"InterContinental Abu Dhabi is the first five-star hotel in Abu Dhabi, so the facilities are a bit old. The style reminds me of a 100-year-old hotel in New York. The chairs are all made of steel, but fortunately, the overall service quality in the UAE is very high and it feels thoughtful. But the service of the entire hotel is still very good. The toiletries used are all Byredo, which is very good. The overall scale of the hotel is very large, with 6 restaurants open to the public at the same time. Their fishermarket restaurant has very fresh and delicious ingredients. There is also a huge square Belgium Cafe. I heard that during the European Cup, many locals and foreigners will come here to drink beer, watch the game and enjoy the sea breeze. Their beach is connected to the bay with decks and yachts. The hotel also has many jewelry stores and rest benches with Arabic characteristics. There are many layers of indoor and outdoor areas to explore. The hotel breakfast is quite satisfactory. I can't find the freshness after eating it for 5 consecutive days."

"Everything is exceptional from the reception to facilities. The receptionist even upgraded our room with free of charge and they even gave us free birthday cake which is very sweet. The breakfast buffet has amazing variety of food, even kids love it. The pool is amazing too.I like how the bed is big and very clean, the pillow and towel are comfy."

"Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! My Mom love that place we enjoyed a lot and security was helpful and respectful!!!! Thank you guys we enjoyed a lot!!!! I would love to come back again maybe next time🥰特别感谢您们！服务特别棒！下次再来！"

"When I booked this hotel, I was skeptical about it after reading the reviews. And there were few photos of the room itself and the price seemed low compared to other hotels in Abu Dhabi, despite the fact that due to the Coldplay concert, housing prices rose very much. But after staying there, I want to say that I am ready to become a regular customer of this hotel. We really liked everything!!! The most spacious room, excellent service, delicious breakfasts, heated pool, private beach, the location of the hotel, although it is far away, but in such a beautiful place! And the view of the sunrise from the window of our room left none of us indifferent. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come back to you. It was not for nothing that I forgot my glasses at your place 😅"

"Hotel is new and looks good. But our first night was a disaster. After rain huge flood happened in the room and corridor. The water was ankle-deep in the room, and ceiling in the corridor felt down. It happened during the night. We called reception and asked for urgent help but nobody came. After we came down ourselves, receptionist proposed another room on a higher floor. The bottom line here: 1. The hotel was not designed correctly and is not prepared for rain. This is an omission of the building's master planner. Don’t stay on 3rd or 4th floors (they were affected mostly by the flood). 2. In emergent situations, the reception should focus on guests first, not on cleaning floors."

"Booked a superior room with city view and had a free upgrade to luxury room with sea view which made our stay more special. Staff were very nice especially Ms. Allen in the reception. The room was so clean. Many options for breakfast. Location within the city center. We had a great stay."

"Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹"
