Echarm accommodation in Beijing

The hotel is conveniently located near Tiananmen Square and Qianmen Street, with a subway entrance right outside, making it super easy to get around. Food delivery is also a breeze. Considering its prime location, the price is quite reasonable. The cleanliness, environment, and service are all good.

The hotel has been completely renovated with a simple yet cozy style. The mattress and bedding are five-star quality, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation. There was no formaldehyde smell. It's very clean. The location is right by a crossroads, convenient for buses, subways, and taxis. My room's window didn't face the street, so there was no road noise at all, and the room was soundproof. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was good. I was traveling alone and got a room upgrade, but it could still only fit one large suitcase. I imagine a standard room might feel a bit cramped for two people.

I chose this hotel because I needed to get to Beijing South Railway Station early in the morning. Overall, the stay was quite impressive, and the value for money was decent. The hotel lobby is warmly decorated, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the moment you step in, shedding off travel fatigue. The public areas are meticulously clean and tidy. The room hygiene was excellent, with no untouched corners, and the bedding and bathroom facilities were fresh and odor-free, making for a very comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes, catering to different tastes. The only minor drawbacks were that during peak breakfast hours, it was a bit chaotic, and getting food or finding a seat felt a bit crowded. I hope they can improve the guidance there. Also, all guest rooms are on the first floor, so if you're assigned a room at the far end, dragging luggage can be a bit of a hassle, which slightly detracts from the experience. Overall, the good points outweigh the bad, and I would still highly recommend it.

Great location, close to Bejing West train station and room is well designed. Bed is comfy. Walls a bit thin so you may here the neighbours. Very good staff. Cleaning ladies are helpful and fast. The staff at the reception helped me with finding a tailor, buying tickets for the the forbidden city,…. Great staff. Price is very good for the package you get from my pov. The park around the corner invites for walks and getting some rest from the city life.
