Four Points Hotels in Beijing

Chose this place for the Mayday concert. It's super close to the BOX, making it really convenient to check in. After the concert at the Bird's Nest, taking the subway back was also fine. The room was quite new and comfortable. Steven provided excellent service; he was very responsive to all my requests. He added me on WeChat beforehand and was always quick to resolve any issues. I'd definitely come back next time.

As a hospitality professional, here's my objective review: The hotel's service procedures are well-standardized, and the staff are generally competent. Both public areas and guest rooms are impeccably clean, with great attention to detail. The room layout is practical, and it gets plenty of natural light and ventilation. My stay was for a hospital visit nearby, and I even got a room upgrade. However, the room assigned was unfortunately next to the train tracks, making it a bit noisy throughout the night. I hope next time the front desk staff will pay closer attention to the specific remarks in a guest's booking details. Otherwise, everything else was good, including the excellent breakfast.
