Hotels in Madian Area, Beijing

The hotel was under renovation when I stayed, but they provided free earplugs, and the front desk staff were all very friendly. The room looked just like the pictures, quite small, but the large mirror was a nice touch. There was a formaldehyde smell, and the soundproofing was really poor; I could hear everything happening outside or in the next room. There's a separate laundry room, toilet, and shower room, which are professionally cleaned and very tidy.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right across from Ditan Park and just a 6-minute walk from the subway station. You can easily get to popular spots like Nanluoguxiang, the Drum Tower, Yonghe Temple, and Shichahai by Ofo bike, as they're all within about 3 km. Even destinations like the Forbidden City, the National Museum, and Tiananmen Square are bikeable if the weather isn't too hot, being only 5-6 km away. Taking a taxi can be a hassle with traffic jams or road closures, and cycling often takes about the same amount of time, around half an hour. The service here is exceptional. Complimentary drinking water, sodas, and juices are always available, and both breakfast and late-night snacks are free. They even offer free laundry and drying services. The only minor drawback is that the rooms are a bit small, but it's a small price to pay for such a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city.

Extremely satisfied, five stars aren't enough, it's a solid ten-star experience. My best friend and I overslept by over an hour, and I was worried we'd be charged extra. But when we went downstairs, everyone in the hotel lobby greeted us with smiles (service and experience, both perfect!). Not only did they not charge us extra, but they also gave us several small gifts. It was amazing! Next time I'm in Beijing, I'm definitely staying there again (don't try to check out late like us, we just went to bed too late). Facilities: Absolutely nice! The fridge and the super-powered AC (I think that's what it's called) kept the room wonderfully cool. Coming back after being out was incredibly refreshing. Cleanliness: Didn't find anything dirty during our stay, truly lives up to being the hotel I painstakingly chose. Environment: The environment was also good. While we couldn't see the outside scenery, for us, the privacy was excellent, which worked well. Service: Service? No need to even mention it, it was top-notch, beyond excellent. Everyone, bookmark this place!

Compared to the hotels I stayed at in Beijing for the same price the previous two nights, this one offered the best value. 4. It's truly very close to the subway station, less than a ten-minute walk. Compared to other places that claimed to be close, this one is the closest. Others required quite a long walk. 5. There are many shops and services nearby, which is very convenient. 6. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful.

Pros: Decent sized room and bed, with plenty of space for luggage. Good shower and bathroom. Modern and clean. Nice shared lounge area and public spaces around the hotel too. Great location near the metro. Cons: Sound proofing could be improved. Bathroom had a glass wall and door, which the privacy curtains didn't cover - fine for me as a solo traveller, but if you're travelling with others it would be very awkward as you can see literally everything. Also, although I specifically booked a room with a laundry machine, there was no laundry detergent so I had to hand wash my clothes anyway. Similarly, a kettle was provided but no tea etc - these small things are usually provided in other hotels.

This hotel is located in a residential complex. The room size is decent, and it's very clean and hygienic! The decor is quite new too, offering great value for money! It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk service is excellent, and they have a strong awareness of safety and security! This is my second stay, and I'll definitely be back!

The bathroom facilities were complete, and the infrastructure was well-maintained. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, making it suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

約哥們過來打遊戲，整體體驗挺驚喜的。機子運行很穩，打排位沒怎麼掉幀，鍵鼠用着手感也不彆扭。最怕電競酒店一股子煙味，這間還好，衞生做得過關，床睡起來也舒服。玩到半夜困了直接躺，不用硬扛着回家。前台辦事也爽快，性價比可以，朋友開黑可以沖。

The rooms are equipped with smart home features, modern, and clean. The front desk service is incredibly attentive. You can control everything in the room by voice, as it's fully integrated with Xiaomi smart devices. You can even open your room door with your phone's Bluetooth – very high-tech! The surrounding area offers convenient dining and transportation, and the hotel, located within a residential complex, is very quiet. This is a completely new type of hotel experience for me, a very modern Japanese-style hotel, and it's excellent. The front desk even upgraded my room for free to a fantastic one with a courtyard. I'm very satisfied.

The room's cleanliness was pretty subpar. When I checked in, the room was really dusty—there was dust in the cabinets and on the shelves by the bed. Other than that, the overall facilities seemed new and decent. However, I have to say, some guests' behavior was really bad; someone was washing their feet in the sink right across from the shower. I think the hotel staff should really intervene and monitor these kinds of things.
