We had a perfect stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, consisting of two connected rooms. One room featured a king-size bed, a large living room, and a luxurious bathroom with a huge bathtub. The second room had two single beds, which was perfect for our two adult children. The layout was very thoughtful, with two separate bathrooms and toilets, plus an additional guest toilet in the living room. With four of us staying together, we never had to wait for the bathroom — a huge convenience! The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, featuring beautiful gardens, traditional architecture, and a pagoda, making it feel like a scenic attraction in itself. As a special bonus, the hotel provided a complimentary 60-minute Hanfu experience, allowing us to take wonderful photos around the property. Honestly, the hotel is so beautiful that you could easily spend a day exploring the grounds without leaving. Another thoughtful touch was that each room was provided with an entire carton of bottled mineral water, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, an exceptional stay with spacious accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Suzhou!

Super comfortable, definitely a five-star review! We moved here from the Kyriad next door, and this place is so much better. The Kyriad kept hounding us for good reviews, but here, the front desk doesn't even ask. The rooms are clean, and the service is excellent. They even upgraded us to two king rooms when our original room type wasn't available. The service is fantastic; they even gave us little perfumed sachets since it was close to the Dragon Boat Festival. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

I previously stayed at the Yangzhou Xiyuan Hotel, but the prices were too high for the Dragon Boat Festival, so I switched to Yangzhou Xiang. I had a good experience overall. The day before check-in, a hotel staff member named Emma contacted me to arrange everything. My request for a room with a view of the Jiangsu Football Stadium was granted, which was a nice touch. The Xiang Palace downstairs serves really good food, much better than [a certain other restaurant]. On the first day of my stay, I received a discount when settling the bill. Also, don't forget that hotel guests get a special price on the Lion's Head dish. The hotel pool is also great; it wasn't crowded, and I swam there all three days. The Deluxe Club offers afternoon tea and light dinner options, which is very convenient. For breakfast, you should definitely go to the second-floor buffet restaurant; it looks much more extensive.

The room was exceptionally clean and completely smoke-free, which was a huge plus – no unpleasant odors at all! I loved that the window could open for ventilation. The surroundings were absolutely stunning; the entire hotel had a beautiful garden-style design. The amenities were also top-notch, especially the embroidered bed linens which were incredibly comfortable and soft. This is clearly a high-end hotel, and we got a fantastic deal thanks to the off-peak season discount – amazing value for money! It's super close to popular attractions like the Lion Grove Garden, Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Garden Museum, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel breakfast was extensive, and their desserts were particularly delicious. Right outside, there are excellent chain restaurants serving local specialties. The hotel even offers travel photography services, and in the evenings, there's a shuttle for a scenic boat tour to enjoy the night view and listen to Pingtan opera – truly delightful! The service was outstanding; they even upgraded our room for free. Absolutely fantastic!

Arrived at the hotel early in the morning after the Dragon Boat Festival, and they upgraded my room. The room was quite spacious, still retaining that classic Hyatt style. Surprisingly, there was a telescope in the room, though it wasn't particularly useful. The hotel's location is absolutely excellent. You can take the subway directly from Xuzhou East Station to right downstairs. Below the hotel is a bustling commercial street with shops and restaurants of all kinds. To the south, you can walk to Huilongwo and Hubu Mountain. Just across the street to the north is the Confucius Temple, the 1818 Night Market, and Fuguo Street is also nearby. Several must-try restaurants on the 'best-of' lists are all within walking distance. It's perfect for enjoying food and drinks without getting too tired, making it an ideal way to experience Xuzhou.

This was the second hotel I stayed at in Nantong. It's located in the business district, very close to the Nantong Sports Center, which is great if you're there for a concert. The area around it is quite lively. You can also explore the Langshan Scenic Area nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was decent. The only thing to be aware of is that getting a taxi in the business district on weekday mornings can be tough, so make sure to book one early. Both high-speed rail stations are a bit of a distance, and you could easily miss your train – I learned that the hard way!

Environment: This must be a landmark building in Nanjing, visible from a distance. The 45th floor has a terrace, but unfortunately, the recent bad weather prevented me from going up. The views from the higher floors should be great, but the weather has been a bit disappointing lately. Facilities: The air conditioning was powerful, and the internet speed was very fast. The elevator requires a transfer. It was a bit warm on the last day. Service: Excellent service! Alice, the butler, was very responsive and proactively asked about my needs. The auntie on the 67th floor and the doorman were also very attentive.

The location is fantastic, with a bustling view of Xinjiekou right outside the window. What impressed me most was the service – friendly, polite, and incredibly responsive. The dining options exceeded expectations; the breakfast was diverse with Nanjng specialties, and the formal meals were exquisitely prepared. The room was well-maintained, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and responsive. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food quality was surprisingly good. I especially want to commend the Jia Restaurant on the 56th floor of the Asia Pacific Tower. On our first night, we tried their mini hotpot, and the two single sets were more than enough for two people. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, promptly helping with drinks, clearing plates, and cooking items. We also loved the buffet selection! We had such a happy meal! The next morning, we debated between the ground floor breakfast buffet and the 56th-floor one, but decided to go back to the 56th floor – and we were so glad we did! It was another wonderful experience, feeling right at home. There were many dishes available in the morning. For instance, a waitress kindly cut the Jinling large meat bun for us so we could each have half, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to CY and MYF from Jia Restaurant for their attentive service. The view was also excellent; we could see the beautiful city from our seats. All in all, I highly recommend trying it! I truly appreciate such thoughtful service! We booked afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge, which featured a beautiful birdcage design. The happy hour's light dinner, part of the executive benefits, was also delicious! I had previously celebrated a birthday at Meiyuan, so this time, I decided to try the Pacific Western Restaurant before checking out, which also offered a beautiful setting and attentive service. I feel like I'll be back very soon just for the delicious food.

CChuntianrannaifenBooked this place for a business trip to Nanjing and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, with a large bay window offering excellent natural light. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the shredded radish pancake was absolutely delicious! The lounge on the first floor was also very convenient for business meetings. My foreign colleague traveling with me also spoke highly of it. If I return to Nanjing, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

WWangxiaohuatongxueI will always recommend this place without hesitation. Suzhou is truly beautiful; every photo turns out perfectly. Since I was traveling with my parents, the front desk helped arrange a more suitable room, which greatly eased my anxiety. Fearing we might have trouble, the staff even personally brought the room cards to our room. Everyone was so handsome and responsible, and spoke so gently. They even brought me hot water and didn't forget to give me an extra bottle of mineral water so I could dilute it and avoid getting scalded. Oh my goodness, their warm hospitality made me feel so embarrassed! They truly embodied the feeling of 'home away from home'! There's a separate lounge area on the first floor, which is convenient for dining or meeting guests, and there's even a small play area for children. I'll definitely choose this place again when I bring my kids next time. Highly, highly recommend! Wishing them prosperous business!

GGuest UserI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

GGuest UserNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here. Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around. In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room. When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture? Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc. Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us. These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

MMienmamaI've been to Yunshuijian four times in five years. It's still very good. I used to have team building here. The only thing I'm not satisfied with: The swimming pool is enclosed and charged. That's fine. People who don't swim are also charged. Children over 110 are charged 30. I think it's a bit ugly and unreasonable. Is it contracted to the villagers? The auntie who charges and the enclosure behavior all show the atmosphere of the small peasant economy in the past.

They upgraded our room to one with an open-air balcony – too bad it was raining, so we couldn't enjoy the breeze! Haha. The room was very clean, and the amenities were excellent, even Shuuke toothpaste! They also gave us a pretty little fan when we left. The hotel's location is perfect. UUntamedFootprintsLocation is convenient as there is a mall, night food street and a nearby tram station. The front office is located on the 5th level; not on the ground floor. But there is an entrance on the ground level for hotel guests. The front office lady who did the room check-in for us is helpful. However, the rest are less than friendly. There is an in-room safe which is rare for hotels in this category. When we attempted to use it, we realized that it couldn’t be locked. Front office sent a maintenance staff who encountered the same problem. As a result, he replaced it and the issue was resolved. There was an eye-opener incident with the in-room safe which convinced us not to use it. We returned to our room on the second night (21st March 2026) and couldn’t open the safe door. After a few failed attempts, we contacted the front office which sent the same maintenance staff who replaced our safe the previous night. To our surprise, he opened the safe with his personal code. I would think a decoder or gadget of some sort would be required in order to open the safe. There was central air-conditioning which proved insufficiently cold. We had to open the window to cool down the room. Terry slippers were not the standard setup. Plastic slippers were provided. However, terry slippers were provided upon request. Plastic bags are not provided with the rubbish bins. Unhygienic! Only a box of tissues was provided. Most hotels provide 2. The refrigerator isn’t cold enough. Coffeemate was provided. It should be drip-coffee. The master switch was located next to the room door which was very inconvenient. In most hotels, it’s at the bedside! The shower cubicle floor and sink countertop have stains. Hair-conditioner was not provided. Instead, a conditioning shampoo was! There was only 1 wall hook. There should be at least 2. Water seeps through the shower cubicle door. This can cause injury should one slips. There were only 2 washers and 2 dryers. They looked like household type; unlike Atour which is commercial type thereby more powerful. In addition, you have to manually add the detergent as it doesn’t not dispense automatically. There’s pros and cons to this arrangement. The washing and drying was a nightmare! It takes 50 miniues to wash and 90 minutes to dry. The ‘standard’ is 30 minutes to wash and 35 minutes to dry. There was one time when it took 105 minutes to dry our pants! Timing is good; 6:30am to 10:15am (weekday) and 6:30am to 10”30am (weekend). Breakfast was delicious and had a good range of food. It came with bread and butter pudding! Food was constantly replenished. Staff service was excellent! They aim to please. So, 4 stars service is for the staff who served at the breakfast area/restaurant. On the whole, we get the impression that the hotel management is trying to cut operating cost except for breakfast.

GGuest UserWe stayed 1 night in this lovely hotel on a Sunday night. We managed to check in early at 1 pm and was upgraded from the 30 sqm king room we booked to a larger 41 sqm room. The room is new and used lovely bath amenities, an Australian hotel brand. Our stay came with a set dinner for 2 persons and the food was delicious. The pricing in the hotel restaurant is similar or cheaper than any other regular Chinese restaurant outside. We paid the next day at lunch time to eat Chinese food at the hotel again as the restaurant environment is nice and service is good. They have a very well equipped gym which unfortunately we did not have time to use during our 24 hour stay. Our room rate included breakfast and the selection was generous, the only negative would be the coffee beans they used are too acidic but that’s a personal preference. The location of the hotel is slightly to 1 side of the Suzhou old city but some sights like 网师园 are walking distance. Suzhou city is actually quite spread out, no one location is best for sightseeing. The great thing is didi only cost less than RMB10 per ride from this hotel so it is still very convenient. I would not bother with the Suzhou subway, it is not as convenient as the one in Shanghai. Oh yes, the cable TV have english programming which is nice for a hotel in China. I believe this Artyzen Habitat brand is managed by the Macau Shun Tak group. Will stay here again for good value and service. 这个酒店非常好,值得回来再住。五星级的设施,四星级的价钱。
