I got to stay in my favourite room in the North Tower where I have stayed five times. The location of the Twin Towers Hotel is very good because it is a fairly close walk to Siam Square and the MBK Mall. There are lots of interesting streets near the hotel. The weather was hot but the room was very nice and cool. The swimming pool very is nice to swim in when the weather gets hot. It is good going down to the breakfast area to try lots of food. They now have a good shop at the front of the hotel which I went to many times. I recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Bangkok.

5 star hotel with reasonable price compared with others. Free shuttle ferry services to BTS is convenient in particular during traffic congestion periods. It’s my mother birthday trip, the hotel furnished us a complimentary cake made her so happy. May be a cover to the cake was more preferable in connection to hygienic concern. Nevertheless we finished it and would more than happy to express my thanks to the hotel’s arrangement. Some plugins electricity connection for battery/ mobile charging are mal-functioned which the hotel should need to check and rectify.

Fantastic 5 star boutique hotel in convenient location within walking distance to BTS Chitlom which is a few stops from Sukhumvit and Siam. Central Embassy and Central World are short walking distance away on Sukhumvit road. Many great cafes and restaurants nearby, convenient stores a few steps from the hotel. Hotel also has free parking for guests. Hotel Muse has a classy Art Deco look and great staff. Hotel also has its own rooftop bar. This is our second time staying here and the standards are just as high as the first visit.

Decent price point, but there are a number of small but still notable issues which make this hotel far from a 5 star standard. For a start, WiFi log in details were incorrect, and we only realized after going back to check following numerous failed connection attempts. Housekeeping also repeatedly threw away our used bedroom slippers which we planned to reuse, and does not even replace them (where’s the sense in this), and this only stopped after we called to highlight the issue. Face towels were not provided in the room, even though they were provided in another room we booked - even after we asked for them, the next day they were not replaced by housekeeping. It’s an okay place to stay for the price, but it can be a lot better.

Our stay at Pullman King Power in Thailand was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference. The pool area was stunning – beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. It felt like being in a tropical resort, with lush greenery and a peaceful ambiance that made it hard to believe we were in the city. We spent hours unwinding by the pool, enjoying the calm and refreshing vibe. Every part of the hotel, from the rooms to the dining areas, was impeccably maintained and elegantly styled. It was the ideal blend of luxury and comfort. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or an urban getaway, Pullman King Power offers the best of both worlds. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Thailand! Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-tier hospitality and a resort-like experience in the heart of Bangkok.

Despite we arrived early and checking in is at 3 pm , a beautiful and friendly lady by the name of Ms Beam, greeted with her warm smile. She helped us to do the necessary documents and assuring me that our room will be ready by 2pm . Surprisingly, our room was ready before 3pm. We got a relatively high floor and when we opened the room, we saw a heart nicely decorated with rose petals. Shortly after, the door bell rang and the staff presented us a Happy Anniversary Cake. Really appreciate their kind gestures and efforts. Loved the roses 🌹too. Truly recommended this hotel for those that wanted to be away from the busy shopping area but still accessible by the trains . Only 5 direct stops to Chinatown, which is one of the plus point. I will definitely stay in this hotel on my next BKK trip!

We recently stayed at Centara Grand Ladprao and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city's shopping district and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. It was easy to get around and explore everything the area had to offer. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, I would highly recommend Centara Grand Ladprao to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was Non Halal, so we skipped. The staffs were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The BKK traffic is a nightmare. Hotel was quite a distance from popular shopping spots but the BTS train ride is a good mode of transport. We LOVE how they have a lot of switch to charge your mobile. Toilet come with towels, toothbrush, hairdryer, hand/bath soaps and shampoo. We booked Grand Deluxe and it comes with a Balcony. And, a lot of great lighting too! A small gym and pool. Overall rating, 9/10. Please consider HALAL food too.

A stylish refurbishment creates a nice environment. Only the old woodwork and windows give an indication of the past. The staff are excellent and service driven. The breakfast had a good selection but the restaurant area is a little bleak reminiscent of car park (may be work in progress ). Other food is only served by room service until 3pm which may be a problem to some, but is good value for this service. We would definately stay again when we attend an event at the cultural centre.

I've reserved total of 2 rooms for myself and my colleague on September 6th for September 24th stay. I showed up at hotel receiption on 9/24 and provided my passport for name verification on my reservation The receiption clerk checked and told me the reservation was cancelled. I asked her to check again using my booking name, she again told me the reservation was cancelled and asked me to check with Trip.com I checked the email record and did not received any notification of any change to my reservation or change of reservation number, So I checked with trip.com via my app and called the customer service, although it is troublesome as but he customer service was helpful and provided me with an updated reservation number to check with hotel. The hotel clerk tookk another few minutes walking in and out of the back room and took some times process the room through computer. I can see the customer lining up behind me have gotten more and more impatient, eventually after another few minutes the clerk gave me the room key. The next day when I checked out, I left eh key at the counter and about to leave, the same clerk insisted me to stay and wait for her to contact hotel people to check the room, after another few minutes the clerk then told me ”OK you can leave” Overall the room itself was ok, but the interaction with rreceiption clerk was really awful, and really concern if my reservation number would change without notice that I will need to call trip.com everytime I check in to hotel that I reserved in the future to clarify my reservation is confirmed. :(

I stayed at this hotel. It’s an old hotel, and the rooms are also old, but the lobby has been newly renovated and looks beautiful. The parking area is far from the accommodation, and you have to walk through connecting buildings. The staff lacks service-mindedness, and there’s still a cash deposit required before check-in, so don’t forget to bring cash. I chose this hotel only for the location. If I had a choice, I wouldn’t stay here

Initially i was worried that the location is slightly away from the train station. It turns out not that bad unless it is raining. The walk to nearby station is still convenient. thank you for the exceptional service during my stay. I truly enjoyed it and will definitely recommend the hotel to others. The bed was super comfortable. I had a good rest and felt rejuvenated. The breakfast buffet was delicious to my tastebuds. But perhaps maybe the hotel can introduce more local savoury dishes. Noodles station was my favourite. The pool, gym and sauna area is a bit limited to my liking but still good. Staffs were friendly too. Keep up the good work.
