The room facilities are complete, including slippers and toothbrushes. The breakfast is also great! But the lobby and other public facilities are small and not as grand as a five-star hotel.

The hotel is situated near residential areas, so it’s quiet at night and safe. Most of the male staff are kind of friendly however the female staff (one bartender, one at the service desk are extremely rude). When I checked in the hotel, the toilet was flooded and TV remote wasn’t working. They fixed it promptly afterwards which is fine. However, don’t book the hotel unless you considered these few things: 1) there is a resort fee is $58 USD added on top of your booking, they offer $32 dining credit with the resort fee but charge $8USD for delivery fee for in-room dining (not including tips, tax etc) 2) valet parking is $66USD. There are no many parking options near the hotel so you have no choice but to pay these. Don’t be fooled by the cheap room prices until you consider these extra cost abovez So if you stay in the hotel, be prepared to be charged additional ~ $120 USD per night on top of what you’ve booked here on trip .

1) The front desk was careless, the room number was written wrong, the door couldn't be opened and the door couldn't be opened. It didn't just happen to me, there were also tenants who opened and knocked on my door the next day. 2) The hotel is a boutique hotel with a retro style and beautiful decoration. However, there is a finger-wide gap in the bathroom glass door, and bath water will flow out, which is quite inconvenient. 3) The bottled water is Evian in glass bottles. After drinking it, you can only fill it with plastic bottles (understandable) 4) My room did not provide a hair dryer. I called the front desk to ask for one and had to wait for 40 minutes. The first time I came, I was only given water but not a hair dryer. I gave a $5 tip and got it quickly (this can also be done in the United States). understand)

The beds seem a bit smaller than 4.3 ft. It is too tight for a family of 4. The bellman was very nice but front desk and manager the black guy with mustache were rude when i was telling them it they can check if the measurements are correct. We stayed with 2 senior citizens and it was cramped. Good thing is houskeeping is nice when we requested for extra blankets and slept on the floor instead.

Had an absolute wonderfull stay, did several daytrips within the US out of lax. Landed in the morning the shuttle came within 10 minutes, landed at night the same. Only the last day It took the shuttle too long, so I decided to take the 15 min walk to the airport. The room was very clean and much specious. Room got cleaned everyday. There is a bus arround the corner to UCLA region and santa Monica. Aswell downtown reachable in 40 min by bus or 15 min by car. Overall great experience would recommend and definitely visit again the next time I'm in LA.

Love this hotel. Easy to get to and it has everything you need. The only thing is that I tried to extend my stay but I was rejected and had to stay at the Westin instead. I guess because the hotel overbooked…. That how popular it is. I’ll be back either way

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (10-12 Nov) during our business trip, booking two king-bed rooms. The hotel’s location was around 1.5 miles from the downtown. The front office staff, as well as the room service team, were very friendly and attentive. They were always willing to listen to our queries and resolve them with a smile. The only issue we encountered was the lack of an in-room bottled water, dental kit and slippers, which are typically provided in hotels outside of the USA but 2 bottles of water everywhere except DoubleTree By Hilton! While we understand that this may be due to the country’s policies, it can be somewhat inconvenient for travelers who are accustomed to these amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great service.

There is no sense of security in the neighborhood. Very small lobby, not the concept of the domestic Ritz-Carlton, it seems that the apartment lobby, there is no service, the service such as water has to make a few calls before sending it, I feel that no one is serving the whole hotel.

The location is very good. It is very convenient to walk and take a taxi nearby. The hotel is more business-oriented and is relatively close to a nearby shopping mall. In general, the starting price is to several places around, but there are few public transportation in this area. The nearby shopping malls are not bad, but you still need to take a taxi. Normally I’m a huge fan of this hotel, but this time around they had scheduled a tree trimming maintenance and closed the pool down the day we stayed there, without giving the guests any notice of the closure. We literally only booked a room so we could spend the day in the pool since it was close to 95 plus degrees in the area, had we been warned of the closure we would have driven home or booked a room at any of the nearby hotels. When we asked for any sort of compensation the front desk said they couldn’t help or offer us anything.

Pleasant stay and room is spacious. Everything is clean and good for people who plays golf. Would be good to inform customer on the Marriott points when checking in or checking out. Hopefully I am still able to obtain the points. This is a highly recommended hotel. It is a well-managed old hotel with complete facilities and great service. Unlike hotels in Las Vegas, which charge fees for everything, everything here is free, such as free fitness, free mineral water, kettles, and free bicycles. The only regret is that the parking fee is too expensive and not reasonable. Guests staying in the hotel are also required to pay, and they are charged for entering and leaving the hotel.
