My recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

Facilities: I saw on the Internet that this hotel has an indoor swimming pool, but when I arrived at the store, I was told that there was never one. Facilities are not as advertised. And the room is not big. Hygiene: very good service: good Environment: The geographical location is superior, and the scenery outside the window is excellent.

One of the most satisfying hotels in the UK. Located in the heart of Belfast, it is a few minutes' walk from City Hall, Giant Road Day Tour, and Dublin Bus Meeting Point. The one-bedroom and one-living apartment is rebuilt from a historical building, elegantly decorated, fully equipped, and very convenient for laundry and cooking.

Leonardo hotel location is very convenient to sightseeing places. In addition, hop on and hop off bus tour is waiting to tourist at the front of hotel. The hotel facilities are cafe , restaurant serves for breakfast and dinner. I noted the linen bedding surface was not tidy and mugs as grease on the surface. I had stayed the hotel for 5 days and requested the daily cleaning as usual. The third time completed cleaning and request cleaning card dropped on the floor and not hang on the back door of lockset. The fourth day was same as cleaning card on the floor. Refill coffee and tea bags was not convenient to ask receptionist pack up those items. The toilet and bathroom is combined into one which is too small spacious.

The room I stayed in was a business-style suite facing the main road. It was big and comfortable with a nice bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. There is free, covered parking at the back which was useful. The windows opened which was good as it was dry and hot in the room. I could not get the TV to work other than BBC World although eventually I managed to tweak the box and get it to work. The room furnishing was incredibly dark (wallpaper, curtains and light covers were all in dark material). I had to ask the reception to replace a broken bulb in one of the ceiling lights and the bedsit lights were so dark it was impossible to read by them. The cleaning of the room was a bit hit or miss and there were cigarette butts permanently stuck out of the external butt holder right by the front door. The housekeeper did pop by and apologise. The staff at reception were helpful and pleasant and when prompted sorted out the necessary issues.

The hotel is very good, because we arrived in Befa from Liverpool by cruise ship, so the front desk let us check in before 8:00 a.m., took a shower, put our luggage and went out to play, very humane! The hotel facilities are relatively new, the bed is big, the room space is good, the price/performance ratio is extremely high, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk from the station in the city center. Right off the bat, I was impressed by the friendly greeting I received from the hotel staff. They allowed me to store my suitcase as I was a bit early and they even upgraded my room! Everything was clean and the food I ordered from the bar was quite good. The location of the hotel is great for anyone looking to be in the center of the city as you can walk to most things. It was a two minute walk to the Europa Bus Centre which is very convenient for getting to/from either of the airports. Highly recommend this hotel!
