Hotels near Rambla del Mar in Barcelona

The hotel is excellent, with few negative points (see below). It is new, modern and functional. The location is not so central for tourists, and the metro is about 10 minutes walk. I recommend the hotel. Possible points: - large, new, modern and well-equipped room; - large and functional bathroom; - hairdryers; - bed linen with quality fabric; - very good breakfast; - no carpet, and yes wood floor (more hygienic and less allergenic); - good air conditioning control; - careful staff, both breakfast and reception. Points to be improved: - the wi-fi signal is unstable and slow, falling all hours; - the hygienic paper could be of better quality; - the sticks of the larger sticks do not cover the sides (be open), leaving the inner part exposed, which is not very hygienic there, since only the fence is exchanged for each new guest (and not the internal part); - the free toilet items, including body hydrant, are missing, which is always useful when you are in Europe; - they could leave bottles of free water in the room (or in the reception space), as other hotels in this category are currently doing.

We visited in July which is a peak time for Sitges and although the MiM was not cheap (we paid around GBP180 per night) mediocre three star hotels were still around the GBP140 per night mark. We felt we got good value for the price we paid during a peak time. Location was great, on the main promenade. We stayed four nights and were in the entry level category of room. The room itself was clean and modern although I would have liked to see some USB ports or multi-plug adaptors. There was an espresso machine in the room although the pod consumption is unnecessarily complicated. I'd read other reviews on here about pods being charged once the ones provided are used. Which isn't uncommon. However, i'd assumed the 'chargeable' pods would have to be requested from reception or located within the minibar chargeable items. But no, they are located with the other tea, coffee, milk and sugar. I would have also liked to see a trash bin for recycling in the room. Staff were all super friendly and helpful and all had a great level of english and knowledge of the local area. The rooftop pool area is very small and the bar looked well attended. We had dinner at the restaurant on the rooftop one evening and it was very nice. We had breakfast included in the daily rate and it was OK. Definitely more a continental style with a fairly limited selection of hot items which often took a long time to be refilled once depleted. The hotel also has a small gym which had everything needed. A highlight for us was the spa in the basement complete with indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms, ice plunge pool, relaxation areas. Note, this is chargeable unless you book direct via the hotel (which we did). I'd definitely return.

My friends and I, have just returned from a great week riding our bikes in Lapoma bike park. We booked the Sorli Emocions Hotel direct for our 7 night stay and my goodness we absolutely loved it. Right from the moment we arrived Mirium on reception was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were spotless and the beds are very comfortable , the rainfall shower was an absolute God send after the days jumping bikes. The breakfast was also perfect and the fresh orange juice was the best I've ever had. A great selection of fruit, yogurts, breads, pastries,meats and cheese Also as much Coffee as you want. The swimming pool was small but more than enough for a refreshing dip morning and evening..

Firstly upon our arrival our room wasn't ready, all inclusive you are given a plastic card in return at bar ur given a plastic glass with chosen drink, u must then return your glass in exchange with a card! (Wristbands easier)as a party of 4 we felt as all.inclusive we was looked down on, no table service unless your paying! After 11pm all Inc stops......$8.50 for a gin.....discusting in my opinion. There's an older bar man and the rudest man I've ever met! Reception staff not over friendly. Witnessed a toddler near drowning.....life guard was on his phone! Both pools are really cold! Rooms are dated but cleaned daily( cleaners where polite) food was okish...hotel was predominatly french and Germans whom were very rude and arrogant, not many English holiday makers. Entertainment was appalling and 1 evening it kicked off with families due to rude families standing infront of stage! Not many sunbeds for the ground pools we found out you have to que of a morning to get a bed the floor surrounding the pool is very slippy ( many slips and falls) lifts are really slow with 1ift broken for 2 dys. I would not recommend this hotel and wished I'd have read reviews prior to booking. Rooms also have no insulation could hear nxt rooms talking!

The only good thing about the hotel is the staff… everything else was quite bad… rooms (because we saw more than one) quite neglected. The photos are very well done. That's a staff of 10!! The breakfast is good, it is limited in variety but it is good

First solo trip and my first time staying at a hostel, definitely see myself doing it again. There was some stuff that kinda ****** like you could hear people coming in and out of other rooms because the walls are pretty thin. The room was clean and comfortable tho

We really enjoyed our stay in Montanyà hotel, the location is perfect, very calm, amazing view on the mountains. The bedroom was nice and cosy, we liked the decoration of the hotel. There is a huge park, with the outside pool and also an inside pool with warm water, so relaxing. The restaurant is great, the food was varied and delicious. All the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We totally recommend Montanyà hotel y lodge.

Stayed here pre cruise and after cruise out of barcelona, found the hotel to clean and our room was large.the room on our 2nd stay was a triple room with a large walk in shower. Great coffee machine in lobby and breakfast room and the breakfast was good with a lot of choice.nice little patio area at front of hotel which was nice to sit out in the sun with your coffee,also at the rear of hotel is a mall with numerous nice eating places.taxi from airport was around 10 minutes and cost €13 (uber), Uber from hotel to port was around €30.the train station is directly across the road and costs around €4.60 return to the city centre, you can also take the train to castelldefels where there is a massive beach although it is a 25minute walk from the train station. Castelldefels is also a nice town with lots of restaurants and it is only 2 train stops from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Stay at this hotel due to next day very early flight time, therefore for its location is perfect. Room is clean and very basic with only shampoo and shower gel. I would like complain about breakfast because the breakfast is very basic and simple. Since its a hostel therefore overall room is ok for that price

The hotel is half an hour's drive from the city, and you need to pay 2.5 euros in tax. It is a 3-story building with a large free parking lot. The room is large, with a TV, refrigerator, wardrobe, and microwave. The toilet is ok and clean.
