The hotel is gorgeous!! Breakfast spread was alright; nothing too special but the architecture of the space was very lovely. The live classical music was an added bonus. We had issues with the shower and after two attempts to fix it, we were moved to another room. We appreciated the gesture. The weather was extremely hot and it was very unpleasant to be out but we were able to walk down to the port in 20 mins, so the location was great. We tried to get in a spa treatment but it was fully booked, we should've pre-booked before arriving! All in all, a lovely few days.

Outstanding Gold Standard Hotel. We stayed five nights in the hotel, and from the time we arrived, we enjoyed the most outstanding professional and welcoming hospitality of the hotel staff. To our suprise, most of the staff communicated well in English and were always welcoming, professional, and friendly. The superior studio provided a spectacular view of the Danube River and the majestic Chain Bridge. The view of the city was absolutely magnificent, especially at night time. Everything in the room was of high standard, and having stayed at many hotels around the world, we could say without hesitation that the soundproofing in the room was Gold Standard. For the first time, we were not disturbed by any external noise from the hotel or from traffic noise from outside the hoìtel. This made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone in the hotel for making our stay in Budapest spectacular!

The hotel locates at a very excellent location. Many main attraction points around it. The restaurant for breakfast buffet has a very good view. ALL the staff of the front desk is very helpful and nice. I arrive on the morning and they help to check the availability of the room. They allow the customer to have early check in early when the availability of the room is OK. Everything of the hotel is good. I recommend other people to stay at this hotel when they come to Budapest. I will stay again in Hilton Budapest when I visit there again.

I am quite satisfied. I asked the premise that I agreed to upgrade the suite for free. The overall space is very large, but the bedside table is a bit mini, and the mini bar is also very rich, and the things are not expensive. It's a community-like apartment and feels very safe. very nice...

This is a well-established five-star hotel. The rooms are old, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and you can enjoy it slowly. Most of the guests are retired elderly people. The best thing is that the hotel is in a great location. The scenery outside the window of the river view room is as beautiful as a postcard.

The location is very convenient, a short walk from Határ Út station on the M3 Metro line. I found the staff very friendly and the room was clean, the bed comfortable. I had a room at the front of the hotel which had a balcony, but meant that I was awoken at 6am by traffic noise from the road outside. If I were to stay again I’d request a room at the back of the hotel instead.

Clean and tidy with great amenities like fridge, tea, coffee kettle, hairdryer, safe plus robe and slippers for the spa. Loved the spa with thermal pools, swimming pool, sauna, steamroom and chiquzzi. So relaxing Worth every penny and got So much more for my money Location is terrific only 2 mins away to public transport. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come here again. Where to start, the room was extremely spacious with cooking facilities, great shower and a comfy bed and pillows. Ideal for a 4 night stay. There was also free washing and drying facilities on the mezzanine floor. The breakfast was good with a varied selection of breads, juices and salad, meats and cheeses. There were also protein juices and Bucks Fizz should you so choose. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for getting around town too although there were not any decent restaurants in the vicinity that we found. We ate in the city center most days. All in all a great stay and a place I would recommend. We booked this on on Trip.com and the site stressed the importance of calling the hotel to confirm you were checking in. This is nonsense as we were told this was absolutely no necessary by hotel staff when I called.

This is in a very convenient location next to streets of many restaurants, which are within 2 minute walking. The hotel is newly remodeled, for less than 10 years, from old residents. Once it is inside the hotel, the reception, the rooms, the corridors are as modern as one would expect in 5-star chain hotels. There is a large sitting area in the reception in case someone has to wait for a few hours after checkout before going to the airport. Three are two free bottled water in checking in. But you can always refill with cold lemonade while leaving the hotel in the morning outside the reception area.

The service attitude is good. It is very close to the subway station. There are many restaurants in front of the door. It is very convenient for eating, transportation, and supermarkets. The breakfast is also good. The room is slightly small, domestic tourists should remember to bring slippers and toothpaste, the hotel does not provide them!

The Ritz-Carlton room card always has the simple English spelling of the city. After collecting it twice, I just want to collect more. This problem really needs to be corrected hahaha. The Ritz in Budapest is right next to the Ferris wheel and not far from the subway entrance. There is also a pedestrian street nearby, so transportation is convenient. The service at Ritz has always been very good. When you checked in, you were given a welcome drink. You were polite and attentive throughout the entire process. During the check-in process, you also received a fruit basket specially sent to celebrate the Chinese New Year. It was really warm. The room is about 30 square meters, which is smaller than domestic rooms at the same price, but overall it is clean and comfortable. The bed is really comfortable, someone comes to turn it down at night, and two large bottles of water are provided for free in the room. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The shower space is a bit small, but the hot water is very good. The bathrooms are all made of Hansgrohe, and the toiletries are all diptyque fig series. The overall experience was really comfortable. The only flaw during this trip was that someone was playing the piano selflessly in the lobby at 11 o'clock at night, but no staff stopped him in time, and he had to call and complain to solve it.

It is a great hotel! Big plus for the staff were great, very accomodating and helpful. The room was clean, but minimalistic. It was enough for one day tho. There was no kettle, but we were fine. The hotel has a great style and the location is super convenient. Breakfast was outstanding. Great value for money! P.S. The pictures of the rooma were upon checkout, but they were super clean when we got there.
