Pros - Great location, Staff is friendly. Cons - interiors of the rooms are old and aged, and showing it's age. Lack soundproofing so I can hear loud noises from outside my door. Breakfast is decent but options. Shower area is inside a bathtub and no anti-slip mat is provided. It's incredibly risky. Did not expect a 5 star luxury hotel to be using cheap single ply toilet papers.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the views from the room were breathtaking. The location was perfect – close to all the local attractions but quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The hotel restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious meals with a diverse menu and high-quality ingredients. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way, making my stay truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

The hotel is small in scale, but the overall environment is good. It is less than 100 meters away from the nearest entrance of the shopping center. The bed set and bathroom products are very clean for India. The room facilities are also in normal condition. The front desk staff is average, and the room service staff are friendly. The restaurant is above average level, and there is another Chinese restaurant (you can satisfy your cravings, but you can’t compare it with formal Chinese cuisine). It is 45-60 minutes away from the airport without traffic jams, and the consumption is higher than that of surrounding restaurants.

*Review for Holiday Inn Gurgaon Aerocity* My wife and I, both senior citizens, had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Gurgaon for one night recently, and I must say, our experience was overall quite positive. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. The check-in process was swift, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable right from the start. The lobby area was clean, modern, and welcoming, which set a positive tone for our stay. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was especially soft, and we appreciated the cozy linens and pillows. As senior citizens, comfort is a high priority for us, and this room did not disappoint. The bathroom was equally well-maintained, with fresh towels, toiletries, and an easily accessible shower, which was very important for us. One of the highlights of our stay was the in-room dining experience. We ordered dinner, and the food arrived promptly, hot, and delicious. The menu had a variety of options that catered to both our tastes. I must also mention the courteous and professional staff who made sure to check in with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The hotel’s location was ideal for us as it was in proximity to the commercial areas of Gurgaon, making it convenient to get around. We didn’t use many of the hotel’s amenities due to our short stay, but we noticed the gym and the restaurant facilities, both of which seemed to be well-kept. The only minor downside we experienced was with the air conditioning, which took a little time to adjust to our preferred temperature. However, this did not majorly affect our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant one-night stay at Holiday Inn Gurgaon, and we would recommend it to other senior citizens looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel in the area. The staff, comfort, and attention to detail made it a memorable experience. We would gladly return on our next visit to Gurgaon.

Even though it was located away from the busy city center, i preferred that as that meant it was quieter. Good value for money. Extremely cheap hotel close to Indira Gandhi Airport. This hotel has spacious rooms with king size beds. Whilst a little dated it is extremely comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel is located within walking distance of several good bars and restaurants. The hotel offers airport transfers at a good cost. We recommend this hotel for overnight stays prior to flying out the next day.

Breakfast is ok and can be full! It seems that an extra bed can be added, but the room is not large and may be crowded. It is better to use a sofa. My room has a bench. Yes, I can go on business. Basically, we go to the conference. We went to this hotel without booking the next Lila Hotel. It ’s not good to bring children. It is very remote. It's not convenient to go to the attractions. There are two malls next to it. Finally, don't stay here if you are not on a business trip, the hotel is fine. When you first arrive, you will suspect that you have taken the wrong place.
