We stay in Crowne for 2 night. We arrived a little bit early and the lady let us checked in slightly early and they even upgraded our room ( we are very lucky). They have lots of option for breakfast. The tram station is 5 minutes walk. You can get around the city with tram. We will come back to Crowne after our Konya and Cappadocia trip. It's definitely worth it to stay in this hotel.

Very bad reception staff and they do not respect the traveler, neither at reception nor at departure, when they call you in the room for departure time , they speak in the form of an order, and most importantly when the call ends, they hang up without a word.

Not a good hotel, but the best one 😀 I wanted to stay more in this IHG Property to experience more of their hospitality. Their employees are very keen on details. Delivered what has been promised and you can feel their teamwork and love for their respective tasks. Sumptous food, lots of varieties, so tasty, room is very clean, washroom also you cannot detect dust to be honest and comfortable pillows and bed I had the best sleep with this hotel during my entire holidays in Turkey. The location is just perfect to stay away in the busy central area of Kadikoy. Friendly hotel Chauffeur also available and helped me a lot to go to airport with the best price and very safe. Highly recommended, special mention to Erbal and Omer. Thanks again for the wonderful short stay.

Close proximity to the airport Sabiha. But at the exit from the airport building poorly organized signs with the direction of the way to the hotel. While I was looking for the way to the hotel I made several unnecessary circles. In addition, You have to take two elevators to the fourth floor. Spacious clean room with stylish design. On arrival, it was sweltering hot in the room with the temperature 26,5 °C. Windows don't open. The air conditioner failed to adjust to a cool temperature. At most I managed to get the temperature down to 25.5 °C. In doing so, the conditioner made a lot of noise. This negative moment spoiled the impression, as it did not let me sleep well. Perhaps this problem (Malfunction of the air conditioning system) was only in my room. One more advantage - 24 hours room service. Convenient, in case of a late arrival. Overall, it was a pleasant experience also thanks to helpful friendly staff.

We stayed at the hotel in November 2023. Family of 4. therefore we booked 2 rooms. The hotel was able to reserve the rooms for us next to each, that was very convenient. Rooms: had everything we needed, I liked that there was no carpeting, I prefer bare floors as there’s no dust accumulating in the carpet. Our rooms faced the street and every morning we were woken up by Azan. Magical sound, yet very early, so, be aware of you like to sleep in. The mosque was right across from the hotel, I don’t know if you are able to hear it if you room is in the back. Excellent breakfast. Hot and cold items. We didn’t quite enjoy the dinner food. It was served a bit cold, took a long time (and we were the only one in the restaurant) and cost seemed a bit high for the items ordered. We only ate at the hotel restaurant one time, the evening we arrived, just for convenience. There are a few fast food places and small restaurants and cafes on the street where the hotel is, and because it’s not quite the city center, the prices are much better than around famous attractions. There is a grocery store across the hotel, you can buy some snacks or drinks. We bought cup o noodles there to eat in the evening as well. You can also buy famous Turkish coffee there, which is soooo much cheaper than in gift shops around attractions. There is a lady working at the front desk, Ezgi, she is so helpful and courteous. She is a true asset to the hotel’s team. Very knowledgeable. The hotel has a contracted taxi, I guess you can call it this, you can use the taxi to get to places in the city. You pay directly to the taxi driver. If you pay with a card, there is a surcharge fee. You can exchange money at the front desk. Perhaps the exchange rate was a bit less than in the city center center, but it felt safer for me to exchange money inside the hotel. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. And the tram will take you directly to The Blue Mosque Area, Galata Tower, all the famous spots . We had water in our room every day, so we didn’t have to buy any extra bottles. The gym is on a small side but had good equipment. However the music is set to a very loud level. VERY loud. I asked the attendant to turn it down a bit and he said this is the requirement to have it that loud. Maybe for a large gym it would have been ok, but for a small area it was very uncomfortable. There is an outdoor pool, we didn’t use it since it was cold. We enjoyed hammam, nice relaxing place. We would stay at the hotel again if we are back in Istanbul. Reason for Visit:Family vacation

Its a nice places to stay but the system used to manage guests seems to be outdated and needs an upgrade. We had to renew our key card everyday and despite having paid for extension for late check out, we were informed many times that we were late to checkout.

We have stayed in Erboy hotel for 8 nights. In overall it was a really pleasant stay. I will just highlight what we liked and what we did not like or there is a room for improvement. Good: - Fresh and clean room. More of a smaller size but it has all you need. - Helpful and polite staff - Really great location, everything you need is in the walking distance. Don't be lazy and walk around =) - OK soundproofing, good with outside noise and ”ordinary” with inside noise. Not so good: - Our room was on the 6th floor and there is a terrace on the 7th floor, working until 23. That means that you will hear chairs ”squeaking”. - For some reason short beds - Breakfast was not great. Apart from the limited food selection I would point out really poor coffee. On our last day they have installed coffee machine which has powder coffee. We did not like filter coffee which was offered previous days but the one which came from this machine was just awful. @ Erboy, people have different tastes but if you will get more complaints I really suggest to invest in a good coffee machine.

I had read some poor reviews about this hotel before my arrival however my own experience of the hotel was 1st class. The hotel was spotless clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly, the food in the restaurant was excellent at dinner and the choice for the buffet breakfast was superb. A special mention has to go to the very helpful waiter Fatih in the restaurant and the restaurant manager as well as the maids who attended to our room. My friend and I were there for a week and whilst the hotel is in a quiet area and does not sell alcohol there are lovely vibrant places with plenty of shops a short cab ride away for a glass or two of wine if you want. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Location is not very convenient. Room service food is average at best. Several times the bed sheets and cover was still wet when they replaced them. Room is very small. Rooftop bar plays good music. My entire stay at the hotel was excellent and pleasant from the very beginning to end! The hotel staff was absolutely amazing in all areas and all aspects of guest services and care. I am very impressed by the level of professionalism and positivity that I experienced from the moment that I stepped into the hotel. When I checked in, I had the pleasure of having Emre assist me. Emre was very professional, helpful and acknowledged me as a Diamond member. Throughout my stay, he graciously assisted me with any questions that I had along with providing me with recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Ali and Emirhan were also very helpful and gracious as well. They introduced me to Levent, their manager. I was able to let Levent know how happy I was with Emre, Ali and Emirhan's helpfulness, professionalism and level of service! Additionally, I had the pleasure to meet Esref Gun, the Banquet Manager. Esref is definitely a valuable resource to the Hilton Kozyatagi! He personally sought me out in the restaurant to introduce himself and offer his assistance during my stay as well as gave me beautiful fresh fruit plates and beverages that were delivered to my room. His graciousness and hospitality were so appreciated. The fresh fruit plates were such a nice touch and something I will always remember! The Executive Lounge and restaurant staff were amazing! Meryem, in the Executive Lounge, was so attentive, pleasant and hospitable! The restaurant staff were equally as attentive, pleasant and hospitable! Miroy and Burak were so attentive and friendly! And Neslihon, the breakfast chef, was so good! She actually remembered my omelet each morning without me having to ask. The food that was served in the Executive Lounge and restaurant for breakfast was absolutely delicious and of the highest quality! Honestly, the best food that I have ever experienced at a Hilton Hotel! My compliments to Esref to his banquet team of chefs, as well as to the Executive Lounge and restaurant staff!
