BBiaoxianshengdarenHidden at the foot of the mountain, this healing Chinese-style B&B completely stole my heart! I stumbled upon this absolute gem during my trip, and it totally exceeded all expectations. The perfect blend of a traditional Chinese courtyard and mountain scenery – I was awestruck the moment I walked in! It's a three-story, all-wood Chinese quadrangle with bright red lanterns hanging high, exuding a rich traditional charm. When the lights come on at night, the atmosphere is simply magical, making it incredibly photogenic. The courtyard itself is a world apart. Bluestone paths connect lawns, streams, rockeries, and a pavilion. Sitting in the pavilion, feeling the mountain breeze, just makes you slow down and relax. Open the window, and you're greeted by rolling green hills. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the sunset paint the mountains golden in the evening – this kind of natural, relaxed vibe is something city hotels just can't offer. 🛏️ The room's comfort and attention to detail were exceptional, and I absolutely loved the design! A minimalist, natural wood style with warm lighting made it cozy yet sophisticated. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly; lying down instantly melted away travel fatigue. The rattan pendant lamp by the bed added so much ambiance, and they thoughtfully provided a projector, so watching movies in bed at night was pure bliss. (The pillows were incredibly comfortable!) The separate wet and dry bathroom was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet and new shower facilities. Toiletries were comprehensive. From the open clothes rack and blackout curtains to the small coffee table and sofa, every detail showed the owner's care. It felt as comfortable as being in my own home. The owner's service was truly impeccable! From check-in to check-out, they were attentive throughout, answering every question and proactively recommending local food and sightseeing routes, making us feel completely at ease. The room was spotless, and amenities were promptly replenished – the attention to detail was top-notch. This is definitely the most satisfying B&B I've stayed in recently! Whether you want to escape the city's hustle and bustle, enjoy a slow mountain life, or immerse yourself in the charm of a Chinese courtyard, this is the perfect choice. Comfortable rooms, stunning environment, warm service, and incredible value for money – I've already recommended it to all my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

KKeaiduowawaYou can tell a lot of thought went into the design of this B&B. The aesthetics are on point, and it's well-maintained. The greenery is abundant, and the interior design is very unique (it has a similar vibe to a small town in a Nordic country). The young service team is also very attentive, and all the little details are well-executed. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, the food quality is good, with high-meat-content white sausages and freshly cooked vermicelli soup, among other things. One thing I must mention: I'd suggest improving the introduction and instructions for guests on how to use the air conditioning and underfloor heating in their rooms.

55maoThis stay completely redefined my understanding of ”service.” From the moment my reservation was confirmed until I checked out, the hotel team truly delivered a personalized, one-to-one butler-style experience. Every staff member was as attentive as an old friend. Before my trip, the butler proactively offered detailed travel advice, helped book transportation, recommended restaurants, and even thoughtfully reminded me about weather changes. Their responses were consistently prompt throughout my stay, leaving me with absolutely nothing to worry about. The room amenities also deserve high praise: a smart toilet, a body-sensing shower system that was incredibly comfortable, and a mattress so inviting I didn't want to get out of bed, leading to a significant improvement in my sleep quality. What was even more delightful were the complimentary fruits and minibar upon check-in – the fruits were fresh and abundant, and the minibar offerings, from drinks to snacks, showed careful selection beyond just a perfunctory standard. I particularly want to highlight a heartwarming detail: when checking in, I subtly expressed my slight dissatisfaction with the window view. Without a word, the front desk attendant proactively offered to change my room and upgraded me directly to a balcony room. I even stated at the time that I was willing to pay for the upgrade myself, but he insisted on upgrading me for free. This generosity and customer-first attitude truly moved me. Overall, this is a hotel that has ”service” ingrained in its very core. The hardware is impressive, and the software (service) far exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and respected stay, this place is definitely worth a special trip.

GGuest UserPros: The hotel was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Upon hearing I had a headache, the owner generously offered a complimentary oxygen tank. Cons: 1. The soundproofing in the room was exceptionally poor. It was constantly noisy from 6 AM, with ******* music, creaking wooden stairs, and children shouting. I couldn't sleep well at all and felt completely drained. 2. There doesn't seem to be a shuttle service to scenic spots. After breakfast around 9 AM, I mentioned to the owner that I hadn't rested well, and they simply told us to take a taxi ourselves. 3. The bathroom was a bit run-down, and the showerhead was rusty. The toilet cubicle was extremely small; as a man, I couldn't use it properly and had to lean sideways to avoid my face hitting the wall. 4. The projector was crooked. I spent a long time trying to adjust it manually, but it stayed crooked, and the image wasn't very clear. The clarity needs significant improvement. 5. There were spiders right at the entrance, which my friend traveling with me found quite off-putting.

The hotel is located within a commercial district, and in the evenings, there are lively bonfire performances. The hotel also offers local cultural experiences such as visits to ******* homes and prayer flag printing, providing guests with a genuine cultural immersion – it's a very thoughtful touch. The Indigo's design style is exactly what I like, and this particular hotel incorporates even more ******* cultural elements. Many of the staff wear traditional ethnic clothing, creating a unique atmosphere. For this stay, my room type was upgraded by the butler, who contacted me beforehand. The room layout, facilities, and bedding details were all meticulously managed. My room had a view of the snow-capped mountains, and I really have to commend my thoughtful butler, Selangzhu. From the day before check-in until the day after I left, her service was incredibly detailed and attentive. She tried her best to fulfill all my requests, including information about local activities and whether there would be traffic jams or road closures to Jiuzhaigou, informing me in advance. As a tourist, I truly felt at home. The hotel's breakfast was also quite impressive, featuring many local specialties. This truly allowed out-of-town guests to experience local life through the food, culture, and various other aspects. A perfect stay makes for a comfortable trip. Thanks to Indigo and Selangzhu for leaving me with such a perfect impression of my Jiuzhaigou journey.

YYouyujiuhuibaibeiiWhat impressed me most was how incredibly warm and helpful the owner was, and the lovely young lady at the front desk was just as enthusiastic. The service was spot-on. I stayed for two nights, and she had a smile on her face the whole time. I rambled on quite a bit, but she just kept smiling and responding, which was really heartwarming ❤️. The hostel faces a river, which looks quite pretty at night, haha. They even have Dyson hairdryers! The bed was wide, and the duvet was super comfy; there was no feeling of dampness at all. There's air conditioning in the room, and on the first floor, there are separate tables, chairs, and sofas where you can eat or read. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, plus convenience stores and breakfast places. It's about 2km from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and you can walk along the river for 20-30 minutes to get there. The walk is quite enjoyable, so I highly recommend going on foot instead of taking a taxi. Oh, and there are two little dogs at the hostel! They're absolutely adorable and don't bite. If you stay here, you can play with them for a bit – they feel like fleece, haha.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately struck by the rich ******* architectural style, which contrasted beautifully with the western Sichuan landscape outside the window, creating a captivating atmosphere. The most surprising thing was the location, just an 8-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The Gaoyuanhong Performing Arts Center and the Ethnic Culture Street are also nearby, making it a perfect combination for exploring the gorge during the day and experiencing the local culture at night.

TTonpaiWThe first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean. However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for? The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible. In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping. The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack. Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.

GGuest UserI saw some good reviews for this hotel online, and the pictures looked clean and fresh. Overall, the hotel was fine after checking in, especially since I booked a month in advance at a price I was comfortable with. I'd definitely recommend it to others. However, there are a few things I have to mention. First, the female receptionist at the front desk had a rather stiff tone. I'm not asking for an overly enthusiastic welcome, but at least a smile and a warm tone would be appropriate when greeting guests, right? That definitely lowered my first impression. Second, the room's decor was generally acceptable, but don't look too closely at the details – the paint on the walls was sloppy. The faucet in the bathroom sink had very low water pressure, and it took ages for hot water to come out. When I brought it up, the same female receptionist said the hot water was unstable due to recent temperature changes and told me to let it run longer. But even after running it longer, the water pressure didn't improve. Luckily, the shower had good water pressure, though water from the shower could spill everywhere, so guests need to be careful and avoid pointing the showerhead towards the shower door. Lastly, the window in this room faced a wall, and the AC unit outside was very noisy, especially late at night. The sound carried into the room, causing me to lose sleep. I still hadn't fallen asleep by 2 AM and then had to get up around 6 AM to rush to the scenic spot. I didn't get enough rest; I was severely sleep-deprived.
