My stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou was absolutely fantastic! The hotel beautifully recreates the aesthetics of the ancient Wu Kingdom from the Spring and Autumn period, with its pavilions, terraces, and waterside promenades showcasing classic Suzhou elegance. Every step offers a picturesque view. As a project under Singapore’s GIC and Temasek, its unique foresight in choosing a prime location in the heart of the ancient city back in 1995 is remarkable. It also boasts a rich history, having hosted numerous dignitaries. Guests can enjoy free access to Panmen Gate by using their room key, and it's incredibly convenient to visit core attractions like Canglang Pavilion, Lingering Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Xiyuan Temple. Plus, the hotel's own restaurants, like Ruigarden Noodle House, are definitely worth trying – it truly enhances the overall experience!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Line 5, making it incredibly convenient to take the subway to any attraction. It's also very quiet at night, with no noise, so we slept soundly. Right opposite the hotel is a restaurant called Zhu Hongxing. Every evening after exploring, my family and I would go there for noodles and dishes – the taste was absolutely fantastic!!! Just a few hundred meters south of the hotel entrance is a river called Waicheng River. After dinner, my family and I would take a walk there, enjoying the evening breeze, which was very pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!!!

Arrived by train after 10 PM and just wanted to find a close place to rest, and the hotel turned out to be surprisingly good! First, it's incredibly close – literally three minutes from the high-speed rail exit to the hotel. They upgraded me to a deluxe room upon check-in, which was spacious and beautiful; my child absolutely loved it. They even provided slippers and toiletries for the little one, showing very thoughtful and attentive service. Breakfast was also delicious, especially the fish soup wontons – so fresh and tasty!

This time, my family and I stayed at the Jinling Hotel, and it happened to be my birthday. I was truly touched by the thoughtful service of the fairy housekeeper – she deserves a massive shout-out! The housekeeper proactively reached out beforehand to confirm the delivery time for my birthday cake, arranging everything perfectly. The next day, we spontaneously decided to have the cake delivered earlier. After contacting her, she immediately helped coordinate the change without hesitation, responding super quickly! As a renowned five-star hotel, Jinling Hotel's service certainly lives up to its reputation. The housekeeper was enthusiastic, attentive, gentle, and patient throughout our stay. Every detail showed how much effort she put in. This stay wasn't just about accommodation; it was a birthday experience filled with surprises and warmth.

First off, the environment is absolutely beautiful, nestled in a corner of Taihu Lake. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough, offering stunning views right from the balcony. The hotel is embraced by lush trees, feeling just like being in a park. The only minor letdown was the air conditioning on the day we left; it was a warmer day, and the AC just couldn't keep up. The room temperature was a sweltering 31 degrees Celsius! T_T There was a good variety of breakfast options, and the food tasted great. I even got to try Wuxi Xiaolongbao – as someone from Shanghai, I found it very palatable and delicious! For dinner one night, we chose Jichang Xuxuan. We had crispy eels and two out of the three Taihu white dishes. The side of rice with vegetables was also very tasty; the greens were crisp yet cooked, and the rice was subtly flavored. The complimentary shrimp paste was excellent. This hotel is highly suitable for families with elderly members and children. There's a kids' play area and a swimming pool on the first floor, and older guests can enjoy walks nearby. Overall, the experience was fantastic, from the reception staff to the restaurant servers – everyone was warm and attentive. Please, please improve the air conditioning facilities. If I have the chance, I would definitely choose Taihu Hotel again.

Couldn't believe there was such a stylish hotel right in the popular Shantang Street scenic area. As soon as I walked in, I was drawn in by the unique design. The lobby was very spacious, and even more surprising was the complimentary minibar in the room, stocked with BaiSuiShan water, which was a nice touch. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the station, which I didn't get to use since I drove, but parking was also free. That's a real rarity in the old city center where space is at a premium. The breakfast also had a great variety. Overall, a very satisfying trip.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated on the bustling Zhongshan North Road, just a stone's throw from Nanjing Gulou. Shopping, dining, and transportation are incredibly convenient, with the Line 1 subway station only a 5-minute walk away. The hotel building itself is tall and impressive, and the lobby is spacious, luxurious, and grand. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a warm smile. The room was very spacious, with all amenities neatly arranged, and the bedding was spotlessly clean, making me feel right at home. My stay at Nanjing City Celebrity Hotel was a truly wonderful experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips to Nanjing.

They proactively helped solve problems, were responsible and considerate of customers at every turn, taking care of many small details that made me feel valued and respected. The entire communication process was smooth, and the experience was excellent; the service alone made it worth every penny. The value for money is also outstanding. Both the price and quality are well worth the cost, with no hidden fees or gimmicks. They genuinely focus on service and reputation. Among similar establishments, this one stands out in both hardware and software. The advantages are clear when comparing, truly delivering excellent value for money. Overall, this was a very pleasant, worry-free, and satisfying experience with no complaints whatsoever – smooth and comfortable throughout. You can tell the owner is serious about their work and genuinely cares for every guest, which is truly rare. I will prioritize staying here in the future and will sincerely recommend it to my family, friends, and colleagues. Good businesses deserve to be seen by more people. Whenever I return to Suzhou from abroad, I always choose Pingjiang Lodge. It holds a special place in my heart because I used to walk past it and Pingjiang Road every day on my way to school. Plus, the hotel boasts a 500-year-old 'Half Garden.' Though small, it's a quintessential Suzhou garden where you can sit and enjoy tea, complete with parrots that say 'hello.' It's truly a remedy for homesickness, no need to visit other gardens. The service has always been exceptional. During this stay, I mentioned that it had been 40 years since I left Suzhou, and Manager Xiao Tang at the front desk immediately upgraded my room and sent some fruit. Breakfast is decent, and the hotel's homemade toppings are authentic – I look forward to them every morning. The location is absolutely perfect; Pingjiang Road is right outside, and popular attractions like Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and Suzhou Museum are all incredibly close. There are also various specialty snacks and restaurants nearby. Aside from the crowds of tourists, it's practically flawless. Staying here makes me so happy; it truly feels like coming home.
