Riverside Bangkok|2.99km from city centre
I recently stayed at this hotel and was upgraded to a spacious city-view room. The room is well-divided into a living area and a bedroom, with a sofa, TV counter, and a small dining table for two. The space feels large and open, though the furniture is quite old—especially the sofa, which has lost its spring. Still, everything is functional and clean. The bathroom is spotless and well-designed, with both a bathtub and a separate shower area. The bed is soft and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide selection of Thai and international dishes. The variety and presentation are impressive—one of the best parts of my stay. Staff are friendly and professional, speaking multiple languages and always ready to help. It’s convenient to reach the hotel by BTS to Saphan Taksin Station and take the free hotel shuttle boat, which runs every hour. The riverside view along the Chao Phraya River is beautiful, especially in the evening. The hotel is only about 450 meters from Asiatique The Riverfront, an easy walking distance for dining and shopping. Facilities include parking, a swimming pool, restaurants, and an indoor lounge. Overall, a large riverside hotel with great service, outstanding breakfast, and relaxing atmosphere. Although the furniture is dated, the cleanliness and hospitality make it a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very nice! The service is amazing, everyone is kind and welcoming. They are very helpful and take time to explain if something isn’t clear. The staff is very kind, the bellboys are helpful and they always helped with our bags, some of the staff can help with getting transportation too. We had P'Four help us! The hotel has a vintage vibe, the rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed on the 10th floor and had a city view. Its close to ChitLom station which is one stop away from Siam Paragon. You can also walk to centralWorld or Siam. It's only a 20min walk. Theres a lounge on the 24th floor. And they also have a bistro in the basement. There's a pool on the 19th floor but we didn't have time to try it.

A very pleasant hotel, everything met our expectations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Housekeeping cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff were always polite, friendly, and quick to help with any requests. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of dishes. The location is convenient — there are cafes, shops, and public transport nearby. It’s easy to walk to the city center or reach it within a few minutes by taxi. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, with a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

The hotel is an older property with traditional architectural features. Breakfast is provided and considered cost-effective. Staff performance meets service expectations. The location is outside the central urban zone, adjacent to a water channel, with boat access available to the city center for a very low cost. Relative to other accommodations I've been priced at three times the rate, this hotel offers reduced noise levels and proximity to local markets, dining options, and a convenience store (7-Eleven). Nightlife activity in the area is limited but present. Staff interactions were consistently cooperative and service-oriented.

Good: Staff amazing. Warm welcome & smiling always. Booked non smoking room and smelled but we got another room upon request.Room on the 10th floor was much bigger & loads of space. Hotel in centre of Chinatown and easy access to metro line. Nice rooftop swimming pool. Pros: For Muslim travellers , no halal options around. There was one around 15 mins walk but nothing in Chinatown itself. Very busy roads & very noisy people at night though nothing to do with  the hotel , 2 nights we were disturbed by people walking & talking loudly early hours.Overall good stay & would recommend.

The room isn’t very big but it’s very clean. It might be a bit tricky if you need to open two large suitcases, but since my friend and I only brought carry-on luggage, it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. About a 10-minute walk takes you to a lively street with Robinson and lots of local snacks. The off-season price was really ideal. The pool is quite small, more suitable for soaking and enjoying the view.

When i arrived in the room, everything was clean. But safe box wasnt working i had to notify receptionist to fix and their engineer came to the rescue this was at 2am. I also turned on the TV, all channels didnt have signal so i notifed the engineer/staff while he was fixing the safe box, he just unplugged and plug it back in, it worked. And another one is the phone, wanted to call my friend from the other room and noticed phone wasnt working. So i checked the lines. And the telephone line wasn’t plugged all the way. All were easy fix but i expect a hotel to have most things working properly. Wouldnt come back for me. But i think its good for certain people.

We had an absolutely love 1-night stay at the Banyan Tree Bangkok! The decor, service, and amenities at this hotel are absolutely immaculate. From the room incense and scented oil, to the fresh fruit and bath foam/salts, we felt truly pampered. The service is flawless—from the moment you are greeted with a fresh flower bracelet, you are treated so kindly, with every need anticipated. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the service staff in the restaurant, who noticed me admiring the outdoor waterfall garden view from our far corner table and asked if I would like to be moved to a more scenic table after it became available. Overall, it was a fabulous experience and we will absolutely stay again!

Location is central and about 8 minutes walk from the BTS. Check in and checkout was seamless. It’s a comfy new-ish hotel but the cleanliness can be improved. There was hair on the bedsheets and clothes area. Shower needs a door as the water will splash and flood the bathroom. Clearly whoever designed the shower does not take showers. Finally, there was a small cockroach in the room. There are other hotels with similar value and central location to try out for our next trip.

I can't remember how many times I've stayed at this property but it's always a great experience. It's conveniently located near many great restaurants and cafes in the Thong Lor and Ekkamai area, but it also means that you'll have to contend with a bit of traffic on Sukhumvit road. Breakfast is great with a Thai noodle station where they prepare different types of local noodle dishes daily, and a relatively varied buffet spread.

My stay was good. This is my second time staying here whenever I travel to Bangkok. Unfortunately, this time the weather was rainy every evening, and the hotel couldn't provide enough umbrellas for guests. The massage at the fifth floor, called ”Let's Relax,” was excellent, and I enjoyed the free mango sticky rice after the massage. The location is prime, close to many food places and cafes.
