Amazing stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel as one of the best I have ever stayed in. We were upgraded for our honeymoon and provided with a wonderful welcome decoration. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, service is impeccable. Room service 24h with great choices and quality. Important to highlight that all staff at reception speak English (I read some reviews where other were complaining about the missing English-speaking staff), so for sure the hotel has done a great step ahead in this sense to welcome more international guests. I would love to be back one day!

Amazing amenities in the heart of Beijing’s CBD! The suite we stayed in was so roomy and comfortable, with amazing views of the Beijing skyline. We loved the coworking space (Prototype) on the 3rd floor, and the 2-story gym with every machine you could think of! Plus there were fitness classes and we tried the Pilates studio - incredible :)

Have lived here many times.Spotless, comfortable and easy accessible place. The hotel was a five star experience, but I've never been in an hotel that provided more than a roll of toilet paper. The pool offered the right amount of zen after a long day at the theme parks. Amazing receptionist Rose and housekeeper Wang very quick to response. Went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Thank you guys, will definitely be back.

I like this hotel very-very much. The room is spacious and comfortable. It's very-very clean, I like the design that the sink is outside the toilet/bathroom where you can wash and brush your teeh separately and the other roommate can bathe inside the bathroom so faster to get ready for strolling. The staff are friendly and helpful. It offers a good buffet breakfast at CNY 98,breakfast time is 6-10am. A lot of guests stay in this hotel. It's 6 minutes walking distance from Chongwenmen station Exit D. Once come out of the station you have to cross on the other side of the road. Walk over to the traffic lights and cross. Just look oppositely from the station & you can see very big building of Beijing XinQiao Hotel. They provide coffee/tea/slippers, shampoos, toothbrush, comb. It's only 1 station away to Qianmen station (Forbidden City). Around the hotel area , just walk & you can find bakery, restaurant and grocery shops.

The location of this hotel is great. Walking distance to Wangfujing shopping street and metro station.the room that I booked was at B1 level, which is the basement floor. The conceige staff who helped us to check in was offering us upper floor but with additional charges hence we didnt accept his offer. We didn't get to sleep well due to the noise from level 1 hence I raised to the staff. They helped to upgrade and change our room to level 3 and the room was much better. Happy with the service and stay.

This used to be Penta Hotel, now rebranded as new world tongpai. Located just behind New World Shopping Centre. If you are using the subway, please use Exit C or Exit H. Can also enter into M Cube Shopping Mall on LG floor and exit from Tim Coffee/Tours Bakery (ground floor) if u r using metro. The hotel entrance is just accross the road. Hotel lobby is modern. Room wise is ok and quite nice. Bathroom is slightly dated, and there's some mould between tiles gap. Otherwise, everything else in the room works fine. Their buffet breakfast is good for a 4 star hotel. Overall, if u want a hotel near the subway and surrounded by malls, this hotel is a good choice

Nice, clean and spacious room. Due to public holiday the hotel was full, but it was well managed. Free parking garage in the basement. Playroom for children was nice, but it is more for little ones attractive. Swimming pool was really good. Hot Springs are extra, we didn’t went so can’t give a comment on that. Spa was average.

The Good: We arrived to find our rooms upgraded to larger ones (though I’m not entirely sure that’s a plus). The rooms are massive—over 50m²—with a walk-in closet, a bathtub, and a large bed. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to APM Mall and right next to Wangfujing Street. The Bad: The hotel lacks a proper driveway at the lobby, and there's a staircase leading up to reception. We’re traveling as a family for two weeks in China with three large suitcases and two smaller bags, and the doorman asked me to carry everything up the stairs myself. The rooms are in dire need of renovation—many fixtures are falling apart. In one room, the glass on the coffee table slid off when my kids accidentally leaned on it, which was quite dangerous. Both rooms we booked were in similar poor condition. Housekeeping was inconsistent—they cleaned one room but skipped the other until we asked. Toiletries were limited to just a shower cap unless requested. The hotel claims this is part of an environmental program, but oddly, the other room was fully stocked, making the excuse feel insincere. Because the rooms are so large, some areas were dusty and not properly cleaned. Lighting controls are also a hassle—there’s no master switch, so you have to walk around turning on multiple lights just to brighten up the space.

The room was clean and the location was convenient, which we appreciated. However, the lack of a smart TV made it difficult to keep the kids entertained—there was no YouTube access and no English channels suitable for children. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the room was quite weak, making it challenging to get any work done

The staff were excellent and helped me with all my deliveries. They were so kind and helpful. They let me have late checkout and helped me with even heating up some food in a steamer! The location is about 11 min from MTR and close to Temple of Heaven. The room was very clean and was not noisy. They opened the windows to air out any smoking as I am very sensitive to smoke. Even though there is no smoking allowed guests still smoked. The hotel is not to blame.

Booked 3 rooms for Family of 5 for our trip on 9Dec to 13Dec. Overall my kids enjoyed the stay plus 2 cute cats to play with. The weather is too cold for us to enjoy the courtyard but is beautiful at night. The Dongsi station is pretty near to Airport Express line and also easy accessible to change to other line but the only cons is a little far from hotel esp with luggages to lug maybe about 15-20mins and when u are too tired back at night though my 3 teens enjoyed walking every morning and there a supermarket n eateries just outside the station which is good that we can grabbed something before heading back. Initially we had a little difficult finding the hotel as its main entrance not facing the road, the stay is great and room are clean except a little too narrow for 2 large luggages which we don’t mention put them on the floor. We stayed on 1st floor and can hear the noise of guest at corridor coming back at night but we are okay. Staff is helpful to assist us order MacDonald as we do not have a local number and good that there a common washing machine and dryer for us. We had our dinner on last day at restaurant just right opposite the hotel doorstep and the soup portion is super large that we couldn’t finish.🤣
