The location was decent, a short drive or even a manageable walk from the Dubai Mall area. However the service is where this hotel shown, being greeted upon arrival, allowed to check-in early, being asked if there was anything else they could do to make my stay more comfortable, etc etc. It was truly a very pleasant experience. The room was large and modern and clean, very comfortable bed. The pool area was nice, but nothing spectacular. The hotel was also an excellent value for the price paid, would definitely stay here again.

The location is easy to get around everywhere. At check-in, I wanted to book a spa appointment, but was told to go directly to the spa to book it myself. And I made a reservation in person, but it was not reserved on the day of the event. Why? It is a chain hotel, safe and secure. They are just handling the guests.

The hotel is nice and clean, room is spacious for a couple. Toilet is need to be clean in detailed in flooring as it has discolored. Tiles in the shower needs some work as its already has mold. Breakfast was terrible as it does not have much options. Fried egg is so dry and chewy. The waitress is not very welcoming. No greetings and smile with the guests. Definitely will not be coming back and recommended with friends and family because of our experience.

I always get a little bit frustrating when arriving, expecting an early check-in which was advertised with this booking only to find out that it was unavailable until 12 midday. Anyway, no matter. As always Nisha was brilliant as was Rica. Great value visit and the location is perfect for my office and my clients. I don't look any further than The Mercure. Why would I, it's perfect. I recommend a high floor to keep away from noise and the apartments are beautiful and spacious. Very well appointed It would be nice to have better quality coffee etc in the apartments but that's a small issue. I generally travel with my own coffee as I'm a complete coffee hollick! I didn't really have much time to use any of the facilities but I always enjoy catching up with a couple of workmates in the bar downstairs. The curry is excellent and the staff are so accommodating, friendly and professional. The breakfast is excellent BUT very little choice for someone that is gluten-free which tends to be the case in Dubai. Thanks and see you again

Anatara The Palm is perfect as a family resort. It's location isn't the most accessible (as it is towards the end of the Palm) but isn't it the purpose? The hotel has excellent staff training offering very attentive and friendly service, plus facilities for everyone in the family. The F&B is great offering Asian, Steakhouse, and International proper dining cuisines, plus pool side and beach side bar/cafe and restaurant too. The sports centre is also great offering a wide variety of activities for adults and kids. The hotel also has free shuttle bus service to/from the Emirates shopping mall (closest mall to the Palm) which ride will take about 20-25min. Thumbs up!
