The hotel is located in the very central and center of the city and the hotel upgraded my room to one of their signature rooms on the high floor with a very good view. The amenities were very good and allow me for late checkout as well. The only thing is that check-in is quite slow, but the lady was quite courteous so that was fine. Just a simple check in hotel

Whether you're craving a quick snack or a hearty local meal, there are plenty of affordable and delicious options just a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout my stay. Stayed in late December for 5 Nights, booked 2 rooms for the family . I don’t recommend this hotel for tall people. The ceiling is not for International height haha. We thought all rooms have bath tubs but none and toilets are considered small, stained carpets and overall the rooms are badly in need of serious renovation. The persons who cleaned up our rooms are very good, we are grateful to come back to cleaned up room, fresh bed sheets. Their swimming pool remained open. I requested months prior for interconnecting but non available on the day so the front staff arranged adjacent rooms but it turns out it wasn’t adjacent but few rooms father from each other :). We stayed anyway because rooms already paid btw. Hotel has lovely Christmas decorations and you are surrounded with luxurious brands like Rolex, Patek etc but these shops btw have no stocks to offer even if you’ll pay cash so it’s useless. The location is not the best but acceptable. We saw drank men fighting nearby the hotel one night but we just walked straight and did not bother their business :).

Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Victoria Harbour, which made exploring the area really convenient. However, there are a few areas for improvement. We were consistently woken up around 7 AM by noisy guests, which made it hard to get a full night’s rest. It would also be helpful if the hotel provided power adapters, as the sockets are UK-style. We ended up buying one at a premium nearby—partly our oversight, but still something future guests should be aware of. Despite these issues, it’s a solid option for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize location.

Good location. Near MTR Great Harbour view. Took over 10 minutes for my reservation to be confirmed. Had to ask 3 times while waiting. Receptionist didn't seem too keen. Not what I expected from Ramada. Nor the Flimsy slippers. It is a challenge to get it on your feet. I have seen better quality one from cheap hotels. Tiny bathroom with bathtub. Better to remove and replace with a shower recess only. Bigger. More practical. Nearly slipped getting out The toilet is not designed for anyone over 1.8M depicted in the photo. Then again. I can't complain too much. At their room rate. It is still great value for money.

This hotel is excellent in our opinion. Location in the center, in 5 minutes by foot from a subway station. Rooms are large by Hong Kong standards and very clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were always exstensive and of top quality. The Internet connection was perfect all the time. There was a glass bottle in the room and you could always obtain drinking water in several places. The water flow in the bathroom was strong. We lived on 19th floor which provided a nice view from the window. Air conditioning was central and worked fine. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and next time when we visit Hong Kong we intend to stay there.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Hong Kong and had a pleasant and comfortable experience. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to MTR stations, shopping areas, and local restaurants. It made exploring Hong Kong incredibly convenient. The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for a hotel in such a busy area. My partner and I came back to stay at the hotel two weeks in a row. The gentleman checking us in (Owais) upgraded us to a corner room with a jaw-dropping view. We ended up booking an additional night because of this wonderful gesture. The bathroom was the best bathroom I’d ever been in. Loved that we had a view while taking a shower! Shout out to the housekeeping as well for noticing that we were drank a lot of water and bringing us extra complimentary cans of water while we were out! We had such a good time in the hotel and will definitely be back.

A11 drops you off at Gordon Street (3min walk away) from HKIA. The hotel is 5min walk away from Tin Hau MTR station. Room was spacious with ample space for opening lugguages, a desk and chair for eating-in, and enough space & hangers to hang 6 clothing items. Room service is daily, and the aircon is never off (good for me but not the environment 🤪). All in all, a good value hotel for about HKD600/night. It is clean and almost feels luxurious. Oh there are 3 elevators in this hotel.
