I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the front desk team was both friendly and professional. The room itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to small details—plush towels, quality toiletries, and a very cozy bed. The location of the hotel was perfect: close to local attractions, great restaurants, and public transportation, but still felt like a peaceful retreat. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent hotel - great location out of the hustle and bustle of busy Bangkok but still close enough for a quick grab somewhere. Hotel provides a boat shuttle to Sathorn pier where you can take train or ferries up the river. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Two things were lost during our stay and both found quickly by staff, which we were very grateful. Breakfast was excellent - probably the best we’ve had! Very happy kids with fresh pancakes and waffles. Even an ice coffee station which we loved. There was some renovation work being completed while we were there but it wasn’t noticeable. Would definitely come back if staying in Bangkok again! Thank you everyone!

It’s a beautiful hotel, and I only enjoyed the pool. Overall, my stay was disappointing. The room felt old, and the noise from doors slamming at night kept waking me up. The bed was also quite hard, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. 🥲

I stayed here a few times. Friends wonder why i choose to stay on the outskirts of Bangkok. It is actually not far from the Bangkok city centre. Just 3 stops on the train, and i am in Siam Paragon. And the station is less than 10 min walk from the hotel. Being a little out of the city centre allows me to be away from the crowd when i have done what i needed to do in the city centre. Hotels in the city centre tend to have many people around and in the lobbying. Pullman Kingpower's surroundings are much quieter and serene. It is good to have a place to get away from the crowds and congestion of the city centre Also, this hotel is huge with its surroundings uncluttered or congested by high-rise buildings. Kingpower duty-free shopping mall next door offers free coach transfers to the airport twice a day. There is no need to buy anything to get on the coach. It also offers a free access lounge if you need it. Transfers and lounge are only for customers of the hotel and the mall. Around the hotel, there are many small traditional Thai style shops, trendy cafes and decent massage services. There is also a cinema in a shopping mall nearby that has also a supermarket, foodcourt and many wonderful restaurants and eateries.

Great, Spacious Hotel with Everything You Need The hotel is very large and has everything you could ask for. It's located in Old Bangkok, offering a more traditional and cultural atmosphere. The hotel itself is well-equipped with two swimming pools and a decent gym, although some of the workout equipment feels a bit outdated. Overall, it's a great choice for an affordable stay with plenty of amenities.

I stayed at the **Ambassador Hotel Bangkok** in a **Standard Twin Bed room** in the **Square Wing**, and overall, it was a decent experience for the price and location. **Room (Square Wing - Standard Twin Bed):** The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit dated in terms of decor. It's located in the Square Wing, which has a more classic feel compared to the newer Sky Wing. If you're looking for something more modern, the Sky Wing may be a better choice. However, the Square Wing still offers good value and a restful night's sleep. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was included in the stay, which was convenient. While the variety of food wasn't extensive, there were enough choices for a simple meal. The dining area can get quite busy during peak hours, so there were occasional delays in food refills, but the staff worked hard to keep things running smoothly. Going a bit earlier might help avoid the rush. **Location & Facilities:** The location is excellent—right in the heart of Sukhumvit, close to the BTS Nana station and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel has a wide range of facilities, including a gym and pool. Staff were friendly and tried their best to assist even when things got busy. **Overall:** This hotel offers **good value for money** if you're looking for a central location in Bangkok. It’s a large property with a mix of room types, and while the Square Wing is more traditional, it’s still comfortable. For a smoother experience, consider checking breakfast timings and possibly exploring the Sky Wing for upgraded rooms.

The rooms were clean and had a fridge microwave and a kettle. They have a good complimentary service, providing four bottles of water, two cans of Pepsi, two packets of instant noodles, and tea and coffee. Their staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. In the building is a ”let's relax spa” so you can unwind after a long day of walking. It has a decent pool and a small gym with plenty of equipment. It's in an excellent location. There's a train station a few minutes away called Samyan MRT, which you can travel to Chinatown or the grand palace. It's also opposite a shopping centre for convenience. There are nice restaurants nearby if you want to try something different.

the entrance of Banyan Tree isn’t on the main road but have to get into via the side of a connected building also manages by Banyan tree, still not difficult to look out for. All staff are greeting the guests nicely from the entrance to the front desk and escort us to the lounge checking in floor. The girls at the lounge checkin counters are even more professional and nice. We are staying at the 1BR Serenity suite which is spacious and classically designed. The bed and pillows are just perfect for everyone. The bathroom is huge and clean with bath tub (incl. bath foam, oil and salt). The day/ night beautiful scenery of the whole of Bangkok can be enjoyed from the top floor bar of the hotel. We must visit the hotel again next round to Bangkok.

As I've stayed here before I recommended this hotel to my three sisters. They enjoyed it tremendously, especially because the hotel was in walking distance of their intended shopping plans. My sisters also enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet As they were on the 23rd floor, the view from the rooms were panoramic and that was very nice . Very central location, clean and newly renovated rooms with great ambiance and fantastic views of the city (I was at the top floor) Areas for improvement: breakfast quality sub par, very average or below average for a 5 star hotel. Then there is no bar and it is a zero alcohol hotel. At the lobby area there is a vending machine for soft drinks only (against pay, so hopefully you have some coins). At least a shopping mall attached if you are looking for something decent to eat or drink.
