Internet connection in the hotel is quite unstable and very weak. There is also a major issue which is guest living there can’t be called from outside. Operator will just tell you it’s impossible to transfer the phone call to a hotel guest. The location is very far from downtown so unless your trip is within that area, it normally takes 1 hour at least to go to downtown by car.

I don't know if the guests with children are specially arranged on this floor. I only found out that even the pillowcases were broken when I slept at night, and it would be used if it was too late. After using the washing machine in the laundry room, communicate with the front desk to wash and dry it and send it back to the room. When I came back at night, the clothes were still not dry in the washing machine. The back was cleaned up and I never had trouble at the front desk. In short, this stay experience is not like living in the whole season. Don't expect too much from the hotel's service. At the same price, choose other brands.
