先説優點，房間有一個很大的院子，最關鍵是有一個小遊泳池，小朋友玩水特別開心。老闆很熱情，我們離開的時候開車送我們到碼頭，挖沙和各種玩水的玩具都可以隨便免費用。步行到銀灘衹需要10分鐘，周邊很多海鮮店價格適中，味道食材都不錯，北海真是吃海鮮聖地。 不足之處也很明顯，整個海灘別墅區都是各種民宿，路本來就窄停滿了全國各地的自駕車輛，可能是由於旅遊旺季接待能力有限，整個別墅區到處都是來不及收走的各種垃圾，一路都是垃圾的臭味，這個體驗很不好，酒店自身的硬件設施和衞生也有不少小問題，建議改進。
