⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou** Had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou in the Garden View King Room. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the gardens and koi fish pond. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of local and international choices. The hotel's location is next to Panmen Scenic Area had complimentary access to the attraction. A special shout-out to Jerry at the reception for his outstanding hospitality. He was very accommodating and provided truly heartfelt service throughout our stay. Great experience with excellent facilities, service, and location. Would stay here again when visiting Suzhou.

The interior decor shows its age, and there's only one elevator. However, the room features smart controls, good hygiene, and comfortable bedding. The location is excellent – the subway and bus stops are both within 200 meters. A taxi to Humble Administrator's Garden is only about 16 yuan. The beef noodle and bun shops directly opposite the hotel are both delicious. I'd especially like to commend the young man and woman at the front desk on the 27th during the day; their service was warm, sincere, and very thorough. They proactively upgraded our room because we had a child with us, which I really appreciate. I'm very satisfied.

Arrived by train after 10 PM and just wanted to find a close place to rest, and the hotel turned out to be surprisingly good! First, it's incredibly close – literally three minutes from the high-speed rail exit to the hotel. They upgraded me to a deluxe room upon check-in, which was spacious and beautiful; my child absolutely loved it. They even provided slippers and toiletries for the little one, showing very thoughtful and attentive service. Breakfast was also delicious, especially the fish soup wontons – so fresh and tasty!

Ten days at Jinling Hotel gave us something more precious than just good service – it gave us friendship. Thank you to every staff member who offered us their warm assistance during our most difficult and helpless moments. We checked into Jinling Hotel on May 12th. On the evening of May 13th, I unfortunately fell and got injured. What followed deeply moved us. That night, Manager Guo, who was on duty at the concierge desk, personally helped me purchase medicine and crutches online and had them delivered to our room. He also proactively communicated with relevant departments to arrange all the necessary details for my orthopedic doctor's appointment the next day. It was past 3 AM by the time everything was settled. That night, though we were far from home, our hearts felt incredibly at peace. Early on the morning of May 14th, Supervisor Zhang, who was on duty in the lobby, specifically arranged for a young staff member, Xiao Guan, to accompany us to the hospital. He repeatedly instructed Xiao Guan on every detail of accompanying a patient: how to ensure our safety, how to assist with the medical procedures... That kind of family-like care instantly warmed our hearts. And Xiao Guan certainly lived up to that trust. He was enthusiastic, meticulous, and vibrant, accompanying us for the consultation, X-rays, queueing for payments, picking up medicine, and arranging taxis for our round trip. He was like our own child, giving us a sense of reliance in a foreign place. Li Hong and Liu Yan from housekeeping also provided meticulous help after my injury. When they learned the doctor required me to lie flat with my feet elevated to heart level, Li Hong immediately brought hard pillows to prop up my feet. Fearing I couldn't go out for fresh air, she promptly opened the small window for ventilation. She also thoughtfully provided hangers and patiently taught us how to use the equipment to dry clothes. To ensure we could recover in peace, they brought a fruit platter every day. Li Hong even specially got a tightening strap from the engineering department to reinforce the underarm pads of my crutches. All these tangible acts of care warmed and deeply touched us. I want to say that it is the excellent qualities of each and every one of you that form the most brilliant team image of Jinling Hotel. You are the best calling card for Jinling Hotel. I hope more people will know our story, and I also hope that more friends visiting Nanjing will definitely stay at Jinling – here, you will find the 'home away from home' experience you desire, and even more, a warm, family-like experience. No hotel is perfect, but some definitely have standout features. Taihu Hotel, I highly recommend it! Even though it's called Taihu Hotel, it's not directly on Lake Taihu. Only some of the lake-view rooms actually offer a glimpse of the lake, and there are no public areas with lake views either. So, if you're staying at Taihu Hotel and your budget allows, I'd suggest a lake-view room, especially one with a balcony. In spring or autumn, sitting on the balcony, you can see Yuantouzhu (Turtle Head Isle) – that green shoreline across the lake. The balcony faces directly onto Yuantouzhu's ferry terminal, offering beautiful and delightful scenery. I had initially planned to find a lakeside cafe to relax, but this balcony was just too good to leave. The room came with a capsule coffee machine, so I brewed a cup and sat on the balcony. A gentle breeze was blowing, a few swallows circled overhead (I assume their nests are on the hotel roof), and the lush greenery enveloped me in the fresh scent of plants. The view was expansive, with boats coming and going on distant Lake Taihu, yet it felt incredibly tranquil. I didn't catch the sunrise or sunset, but I did witness the moonrise. I'd never seen the moon rise before; usually, when I look up, the moon is already high in the sky. There's a small hill directly opposite my room, and to my surprise, I saw the moon slowly ascending. It happened to be the 15th day of the ***** calendar, and the night sky was deep blue and cloudless. Unfortunately, my photography skills aren't great, so I couldn't capture it, and my literary abilities aren't good enough to describe it in words. All I can say is, it was incredibly beautiful. I'm not sure if this is visible every season, or if the moon might rise from a different spot sometimes. My knowledge of astronomy and geography isn't the best, but I imagine the moon doesn't always appear from the exact same location. The greenery between the hotel and Lake Taihu isn't all part of the hotel property, and you can't walk through it as there are fences marking off third-party property. The hotel's back garden is quite large; it takes a good half-hour to wander through every corner. In the evenings, they show open-air movies on the lawn. It's not too cold or hot right now, and the mosquitoes haven't started working yet, so it's quite comfortable. However, I'm not sure if this happens on non-holidays. Around May Day, they even had fireworks in the evenings. Fireworks aren't normally available on weekdays, and I'm not sure about weekends. This is a resort-style hotel. The hotel's facilities are pretty good. I was initially worried about it being outdated since it was renovated in 2016, but it didn't feel old at all, and the decor was quite nice. The parking lot is huge, with both an underground garage and outdoor parking spaces. There's a gym, ping-pong, tennis courts, and a pool. There's also an AI trail, which is a 1km loop around the back garden. They have small three-wheeled scooters, but I'm not sure if they're free or require a QR code payment to use. The staff are all very friendly and provide good service. There are a few areas for improvement. The gym has a sort of cable machine, which is great, but the accessory options are a bit limited. Also, the hotel's signage is a bit unclear. The underground garage is actually on the hotel's 1st floor, but there are no signs indicating how to get from the garage to the public areas on the 1st floor. When exiting the garage to check in, the elevator sign says the hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor, and reception is on the 5th floor. Taihu Hotel's layout is a bit different from other hotels, so I was slightly confused and went to the 3rd floor looking for the lobby, but check-in is actually on the 5th floor. Perhaps it would be helpful to add a note like ”Reception (Check-in)” next to ”Reception” on the signs.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Andu! A beautiful hotel in a very central location. Through a small entrance you reach the second floor, where you find a peaceful oasis of calm. Beautiful, quiet rooms with a very comfortable bed, a great shower and a fridge stocked with water and soft drinks. The breakfast was also well taken care of. What really made the difference was the service: extremely friendly and helpful staff, including assistance with arranging transport. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the city view from the room is fantastic. However, it is an older hotel, so the facilities are quite dated. Things like dim lighting and the elevator not showing the current floor are understandable. But the service was really subpar. It was advertised that they have robot service, but all food deliveries had to be picked up from a locker downstairs. What exactly is the robot service used for then? Also, toilet paper wasn't replenished in the bathroom. My booking confirmation stated that breakfast was included, and I had even double-checked it on the platform beforehand. Yet, when I went to the restaurant, I was told my room type didn't include breakfast. I had to call the front desk to confirm, and the result was still no breakfast. So, is this a platform issue or a hotel management problem? Honestly, this was the worst service experience I've had in years.

The location is super convenient, the room is clean and odorless, the bedding is comfortable to sleep soundly, the service is fast, and the price is full. Upon arrival, I immediately felt comfortable. The overall environment is clean and tidy, decorated in a cozy yet stylish way. The space is spacious and bright, without any clutter or oppressive feeling. The cleanliness is exceptional; even the corners are spotless, making a great first impression. You can tell a lot of thought went into both the facility layout and the atmosphere, making it very relaxing to be in, with absolutely no discomfort. The service was even more impressive. The staff were gentle, warm, and polite, always patient and meticulous, ready to answer any questions, and quick to respond. They weren't overly enthusiastic nor cold and indifferent, striking the perfect balance. They proactively helped solve problems, were responsible and considerate of customers at every turn, taking care of many small details that made me feel valued and respected. The entire communication process was smooth, and the experience was excellent; the service alone made it worth every penny. The value for money is also outstanding. Both the price and quality are well worth the cost, with no hidden fees or gimmicks. They genuinely focus on service and reputation. Among similar establishments, this one stands out in both hardware and software. The advantages are clear when comparing, truly delivering excellent value for money. Overall, this was a very pleasant, worry-free, and satisfying experience with no complaints whatsoever – smooth and comfortable throughout. You can tell the owner is serious about their work and genuinely cares for every guest, which is truly rare. I will prioritize staying here in the future and will sincerely recommend it to my family, friends, and colleagues. Good businesses deserve to be seen by more people. Whenever I return to Suzhou from abroad, I always choose Pingjiang Lodge. It holds a special place in my heart because I used to walk past it and Pingjiang Road every day on my way to school. Plus, the hotel boasts a 500-year-old 'Half Garden.' Though small, it's a quintessential Suzhou garden where you can sit and enjoy tea, complete with parrots that say 'hello.' It's truly a remedy for homesickness, no need to visit other gardens. The service has always been exceptional. During this stay, I mentioned that it had been 40 years since I left Suzhou, and Manager Xiao Tang at the front desk immediately upgraded my room and sent some fruit. Breakfast is decent, and the hotel's homemade toppings are authentic – I look forward to them every morning. The location is absolutely perfect; Pingjiang Road is right outside, and popular attractions like Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and Suzhou Museum are all incredibly close. There are also various specialty snacks and restaurants nearby. Aside from the crowds of tourists, it's practically flawless. Staying here makes me so happy; it truly feels like coming home.
