Staff is very nice. The room is nicely decorated. The location is okay. I’ve stayed for 4 nights. It’s a bit pricy. The breakfast is okay nice but not many choices. Recommended to try anyway. New hotel.

For the amenities, I am referring to the room. Defect fridge door, very difficult to open the water in the shower, defect USB sockets, curtain can only 90% automatically close and some small things more. This is not the W standard I experienced before. Everything else as usual at W hotels. Very friendly service (can't give 5 points because I was waiting for my room unnecessarily long), nice restaurants with fantastic food, including breakfast.

The breakfast is diverse, rich and delicious. The room provides snacks, coffee machine and teapot. The room is not big, and it is noisy outside. There are people making noise nearby at night. Because there is another check-in the next day, the hotel will re-charge the breakfast fee for the previous check-in. Two people checked in, and even counted as five people. There was no actual inspection of the payment details. There were obvious mistakes in homework. Although there were improvements, this kind of error is a bit outrageous for a five-star hotel.

The location is excellent. But the room is too basic and not worthy of 4 stars. There is only one electric plug in the whole room, and the computer cannot be plugged in while charging the mobile phone. In addition, it is right above the subway. You can hear the sound of the subway coming and going at night, and you can also feel the vibrations. There was no quilt, just two layers of sheets. Fortunately, I found a blanket in the cupboard and added it to keep me from getting cold. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The service is okay, but not particularly good.

The hotel is located near Plaza Catalunya. It is very convenient for taking the Airport Express and subway, dining and sightseeing (near Boqueria Market and the Gothic Quarter). The staff we encountered in the hotel lobby were very enthusiastic, communication was barrier-free, and the decoration facilities were It's fairly new, tidy and clean. The only flaw is that the room is a bit small and the foreign guests next door are talking a little louder. Maybe the prices in downtown Barcelona are high, but the overall price/performance ratio is still good.

Rooms are clean and service is good. The location is not far from the beach and there is free bus connecting to the old Town which takes 20-25 minutes. Swimming pool is available as well but unfortunately we did not bring the swimming clothes. In total the hotel deserves the expenses.

The suite for three people has a sofa bed in the living room and a large bathroom, which is estimated to be more than 10 square meters. The service attitude is very good. I left my shoes in the guest room, but I remembered later that the hotel had carefully preserved them. This hotel has a long history. It was once the 🏠 and flagship hotel of the president of Barcelona. It has hosted the Queen of England and the Beatles. The room is very clean, the amenities are also complete, and the waiting area at the entrance is also large. Although it has a long history, the room is still very good after renovation

Perfect location. Like around 40m away from Casa mila . Staffs are very friendly and helpful . Room is fine however the ventilation system in room is disappointing . The sewer/ toilet smell was sooooo strong and makes us feel sick . We asked for help but no improvement at all . We had to open the window when we were staying in the room .

The hotel's outstanding performance added a lot of surprises to our Spring Festival trip to Spain. The hotel has special souvenirs for Chinese guests during the Spring Festival.
