The location was decent, a short drive or even a manageable walk from the Dubai Mall area. However the service is where this hotel shown, being greeted upon arrival, allowed to check-in early, being asked if there was anything else they could do to make my stay more comfortable, etc etc. It was truly a very pleasant experience. The room was large and modern and clean, very comfortable bed. The pool area was nice, but nothing spectacular. The hotel was also an excellent value for the price paid, would definitely stay here again.

The location is easy to get around everywhere. At check-in, I wanted to book a spa appointment, but was told to go directly to the spa to book it myself. And I made a reservation in person, but it was not reserved on the day of the event. Why? It is a chain hotel, safe and secure. They are just handling the guests.

recently stayed at the Paramount Hotel in Dubai, and it was a remarkable experience. The hotel captures the essence of Hollywood glamour, with stunning decor and themed elements throughout that create a unique atmosphere. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, featuring modern amenities and a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The attention to detail in the room’s decor was impressive, reflecting the cinematic theme beautifully. One of the highlights was the variety of dining options available. The food was delicious!! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Their service truly enhanced my overall experience. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions and shopping areas, making it a great base for exploring Dubai. The hotel is nice and clean, room is spacious for a couple. Toilet is need to be clean in detailed in flooring as it has discolored. Tiles in the shower needs some work as its already has mold. Breakfast was terrible as it does not have much options. Fried egg is so dry and chewy. The waitress is not very welcoming. No greetings and smile with the guests. Definitely will not be coming back and recommended with friends and family because of our experience.

Deira Dubai|9.45km from city centre
This front desk staff member named Shafali is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered in all my travels. When we first handed her our passports, she was flirting with a male security guard and chatting with her male colleague, showing a dismissive attitude throughout the entire interaction. There was no greeting, no polite language—she only spoke in single words like ”passport” and ”second passport,” which came across as highly unprofessional. When we requested a second key card, she outright refused without any explanation. What made it even more frustrating was that I had clearly stated ”two separate beds, please” in the special requests on Trip, but upon entering the room, we found it was a double bed. She hadn’t even bothered to confirm my request! In the end, we had to ask the housekeeping staff to convert the double bed into two single beds on the spot. After a long and tiring journey, we had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for the housekeeping staff to make the bed, which was a complete waste of time. Since she refused to provide a second key card, we had to go back downstairs to ask a male front desk staff member for an additional one, further wasting our time. In contrast, the housekeeping staff on the sixth floor and the security guards downstairs were very friendly and provided excellent service. However, the hotel facilities are quite outdated, and there was a strong unpleasant smell near the elevator exit. The breakfast options were limited and not particularly tasty. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the light rail station and the airport, making it a suitable choice for travelers catching flights.

I went to the hotel feeling tired and Mr Anand was very keen on getting me to check-in as soon as possible. He also allowed me to check out a little later than I was supposed to, to get more rest. This hotel offers a truly distinctive experience, having been meticulously refurbished from a grand cruise ship and now situated along the coastline, providing an exceptional location. The property boasts a variety of dining establishments, a well-equipped fitness center, and a swimming pool. In the evenings, guests can enjoy leisurely strolls on the deck while taking in the breathtaking sunsets over Dubai. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Ms. Shrook. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warmth, proactively inquiring about my room preferences and ensuring that all my needs were met. Her dedication and attention to detail significantly enhanced my stay, making it both comfortable and memorable.

I HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES BUT THE LAST 2 TIMES WERE VERY DISAPPOINTIMG INCLUDING TGIS TRIP . I BOOKED A FAMILY APPARTMENT AS I DO NORMALLY WHICH HAS A KITCHEN AND WASHING MACHINE BUT WHILE CHECKING IN THE DUTY MANAGER INSISTED THAT MY BOOKING WAS FOR A SUITE . I SHOWED MY BOOKING VOUCHER AND TGIS WAS A PREPAID BOOKING THROUGH TRIP.COM . IT TOOK ME ALL MY SKILLS OF PERSUASION INCLUDING CALLING A SENIOR MANAGER WHO I KNOW FOR YEARS TO SORT THIS OUT . THE PATHETIC SERVICES DO NOT STOP THERE . I ASKED FOR A CLOTHES DRYER A MILLION TIMES AND KEPT BEING TOLD ” ITS OIT OF STOCK ” WHICH IS A RUBBISH JUSTIFICATION . I DID FINALLY GET ONE AFTER GIVING THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND BUT ONLY AFTER 24 HOURS . UNFFORTUNATELY THUS HOTEL IS TOO OLD NOW AND THE MANAGEMENT AND FRONT OFFICE STAFF ARE UNTRAINED UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE SO I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN .
