Overall, it was a great stay. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get to Victoria Harbour and other attractions. Right next door is the Grand Century Place mall, so you have plenty of dining options. The hotel's environment and cleanliness were also good. We chose a room with a 1.5-meter bed, which is quite rare for Hong Kong. Essential toiletries like toothbrushes, shampoo, and body wash were all provided, so there was no need to bring our own. One of the best things about Hong Kong is that you don't need to buy bottled water; we didn't buy any water during our four-day trip. Just carry a reusable water bottle, and you can refill it almost anywhere, which is very convenient and eco-friendly – definitely something to learn from. The only minor issue we had was on the first night; we were given a room with a connecting door, and the soundproofing was terrible. The family next door had three noisy kids who kept us up until late, so we didn't get much sleep. However, the hotel was very accommodating and moved us to a quieter room the next day.

Love everything about this hotel! The location is very nice, even it's not in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui but close enough to walk, ~10mins for walking to Tsim Sha Tsui. K11 Art mall is in the middle on the way from hotel to Tsim Sha Tsui so we stopped by for popular tea shops, CHAGEE and Heytea, everyday during our stay in this hotel. We booked premier room to enjoy the sea view and it's worth it! The hotel is located on the Mody road which have a beautiful Christmas decorations that can be seen from our hotel room, Avenue of Stars is also across the road. Room is true to pictures, all amenities are provided everyday, all staffs we met are easy approach and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone who's looking for luxury hotel in a budget!

There's not much to do or see around the hotel, and finding places to eat is inconvenient. The room was quite small, and the quality of the complimentary disposable slippers and toothbrushes was very poor. The bed was also on the smaller side and the bedding wasn't very comfortable. They didn't even clean our room the entire day we were out, only coming to clean it after 10 PM. There was no apology or compensation offered whatsoever, almost as if they didn't care. This meant we went to bed very late and didn't get a good night's rest. When the housekeeping staff changed the bedding while I was still in the room, there was a lot of dust, which triggered my nasal allergies. It was truly a terrible experience.

The room is quite small; it's fine for one person, but might be a bit cramped for two. It's close to the Hong Kong Coliseum, about a 15-minute walk. It's also near Jordan MTR Station, roughly an 8-minute walk away. There are 7-Eleven convenience stores and many restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities are a bit old but clean, and for this price in this area, it offers good value for money. The hotel also has a buffet breakfast for under 70 RMB, which is enough to fill you up.

Sai Wan and Sheung Wan Hong Kong|4.47km from city centre
The room was very expensive for what you get . It was the weekend of the HK marathon so maybe this affected it. The room itself was very small, but it’s Hong Kong, I get it, space is at a premium. Bed was pretty hard, but personally that wasn’t an issue for us. What was most disappointing was the “Harbour View” I paid extra for (photo attached). Our shower had no shower gel provided. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful and we were allowed to leave our bags after we checked out while we spent another day in the city. The breakfast was only so so, but reasonably priced. The lifts up and down can be very slow. There’s is a rooftop pool with nice views of the city, but we didn’t use the pool. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s based in a nice part of central that feels local and has good access to transport networks. There’s also some great coffee shops and food options in walking distance. We are not people who spend lots of time in the hotel and used it mainly as somewhere to sleep while we explored for a few days. That said, you could find better priced options for that kind of stay. All in all it was just ok. Nothing to write home about.

The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It was quiet at night, so we slept soundly. 1. **Location:** We chose to stay two nights in Tsuen Wan because we were visiting Hong Kong Disneyland. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from Disneyland or Tsim Sha Tsui. Right downstairs is a transportation hub with MTR and bus connections, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. Multiple skywalks connect the hotel, shopping malls, and the transportation hub – truly convenient. Downstairs, there's a pleasant and comfortable park, and across the street is a seaside promenade. The environment is nice, although there's a strong fishy smell from the sea. 2. **Room:** We had a bay view, perfect for watching the sunset, and the room was bright and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a good wet/dry separation. There was a musty smell upon entering the room, but the bedding was clean. The shower had good water pressure. 3. **Service:** The service was quite professional and the staff had excellent attitudes. We requested a room change due to an issue with the window, and the front desk lady and housekeeping staff handled the problem patiently and thoroughly, all with a great attitude. So, despite a minor issue, our stay was very pleasant. If we come back, we'll definitely choose to stay here again.

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay Hong Kong|4.45km from city centre
The hotel's location is convenient. It's a 5-minute walk along Electric Road after getting off at Tin Hau MTR Station (Island Line), and there are several popular '网红店' (internet-famous shops) on Electric Road. Turning left out of the hotel and walking down Wing Hing Street for two or three minutes brings you to Victoria Park. Crossing the park, Causeway Bay is only about a 15-minute walk away. It's also very close to Victoria Harbour, though that section of the waterfront was under maintenance when I visited. The room and bed sizes are quite decent for Hong Kong, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. The shower had good water pressure and temperature. The hotel breakfast and afternoon tea didn't have a huge variety, but the taste, especially the Hong Kong specialty items, was good. Taking the elevator up to the 30th floor offers views of the Convention and Exhibition Centre and the yacht club. You can go up there all day, but the evening view is particularly nice. My trip to Hong Kong was quite packed, so I didn't spend much time at the hotel, but overall, I was quite satisfied.

Our stay in the Deluxe Twin Room at Harbour Plaza Resort City was a fantastic surprise! The hotel's location is superb, just a 1-minute walk to +WOO shopping mall, with over 200 shops and restaurants for all your dining and entertainment needs. It's also right next to Tin Shui Wai Park, perfect for a pleasant stroll. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with the Light Rail Ginza Station practically on its doorstep, getting you to Tsim Sha Tsui in just 30 minutes – hassle-free travel. The room itself, at 36-38 sqm, was spacious and bright. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the entire space was tidy and odor-free, showing great attention to detail. While disposable toothbrushes and complimentary bottled water weren't provided, this is actually in line with Hong Kong's 'plastic-free' environmental policy, and the hotel offered thoughtful alternatives. The staff were warm and attentive, responding quickly to any inquiries. Our overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend it for both business travelers and leisure tourists!
