An incredibly beautiful hotel that has recently undergone a renovation, giving it a more modern feel while still preserving its elegant, Parisian-inspired charm. The breakfast room is decorated with large paintings of Napoleon, and the room ceilings are styled with French influences. The meeting rooms are spacious, and the Legendale VIP room is ideal for smaller, more intimate meetings, comfortably accommodating around 8 people. The food was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience – I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Legendale!

My room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning city views. The staff was attentive and ensured a pleasant experience. Dining options were excellent, featuring both local and international cuisine, including a traditional treat cover. The hotel also feature a meal delivery robot. We love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasn’t the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasn’t working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well

This is a very good hotel with lots to offer and many, many ammenities. They also gave me sparkling wine and snacks upon check in. There is a mall next to/connected to the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel also has an absolutely amazing bar call Beersmith. It's my favourite in Beijing with live music almost every night and they make their own beer and ciders. My friend wasn't allowed to check in because her passport was at the embassy. They refused even when she had photos of her passport and visa pages. I understand this is government policy but the people in front of us were also refused. They told us this is a common problem so I think they should try to find some solutions that doesn't involve losing money and customers. I am thankful that she got her money back and I know they were trying to help us the best they can but just make sure you meet the requirements before you spend money and try to check in.

Most staff in this hotel spoke English and they understand foreigner problems because most our mobile dont work in China so they are helpful with it. Train station line 2 and 5 are right outside the hotel front door. Most popular street is 1 stop away from line 2 trainstation. Tiananmen are closeby but not too close, which is good. (Tips: do not stay way too close to Tiananmen coz the phone signal will not work, so will have so many problems using the phone) This hotel have their own Termal spring water system, so its good for spa after whole day walking. Only down side is there is no air conditioning in the rooms but the receptionist provided me a fan, so it no big issue.

I booked 2 nights first and then booked another 2 nights. It’s just a right decision!! The hotel has everything exact what we need. The room is spacious, has all essential equipments. The bathroom is a bit small but still enough for us. There is self-service laundry room, you need to pay for it. If you need help, the staffs will help you. If you still have time, they also have the gym room for you to do some exercises. There is a convenient store next to the hotel to buy food, personal stuffs…etc. Additionally, we visited BJ in winter, so the room only has heater. It was a bit hot and the hotel offered us the fan. It’s perfect. The location is also near by attractive places. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

East Second Ring Workers' Stadium Area Beijing|2.95km from city centre
pros: Very nice hotel located close to downtown beijing, only a few subway stations away from most major attractions and surrounded by a bunch of local places to eat. The room was very well laid out and clean, it had a very nice view and came with a good amount of amenities and storage for clothes luggage etc. The breakfast in the morning was above average and had a large selection and seating space. GALAXY SOHO mall is within view after walking a block and there are a lot of stores and upscale places to eat and shop in that area. The hotel wifi is one of the better that i’ve used and is reliable for work and recreational use. cons: The hotel is located almost directly in the middle of the two nearest subway stations with close to a mile walk to each so this commute is not for the faint hearted you will be doing a lot of walking. The rooms get very hot during the day and will be almost unbearable to stay in if you accidentally leave the curtains open and let it heat up. AC is not provided until closer to summer so keep this in mind unless you’re staying after May.

Good hotel that lives up to the 5-star rating in every aspect. I just left the hotel. Yesterday at the reception they told me that are doing upgrades, same room but breakfast for free, so I was ok, thank you. Today I was busy till 10 so I go for breakfast at 10.10, they told me at 10.30 is closing time. Food was finished so I had a coffee and a pastry. After that I did the check out so I was informed that I need to pay for breakfast. I told to the receptionist that the upgrade was for free , so in the end she was ok we will do the full refund of deposit, so I left, when I was in taxi I saw that in the end they charged me 240 rmb for breakfast. I don’t have a problem paying for my expenses but if the receptionist is lying to me cause I’m a foreigner and they hope I will not come again they mistake. I never book the breakfast cause this hotel have a good pastry shop across the breakfast place. I’m disappointed.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable—situated in the heart of Beijing, it offers easy access to key attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation. The proximity to iconic landmarks like the Forbidden City and Wangfujing Street made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Although the hotel is abit old, the room was spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean. The luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made it feel like a true retreat. The view from my room was also stunning, offering a glimpse of Beijing’s skyline that added to the ambiance. Ambience at the hotel lobby was awesome. With a grand piano, high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows facing the garden. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From the concierge’s expert recommendations to the housekeeping staff’s meticulous attention, I felt well cared for throughout my stay.
