Laleli Istanbul|1.89km from city centre
The hotel was quite nice, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel. Positive sides are a nice room, clean bathroom, amenities and most of all the position between two metro stations. Basically it's about a 10-12 minute walk from each of them. The staff was friendly and they helped me with the luggage. Breakfast was very good, with a large choice of Turkish food. The only thing they missed was Turkish coffee. Negative sides are that the swimming pool wasn't working in the morning. That was actually the main reason why I chose that hotel, but apparently the pool starts working at 12 o'clock. The other negative is poor sound isolation. I heard my neighbours and everyone walking and talking in the corridor. However, the street sound was eliminated to zero when you close the windows.

Overall it was not bad, the hotel is in a really good location, walking distance to everywhere, especially for those who want to have a city walk. I had early check in at 9am, which was really nice. The staffs were all nice. However, the room was so small with a pretty small window, I saw window in other rooms was not. And obviously, the soundproof not good, can hear what happen clearly on the outside aisle⋯

I had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful hotel with its breathtaking Bosphorus view. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout my stay. The outdoor pool was wonderful, and the spa team was not only professional but also very friendly, making the experience even more relaxing. The rooftop bar and restaurant were exceptional, offering both a stunning view and delicious food – the sushi and meat platters were outstanding. The warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. The lobby, with its elegant atmosphere and view, was also a highlight. During our stay, we celebrated my son’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake prepared by the chefs. This thoughtful gesture made the day unforgettable. Every morning, the attentive waitress would kindly serve me hot water along with my dry apricots – a small detail that meant a lot to me. Overall, this is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming hotel. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so special. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel with very nice staff and restaurant. Incredibly professional team. Great breakfast and other meals at rooftop restaurant (amazing views guaranteed). However, a few things could still be improved: greenery view room aren't a garden but a shaft view and lack natural light. Especially in winter it's a bit unpleasant. No moutwash and Molton Brown toiletres are also gone, same as coffee capsules which are no longer Nespresso. Tea is Lipton, which is far from 5* standard. Gym cleanliness could be also improved - this area seems quite neglected, water with fruit was rotten and dirty cups not removed. Spa treatments are expensive, but use of facilities remains free.

If you’re staying on the Asian side, this is one of my favorite hotels. We were very pleased, as always, with its fantastic view, rooftop bar, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and well-equipped bathrooms. The price is usually a bit high, but it seems worth it. You will definitely be satisfied if you look for a comfortable well located hotel. The location is perfect for access to nearby restaurants and walking paths – everything is top-notch. The hotel is located a bit far from metro stations and there’s just a single bus line stop near it. But the experience in the hotel was super nice. There’re free access to sauna and hammam. The variety of meals and food is pretty much considerable in the buffet. Turkish hospitality is at the highest level.
