Great service at the reception with local number provided to facilitate the food delivery ordering via ******* (which requires local number). Hotel’s breakfast is too crowded and tables are limited, needed to share with strangers. Food varieties are average or slightly below average. Not worth the money charged for the breakfast in my personal opinion.

This time, I stayed at the Beijing Fengda Hotel for my trip to Beijing. The parking lot is huge and very convenient, and the parking attendant was really friendly. The lobby is spacious and bright, very grand. The front desk staff were very professional and kind during check-in. The room was also clean, tidy, and quite spacious. I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was abundant with a variety of pastries, live cooking stations, stir-fries, congee, fruits, and even hand-pulled noodles. I was very satisfied with my stay at Beijing Fengda Hotel this time. I'll definitely come back to this hotel for my next trip. Five-star rating!

The hotel service was excellent, especially Chang Jiao at the front desk and Xiao Guo, the concierge, who were both very responsive. However, the room was a bit stuffy. Just a small suggestion for the hotel. Hope the hotel continues to improve!

The hotel itself looked clean, but room 510 had a strong odor as soon as I entered, and shower water was dripping onto the bed. There was a black mold spot the size of an apple on the ceiling directly above the headboard. I was in a hurry to check out and forgot to take a picture. There was a wall between the two curtains, quite close to the bed; because of the curtains, you couldn't visually perceive the wall, and my little toe got a cut from rubbing against it. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they only asked if I needed a band-aid. The room looked bright, but overall, I didn't want to go back.

Great location, very close to Daxu Plaza. The lobby on the first floor has a jade cabbage display which is worth seeing. The front desk staff are welcoming and the room is generally very clean. All suites are located on floors 12-18, offering a great layout and expansive green views.
