There was a bad smell when entering the room, maybe it was due to the humidity. The room service response is relatively timely and any problems are solved immediately. The staff are also very enthusiastic. I hope the laundry room will be cleaned in time.

I was very satisfied with our stay this time. We originally booked a standard room, but the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a family room and also gave us toys and snacks for the kids. The little one was very happy. The room was very big and comfortable. The room was clean and hygienic. I will definitely stay at Berman again next time I come here.

房間很好，很大，視野也挺開闊，衞生很乾凈，早餐也不錯，選柏曼不踩雷。
樓下有水果市場，價格便宜，但是不要隨便買，都是五兩稱六兩稱，建議先用手機核對一下重量再買！！！！！
也是因為我時間太緊，沒時間去折騰了，不然我要去教訓那些攤販。

三月三來北海旅遊，酒店位置很好找，辦理入住前台服務態度很好很熱情！還送了水果，酒店旁邊還有便利店和菜市場，可以在裡邊買海鮮然後在附近加工食材很方便。酒店房間較大，乾淨整潔，還有早餐噢，體驗感極佳，下次來還定這兒！

酒店位置很好找，我是自駕到北海的，就在北海大道與湖南路交叉口附近不遠處，而且樓下停車位也多。房間較大，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，服務周到，早餐也不錯。此外，酒店旁邊有個菜市場，離開北海前，我去買了些菜和水果。
