It was lovely to complete out trip using Via Rail, to roll across the street and there it was. It was a relaxed, lovely 5 days we spent at the Fairmont. Great swimming pool, the cleaners were lovely and efficient. Didn't eat there but so many places nearby for us to access. Finished our 3 week week trip through Canada with great style

The bar near the lobby is nice and they have a beautiful bar. The breakfast is not good. They say is included and they only let you have one option from the menu. Luxury is flexibility. Having to pay extra if I want to eat more in a five star hotel feels cheap.

Very nice..Beautiful view. I would stay there again. A little disappointed with the size of the pool and having to reserve a 2 hour window to be poolside but besides that it was the perfect distance from both BMO field and The Budweiser Stage. Staff were courteous and friendly too.

All-wood hotel. I like the smell of body wash. I bought a bottle for $110. It smells good. But you need to call to get disposable slippers and toothbrushes. Remember to ask for toothpaste, otherwise you will only be given a wooden toothbrush. The soundproofing effect is good. I think except for the location, it is much better than W Hotel.

Location is perfect, right by city hall and connects the the paths. Rooms were spacious, clean, and updated. Complimentary breakfast was included with our packaged booking which included various items to choose from. The amenities were amazing. The heated swimming pool is half indoor and half outdoor, and the sauna was clean and hot. The gym was amazing and fully functional, one of the best hotel gyms.

This is a formerly Westin property. While i can see that this property once was an amazing hotel with lots of land and amenities, i could tell the new management wasn't doing a great maintenance job. Lots of wear and tears in common areas. But still the rooms were clean and while the location isnt in downtown, lots of restaurant options nearby to make it appealing

I just stayed for one night, so I didn’t experience much of the equipment. The room is clean and nice, and the service is timely. The hotel is near Osgoode subway station, in the busy downtown area. The room's light was dim, which made it unsuitable for writing and working at night. I didn’t get a chance to check my bag (after check-out and before leaving the city) because the staff was not always at the designated spot in the lobby—I didn’t have time to wait for them to come back.

The hotel is located outside the subway Union Station. It's a convenient place to stay, whether you're coming from the airport or taking the Go Train back from Niagara Falls. There is a coffee machine with 3 capsules, cutters. Just bought watermelon at the supermarket outside the hotel. Nice radio, playing music for me right in the door.

It felt like a hotel with a nice historical atmosphere. The room was nice and the hotel was comfortable without any complaints. Coffee is available in the lobby in the morning, a la carte breakfast (for a fee) is available at the hotel restaurant, and there is a nice cafe nearby, making it a convenient location. Looking at the reviews of nearby hotels, I thought they might not have toothbrushes and slippers, so I brought them, but they weren't. Also, in this room, although there is a shelf for storing clothes, it was not uncommon for there to be space for hanging clothes and hangers. We only brought casual clothes for our 2-night stay, so there was no problem, but if you need a suit, it might be better to check with the hotel. Even though it was my first time in Canada, I didn't have enough time to find a hotel this time, so I was hesitant to compare it with other major hotels in the same price range the day before. I'm glad I ended up staying here, and I'd definitely like to use it again next time.
