Booked a larger room and first night I had a harbor view but the room was a little small. 2nd night I upgraded to a suite and it was huge. Maybe 5 times the size of the first room. Very pleased with that room. Had a kitchen, a full size dining table with seating for 6, bathroom had a bath and a separate shower. The bed size was king size and in a separate room. Lounge seating for 8. This room wasn't offered by trip.com. Executive Lounge was great and had afternoon tea, then free happy hour drinks later. Breakfast also in the exec. Lounge with personalized service from very nice staff.

Nice hotel nice location and nice room, spacious enough to load down luggage. Bed set clean, just the pillow not right for my neck so caused me don’t really sleep well. Love the bathtub so you can watch tv and enjoy the “SPA” yourself. Nice walkway from lobby to mall, but always many “dancers” there to selfie and upload their “profile” to share with everyone, kind of entertainment when you passing by.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, showing the high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. What stood out most was the staff — they were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Victoria Harbour, which made exploring the area really convenient. However, there are a few areas for improvement. We were consistently woken up around 7 AM by noisy guests, which made it hard to get a full night’s rest. It would also be helpful if the hotel provided power adapters, as the sockets are UK-style. We ended up buying one at a premium nearby—partly our oversight, but still something future guests should be aware of. Despite these issues, it’s a solid option for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize location.

Great hotel with affordable price. I travel 2 people and the hotel provide me the twin room haha. Its no problem because we are old couple haha. Its just a mirror remind to young couple lol. The room was extremely clean. But there is no amenities at all. You have to self-supply even water (similar to some of taiwan hotel). In general, its great at that price. I have my own running around Victoria harbour every morning, thats great!!!! Highly rcm to newly tourisers

The bed was very comfortable mattress, soft pillows, decent size fridge you get the amenities teas and coffees of jasmine tea and sugar and the powdered creamers. The toilet is clean a little dated. It is rather small Hotel is in a very good location. You can get to most of the shopping centres and eateries and places of interest. I would stay here again

The location is very good. You reach LKF and pretty much everything on HK island pretty fast. The hotel is very close to an MTR station. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. However, it was quite small and as two people we struggled to find a place where to put our clothes and suitcases (there is not much space on the floor). The staff was very helpful and we had a very nice stay there overall.

My regular hotel when I visit HK. Nice location as it’s only 7mins walk to Olympic MTR station and there are a lot of eateries around the place. The hotel provide free shuttle to the nearby shopping mall, MTR, Wong Kok etc. The hotel room is decent and the bed is very comfortable. The hot shower pressure is strong and it’s so nice after a full day of walking outside.

Stayed in a connecting room at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile—super convenient if you’re traveling with family or friends. The location? Prime. Smack in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui, steps from the MTR, shops, food—everything. The room itself? Let’s call it “vintage charm”—a little dated but clean enough to pass the white-sock test. Amenities are pretty bare-bones, and oddly, no complimentary water (a surprising miss at this price point). But if you’re here to explore the city and just need a reliable crash pad, it gets the job done. Just don’t expect luxury, and maybe pack your own water bottle.

This is not a true 5 star hotel, but the pool and view is good (they don’t give you bathing ropes). The original room we got was dirty. Floor is with ash, theres a crystal building up from liquids dropping from ceiling, theres bathtub has leakage. Thankfully we requested a new room and the apparent problems are gone, but still I feel like a lot of the rooms are not used often and they can do a better job at maintenance. The front desk at 41F is also noticeably annoyed when I requested for a new room, service is short of 5 star. Breakfast was really mediocre, no omelette station, food was just average.  The view was very good though, thats the only thing that feels 5 star.

The location is extremely convenient, I couldn’t imagine the best area to stay in Hong Kong for my first experience here! The hotel is close to bus and subway stations. My hotel room view was 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, there was an incident with my personal belongings when a cleaning lady threw away my water bottles and tripod plastic bag. These items weren’t in the trash bin, I’ve never had such experience with any cleaning service that they take responsibility for throwing away their guests’ things. That incident worsened my impression of the hotel. I didn’t feel like my stuff would be safe and sound inside my hotel room. In general, the hotel is nice to stay in Hong Kong.
