nice to be able to eat warm eggs. The bed was large and comfortable, and there was a bathtub, which was great for relieving travel fatigue.
