⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: The Leela Mumbai I recently stayed at The Leela Mumbai, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—close to the airport yet incredibly peaceful once inside the property. The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed. The staff deserve special appreciation: warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Dining was another highlight. The food at Citrus was exceptional, with great variety and excellent quality. Room service was prompt and well-presented. The hotel’s pool, gardens, and fitness center create a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a busy day. Overall, The Leela Mumbai provides a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

A wonderful weeklong stay, thanks to the entire team We had a truly pleasant weeklong stay at Taj Lands End. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety. While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to ensure every guest is comfortable. A special shout-out to Mr. Umesh from housekeeping, who went out of his way to make a real difference to our stay. Thank you, Team Taj Lands End, for a memorable experience.

Great experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb. Located just outside India gate. The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special. The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai.

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

For those booking a seaview/ocean view room, should know that many rooms offer only a ”glimpse” of the sea from one corner of the window. What is on your face is an old dilapidated building right outside. I believe rooms #15 and upwards of higher floors may offer a better view (i.e rooms to the right of the lift lobby. But they are probably offered to the frequent guests. Rest, everything was good including a good buffet breakfast. Marriage functions could scuttle ur ”relax by the pool” plans since the entire area is cordoned off. So thats a bummer..

Dear JW Marriott Sahar team I recently had the pleasure of staying at your property, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Everything during my stay was excellent, and I deeply appreciate the warm hospitality extended to me. I would especially like to thank Chef Ms. Jasmine Sharma for the exceptional care and hospitality she showed. Her graciousness made my dining experience memorable. I also want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Kunal from the front office, who diligently followed up on every detail related to my stay and ensured everything was seamless. Additionally, I would like to recognize Ms. Soni from the executive lounge for her attentive service and warm hospitality, which added greatly to the comfort of my stay.
