We stayed at Shangri-la for two nights.I can’t praise enough the staff and the hotel itself. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an amazing city-view room. Our room was facing St Paul’s Cathedral and other famous landmarks. The views were absolutely breathtaking. I decided to use the pool and sauna. It was brilliant! Again stunning views as the pool is located on the 52nd floor. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of cold and hot food, fruits and pastries. The facilities at the hotel are great but what makes everything perfect is the people and staff. A big thank you to duty manager Tylor and the reception staff, especially Jasmine and Andzelika, the pool attendant. You made our stay memorable.❤️

Beautiful boutique 5 star hotel, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Booked the Senior Classroom which was perfect for my niece and I staying at this fantastic find! When I opened the door to our hotel room my niece and I were so impressed with the room that we booked. It was my niece’s birthday and the lovely staff left a surprise chocolate birthday cake. The Senior Classroom was amazing, very elegant great bathroom/shower and super clean! The free mini bar (bottled soft drinks) and snacks was a nice touch & much welcomed. As we arrived staff greeted us, and were very helpful. Check in was easy. Room was very clean, very comfortable beds, coffee machine and everything we needed, including soft robes. Pool was nice a little cold but the hot tub was very warm so very much enjoyed. Again all areas were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, some bits were alittle cold, but the chef cooked me poached eggs to perfection, and was a good range of cereals, pastries. All in all a very good stay and hope to go back Thank you Montcalm East 🙂

Upon checking in, we noticed a maintenance issue with the bathroom glass, which is supposed to blur when activated by a button. However, due to what seemed like an electrical fault, the glass remained fully transparent. Maintenance turned off the power to force the glass to blur, but it never functioned properly afterward. We were informed that the repair could not be completed the same day and would be scheduled for the following day, with a note left at reception to address it. The next day, we informed reception about the issue, but unfortunately, it was never fixed. We went out in the morning and came back to find the glass wasn’t fixed. We asked reception again later in the day, but the issue remained unresolved. While it wasn’t a major inconvenience for us, since the feature was part of the room, we believe it should have been addressed promptly—especially given that the glass offers a stunning view of London.

Good hotel but a bit out dated. Smelt of bleach and damp which wasn’t pleasant but it is okay if you’re not spending loads of time in the room. Area is quite rough but it is very accessible and everything you’ll need is nearby

Really cute hotel! Perfect for weekend trips and the warm cookie on arrival was great. The only issue is transport, you have to get a bus and then walk when you get to rotherhite station - but uber boat is an option. Staff were super helpful even though it was busy.

I booked a twin room in this hotel but was assigned a room with windows facing the corridor. It was very claustrophobic and the air ventilation is very poor. When I make the booking, there were 2 kinds of twin room on trip.com platform, one of them clearly states that its window is facing the corridor, while the other one didn't mention anything about inward facing windows and have a photo of the london eye outside the window. I selected the later one thinking I will at least get an outside facing window but unfortunately I was still assigned a room with windows facing the corridor. I have to close the curtain throughout the stay for privacy and the room is effectively a windowless room. So if you are booking a twin room in this hotel, please assume you will be assigned a windowless room. The staff in this hotel aren't the most helpful too.

We had a good time at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge, from reception to room layout and super convenient location, we did enjoy our stay for 3 nights. One bonus at this hotel that we found out the room has a microwave and mini fridge, which is super useful if traveling with kids. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay at famous landmark like Big Ben, London Eye or Waterloo Station etc.

Absolutely loved the location and will definitely return. The service and attention to detail from the reception team especially is 10/10. Certain areas of the hotel need refurbishing - even if just a lick of paint for now as they aren't in line with the rest of the hotel. The room was small but practical and unfortunately didn't have the best of views but that's not an issue. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. Had a minor issue with the air con unit which is very dated and didn't match the aesthetic of a modern and refurbished room which looks very appealing. Overall, would be very happy to visit again especially during the summer and try out their dinner menu.

Convenient location, about 5-7 min walk from High Street Kensington Tube Station. A good range of shops nearby such as TK Maxx, M&S, Whole Foods Market, cafés and restaurants (Italian, Chinese, Japanese, etc) We were on 10/F so had an amazing view.  Our room was spacious, bigger than most hotel rooms in London. It came with complimentary hot chocolate powder, cookies, tea bags, instant coffee and 2 bottles of still water. The bathroom was equipped with toiletries (shampoo, hair conditioner, bath gel and soap) and a heated towel rack which was particularly helpful for doing laundry, since we stayed for 7 nights.  Gym is free of charge and is right next to the hotel. Size is decent with 4 treadmills, dumbbells and a few other machines.  Staff were all very attentive and professional. My husband had a small cut and housekeeping brought us plasters and wound cleaning wipes in just a few min.  Overall, great value for money. Would have been even better if a coffee machine was provided. Will definitely come back again next time we visit London.

Hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful and polite. Lovely location and modern vibe. Just a few downfalls during our stay, was that the steam room was not working in the spa. And we were quite surprised to have received a £6 ‘Tray charge’ for ordering a portion of fries for room service that were only £7.50.. we essentially paid £13.50 for a portion of fries!! Other than those minor-ish points, a lovely stay and would consider returning.
