The hotel is good. I checked in for 4 days. Early check-in was quick. The room was a bit worn. The linen was clean, and cleaning was regular. I liked the view from the 31st floor window. This was the worst hotel experience I've had on a business trip in the past year. I checked in close to midnight, and upon entering the room, I found it was right next to the elevator with terrible soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking as they walked down the hallway. I immediately called the front desk, explaining that I understood it was late and asked them to please contact me the next day if a room became available. The front desk readily agreed, promising to call me tomorrow. The next day, after finishing work, I returned to the hotel and asked the front desk about it. They had no idea what I was talking about and simply said all rooms were full and they couldn't accommodate a change. I didn't push it, only stating that I would provide feedback to the Hyatt Group and give an honest review. Unfortunately, after two busy days in Beijing, I was frequently woken up at night when I returned to the hotel, making it difficult to get any sleep. Before checking in, I saw reviews mentioning good service. The service was indeed very eager, but it was all ineffective service – just a lot of talk with no actual help.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel facilities are excellent overall, and the room was comfortable and spotless. What impressed me most was the hotel's robot service. Every time I ordered takeout, the robot would quickly deliver the food right to my room door. It was not only convenient but also incredibly efficient. It's genuinely practical for guests, saving time and adding a lot of convenience, making the whole experience feel more high-tech. You can really feel the hotel's dedication to service details; this intelligent service definitely enhances the overall stay.

I booked a 7-night stay. On the third day, I asked for a change of sheets and duvet covers. When I returned at 9:30 PM, I found they had only been spread out, not actually changed. The room smelled terrible, so I had to clean the floor myself. The first day was fine, but in the following days, the room always reeked and had bugs, especially the room with a fake window which had no ventilation and poor soundproofing. The front desk staff were very nice though! However, even after changing rooms, it was still not clean, smelling of stinky feet, urine, and even durian! Both adults and children got rashes and mosquito bites.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway. Exit A1 at Futong Station on Line 14, turn left, and walk about 100 to 200 meters. Shopping malls and numerous restaurants are nearby, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The front desk lady was very friendly and even upgraded my room free of charge. We had a minor issue with the hot water, but the helpful waitress immediately resolved it. The room also provided free disposable face and bath towels, which were sterilized and packaged in bags and very clean. The hotel is only a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay at this hotel again.
