The service at this hotel was outstanding, I was really made to feel special. The building is beautiful, especially the marble staircase and terrace overlooking the sea. My room was very tastefully and luxuriously decorated, it didn’t have a view, but the price was commensurate for that. Overall the hotel gives an experience of mid tier luxury (not very very top level ala Bulgari hotel, but definitely premium). My biggest complaint is with regards to the gym and spa. The gym is ok, if small, has a squat rack which is great. But there is no locker room or changing area next to it! Any other five star hotel I’ve been to would have a luxurious locker room with a sauna and hot tub etc. Here there wasn’t even a place to change! I had to go back to my room and change into my gym gear the first time I went. Then there is the ‘spa’. Some hot tubs, relaxation areas and a sauna. Very nice, but a €25 EXTRA for guests!! What kind of a luxury hotel charges extra for use of the sauna?! Aside from this, I very much enjoyed my stay and would certainly stay here again.

This is a lightning rod. This hotel is not very child-friendly. It strictly enforces the number of 2 people staying in the hotel and insists on charging an additional fee of 25 euros for children traveling with you. This is the first time we have encountered this situation in our one-week trip to Spain. Generally, hotels can understand and will not charge additional fees for accompanying children. After all, there is no need to bother the hotel to add an extra bed. In addition, although there is a psychological expectation that you may not be able to see the sea, you still hope to see a good city view for more than 2,000 yuan a night. After all, the hotel is located on the seaside. As a result, as shown in the picture, you can only see a very ugly interior, and the corridor lights are on most of the night, so we can only pull up the curtains all the time, and there is no view at all. It is not very friendly to tourists who drive. The hotel itself does not have its own parking garage. You need to use the one in the mall next to it. It took several laps to find the entrance to the parking lot. The elevator has been in disrepair for many years and cannot be used. You have to carry the stairs to the ground by yourself. I really didn’t expect that a hotel with more than 2,000 yuan a night would be so cramped. The location of the hotel is indeed excellent, but there are many hotels of the same price nearby. It is not recommended and the cost performance is extremely low.

Environment: Very beautiful. There is a swimming pool with direct views of the sea. It is decorated on the castle. Hygiene: very clean Service: The service is very enthusiastic and the attitude is very good Facilities: Very complete The only thing is that the location is on a mountain and you need to take a taxi. But it is very suitable for vacation. I can’t fault it.

Barcelo Malaga is just beside Malaga Train station, with plenty of shops and restaurants. The bus station is only around 100 meters walk. The room is clean, but the Wifi is not so strong. The water from the bath is strong, the kettle provides, but no packets of coffee and tea. The reception staff is good, they provide you a Malaga map and tell you the directions and places of attraction.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the attractions, with beautiful views facing the sea, and a popular rooftop restaurant. The downside is that it does not have its own dedicated parking lot, and the public parking lot that provides services is not far away, but it takes a long detour and is difficult to find.

We came here from a budget hotel so our thoughts on entering the room first were wow and amazing. I've stayed in 5 star hotels few times and also 1 star hotels so have an expectation of rooms and service. The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Got a good rest. There is a comfortable couch, big TV, separate toilet, shower and bath tub, mini kitchen area and AC. Room: Spacious, modern, comfortable, dining table but only one chair... Mini Kitchen: There was a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and sink but no cutlery which seemed strange as you would expect these things to be there. You had to request cutlery etc.. at reception and collect from the buffet area yourself. Shower: The shower was awesome. Spacious with overhead and handle shower. Lots of toiletries. Could have benefitted with more hangers. Has an appealing deco. Reception: Took some time to check in with people before us in a queue. Maybe checkin can be streamlined more especially if all prebooked and prepaid. We were able to add late check out till 5pm for about £20. We came back to the hotel before 5, I asked for some tea bags, but was given a key card, which was weird but just misunderstanding but it meant wasting few minutes we needed for packing. Then our key card wouldn't work on the door which took another few minutes to fix. We were able to get some hot water for the tea afterwards which was kind of them. There is a gym but didn't get chance to use it. Some staff has good English so communication isn't an issue and they will help you with what you need.

The service is excellent, warm and enthusiastic. When checking in, you have to wait for juice to be delivered immediately. They will recommend local restaurants with great value for money. The location is excellent, right on the main shopping street. You can walk downstairs to various restaurants in 5 to 10 minutes, and it is not far from the beach.

Lovely staff and beautiful rooms in a good location. The staff were very obliging and the bed was so comfortable. The view however from our room was disappointing and looked straight onto a building site. The pool was also a bit misleading and was very small. The coffee facilities were not sufficient for two people as they gave only one sachet? Overall, I would stay here again.

The good memories of Malaga started when I arrived at this hotel. The staff kindly gave directions to the parking lot, and when there were many customers checking in, they served welcome drinks and kindly responded to customers in order. In addition, the condition of the room was also clean and good, so I felt very good! If you travel in Malaga again, it is definitely H10!

This is the only option for overnight stay near Malaga airport. We had problems with check-in. We booked a room through trip.com and the hotel staff could not process our reservation correctly. The problem was resolved in about an hour. The hotel itself is quite good, however, despite the fact that it is located only one and a half kilometers from the airport, you will not get to the airport without a taxi - there is no sidewalk along the highway, no pedestrian path.
