From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every single member of staff was superb - they just could not do enough to help, from directions, room service requests, nothing was too much and everything is done with a smile - that really is the difference between a good hotel and a great one. All of the public areas and amenities were clean and some stunning artwork, from giant chandeliers to antique furniture and paintings all around. I could've spent a week here just wandering around admiring it all. We stayed in room 318 - it is very opulent with lots of plush furnishings and a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the windows don't open - there are 2 aircon units in the suite, but I like a bit of fresh air. There is a lot of furniture in the room - beautiful old cabinets in keeping with the theme, but, you couldn't access the minibar in the room as the tv unit was in the way of the door opening fully so we had no way of chilling water, etc. The hotel provided plenty of icebuckets to compensate but it's a pity it wasn't thought out a bit more.

I brought my friend for a special birthday afternoon tea. We were very well looked after by the waiting staff. Who were very attentive. The food was of a very high standard, with sandwiches being very fresh with delicious fillings. Our table was right beside the open fire which was cosy on a snowy, cold afternoon. One particular young staff member - Naimh Lyons- I would like to mention as she made our visit so special as she tried to make us as comfortable as possible and looked after us well.

Very spacious for the two of us & beautifully decorated. The little arrival food gestures on the table were absolutely welcomed the biscuits were yummy .. We wasn't supposed to get into our room until 3pm but by the time we arrived just after 9am our rooms were ready .. We also enjoyed late checkout on Sunday at no extra cost & very reasonably priced compared to the surrounding hotels for what we paid for I'm glad we didn't get a hotel .. Absolutely most definitely staying here again .. Very very highly recommended .. Massive Thank you to Mel for letting us have the pleasure of staying :)

We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding anniversary and it was a lovely hotel. From the minute we set foot at reception, we found the staff to be efficient and friendly. The hotel has a nice bar area too and its about a 2 minute walk from all the attractions of the cathedral quarter. The standard room was great. It was Clean, modern and quiet. All the usual hotel things like tv, en-suite (which again was clean and the shower was great). Our room was at the back of the hotel and while not a fantastic view, it was nice to see the H&W cranes in the distance and despite a busy road outside and a railway line, the noise was minimal. Breakfast was nice although the only option for the eggs were scrambled, however im sure if I'd asked they'd have done me a poached or fried egg. Its a buffet style breakfast and if I have only one criticism, its that it wasnt topped up as well as it could be. The staples like bacon etc were topped up, but pastries and the continental selection were kind of sp**** and not topped up each morning we were there. That aside, there was plenty to eat and drink and a nice touch is the takeout cups. It meant I could take a coffee on my travels which is great and saves a few quid from the coffee shops etc. I look forward to returning to the Ramada again as it was a lovely experience. Thank you also for the voucher for a glass of wine free for my wife and I because it was our anniversary. That was a lovely touch.

I just spent two nights at ETAP Belfast and I can’t say anything bad about it! Though the rooms are small, it’s fair for the price! What is the best in this hotel is the staff! Always cheerful and keen to help, really professional! Especially Nathan, the receptionist that was working when I arrived! So polite and always making small talk which is very good and makes us feel comfortable. He is the cherry on top of the cake, if there’s any chance make sure he knows about it! He made my 3 day holiday worth it. Thank you Nathan 😍

Stayed here in March, 2023, and could not fault anything whatsoever. The hotel is in a very central location, within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Rooms were large and well maintained and the breakfast buffet offered a wide choice. Whilst often the hot elements of hotel buffets are served warm/lukewarm at best, here the hot buffet was served very hot and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. Final word must be regarding the staff. All the staff we interacted with, from the booking team through to the front desk staff, were absolutely first class and they could not do enough to assist you, from our need to change the dates of our booking due to a cancelled flight, right through to arranging a taxi back to the airport for us. All the staff were a real credit to the company and give an excellent impression, from a customer service perspective.

My 50th Birthday Titanic experience. An amazing experience, friendly staff from the minute you walk in. Rooms are very clean and themed to a high standard. I had a happy birthday card and tray with macaroons, small things really mean a lot. Bed was comfortable and warm. Was clean and cleaned daily. The meals were hearty and delicious, really filling you up. Breakfast was superb, a buffet style with both cereal and cooked breakfast. Lots to choose from, so even the fussiest of dinners will have something they like. The authentic designs throughout the hotel really sets the scene. The drawing room with the bar is stunning, so bright and airy. The staff were very attentive and David (the barman), really was friendly and always took time to chat and make you feel welcoming. This hotel really is the best I have stayed in and I look forward to returning.

Arrived in a taxi from the airport and Checked in around 3pm. The reception staff were very alert to guest arriving from the front door. Jennifer at reception checked me in very efficiently, advised me of the breakfast times and asked if I would like to book a slot. Shortly afterwards gave me an information sheet and I was off to my room. The Room I was in was the standard king with city view. The room was bigger than expected. It had everything you need. A king bed, a large tv, enough space to put my belongings, a spacious 3 piece toilet with amenities and floor to ceiling windows which had view as far as the hills beyond. We had dinner that night at the hotel restaurant called Novelli at city quays. A separate review is on their trip advisor page. That night we ended up in the bar after going out exploring. I decided to have some gin and asked what they recommended. One of the nice bartender advised the short cross gin which I never tried and is now becoming one of my favourites. Am sorry I never caught your name. But Paul who was also working that night rang it through the till should know who you are. Paul was great too, he was kept very busy that night. Everyone was great. Special mention to Mary who remembered what I drank when I asked for another. Morning came and so did breakfast. There was a large variety of hot and cold food. From sausages, bacon and eggs, to toast, cheese and ham. Also plenty of tea, coffee and juices to choose from. Next time I come back I will make sure I book an upgraded room with a view of the river. Overall a fantastic night that couldn’t be faulted. Well recommend.
