Really liked the design of the hotel and the room, modern and bright. Cleanliness was good. Service was good. We asked for eating utensils and they delivered them promptly. The hotel is connected to the China world mall, a fancy high end mall. Plenty to shop (but perhaps not to buy)! The metro is a bit of a walk away via the mall, but overall still convenient. Would stay again if in Beijing. Would recommend!

Great location the metro was right in front and was direct lines to many attractions. Walking distance to many shopping malls and a great bakery right beside the hotel. The concierge was very helpful when we asked about the best way to the airport. We requested for a newly renovated room and it was clean and comfortable. The hotel contributed positively to our trip’s overall experience.

The hotel location is fantastic, which can access most of the tourist spots within the metro. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The only stepback is that the hotel decoration is tired and the laundry machine service is expensive. They are charging you differently based on the consuming time! The hotel is nice with swimming pool and a gym on the top floor and a sky bar on the floor below. I had a double deluxe room that was nice clean and big. Was more like a small apartment, with even a very useful wash/drier machine free to use. Breakfast was good for me. Mainly Chinese style food, but quality was good, so for me was ok. I had a big issue loosing my passport in Beijing and I want to thank everyone of the staff who was involved in this situation. They did their best to solve the problem and they assisted me in this unpleasant situation. Thank you all, your help was really appreciated and was essential to solve this situation. At the end I had to extend my stay for a few days more and they let me stay in my room even if I had booked a smaller and less expensive room. So thank you also for this.

The Kerry Hotel Beijing boasts an excellent location within the central business district of Beijing, situated right next to the Guomao 國貿 area. The surrounding neighborhood is described as decent and refined. While the hotel is located within the 3rd ring road of Beijing, it is still conveniently close to major tourist attractions like the Forbidden City. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with ample supplies and amenities provided. One example noted is the inclusion of an iron in the room, which I found very useful for ironing my clothes after taking them out of my luggage for each trip. The hotel also provides a free flow of drinking water, with the housekeeper leaving me four bottles per day. However, the real highlight of the stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. I was particularly impressed by the housekeeper on the 12th floor, who proactively asked if the room needed cleaning or if any additional supplies were needed when she saw me returning. When I requested extra towels and slippers for the swimming pool, the room service staff prepared additional items just in case. At the pool, the lifeguard noticed I had to have a swimming hat to swim, and he then helped me source one since I did not have one. He also saw that I had difficulty putting on the cap, and took the time to teach me the proper technique. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the attentive and helpful nature of all the hotel staff, stating they provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Shisanling Reservoir, Juyongguan Great Wall Beijing|40.96km from city centre
The hotel is lovely, big and feels luxurious. The room was good, but beds are small. It seems strange that a hotel like this would have double beds. Ideally hotel beds should be King. The pool area was lovely, but the fact that hotel guests have to pay for access to the hot springs is not good. It should be included with all room bookings. Our main negative point about this hotel was the service. It’s was shocking. When ordering a drink and meal in the bar/lounge area, it took over an hour to get anything we ordered and then multiple orders were incorrect. Nobody working there seemed to know what they were doing. Another concern we noted was that when we phoned the reception from our room, there was nobody at reception who could speak English. We made a booking for 4 people, but the room was only set up for two, so when we asked for more towels, pillows and water bottles. They were delivered to our room but just dumped in a pile near the door. This didn’t seem quite right and not what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.
