Special shout-out to the front desk lady who worked on the 21st – she's incredibly honest and kind-hearted, returning lost items. The hotel facilities are all complete, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom. Front desk service at station 3 was satisfactory. The room is spacious and very comfortable! There are lots of food options downstairs, and I really loved the floor-to-ceiling windows. I'll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I'm giving a five-star rating for my recent stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido. The hotel's courtyard is lush and green, offering a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling city – a leisurely stroll there is wonderfully calming. Housekeeping was thorough, with attention to detail even in the corners, and all facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a stable and comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed by Jeanie, our housekeeper. She was genuinely kind and reliable, communicated efficiently without being intrusive, and adeptly followed up on any issues that needed coordinating. The hotel has excellent amenities and a convenient location, making dining and getting around very easy. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel, with outstanding overall quality. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Beijing.

Close to the subway station, the location is excellent. I looked at many hotels and finally chose this one. The beds were clean and tidy, the staff were attentive, and having a private bathroom was very convenient. The large French windows also made the room feel bright and airy.

The hotel is in a really nice location, but it somehow feels old and in the need of a refresh. The biggest issue was that the AC was not working properly in the room: it was working as a fan and not as an air cooler. The staff, however, were really helpful and made sure to help me out by moving me to another (and better!) room. Special thanks to Jeffrey! I would suggest making sure that not only the bedsheets are clean (they were), but also the curtains since they had some suspicious stains.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk service was warm and efficient, leading to a great check-in experience. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious. It's great value for money; I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip or vacation. Highly recommended!

Honestly, the experience was quite disappointing! Nearly 1000 RMB a night for this hotel felt like poor value. The room was a bit old and had an odd smell, the air didn't feel fresh. What I couldn't stand the most was the construction site drilling outside starting at 6 AM, and the hotel didn't even provide earplugs. There was no bottled water, and they told me to drink from the direct-drinking machine in the bathroom, but they didn't provide disposable cups – most people barely use hotel glasses these days anyway. All in all, I was quite disappointed and won't be staying again. And if you order takeout, you have to go down to the first floor to pick it up yourself. For a hotel costing nearly 1000 RMB per night, this experience was really bad!

This time, I was traveling with my family, so we were looking for a hotel close to Koreatown, reasonably priced, and with good overall value for money. We ended up choosing this one.
Before checking in, my family, who live in Beijing, made a special trip to inspect the hotel beforehand. The hotel seems to have been converted from ordinary apartments, with the original kitchen and balcony areas repurposed as guest rooms. Therefore, although the room size is about 35 square meters, it doesn't feel cramped for a hotel room; the overall sense of space is quite generous, making for a comfortable living experience.
The overall cleanliness of the room was good, and the cleaning was very thorough. However, as I have high standards for cleanliness and like to keep my environment spotless, I still bought a lint roller after checking in to further clean the floor. For most guests, the room's cleanliness would be perfectly adequate without any extra treatment.
Service
Because we had our luggage and electronic devices in use in the room, I specifically told the housekeeping staff not to clean the room, but just to help us change the towels. The housekeeper responsible for the 15th floor readily agreed. For the next two days, because we forgot to tell them in advance, they still helped us empty the trash and change all the towels, but they never touched our personal belongings, nor did anything go missing, which was very reassuring.
Breakfast
Every day, we had to get ready, leave the hotel, and then go to the restaurant across the street for breakfast. However, since we planned to go out early anyway, we didn't find it inconvenient.
The breakfast price is only 20 yuan, which is much cheaper than a typical hotel buffet breakfast. For those who enjoy Chinese breakfast, the variety of dishes is quite rich. The restaurant also offers affordable iced Americanos and iced lattes, so for a little extra money, you can have a very satisfying breakfast. Of course, we didn't use all our breakfast vouchers in the end, as there are still so many delicious things to try in Beijing.
Front Desk Service
The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic and friendly. Before checking in, we requested a refrigerator in the room, and by the time we officially checked in, it had already been installed. Whatever requests or problems we had, they would actively help resolve them, and their service attitude was very satisfying.
Location
This time, we mostly traveled by taxi and didn't use public transportation, so we didn't feel any inconvenience. Taxis could drive directly to the hotel entrance, making it very convenient for pick-up and drop-off.
Food Delivery
All sorts of food delivery apps could accurately locate the hotel, though occasionally, individual riders would go to the building next door, so deliveries weren't always on time. But overall, over 80% of orders were accurately delivered to the hotel entrance, so the delivery service was quite good.
Overall Impression
If I travel to Beijing with my family again in the future, I will still choose to stay at this hotel. Overall, whether it was the room environment, service quality, or convenience, it left us with a good impression.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had on a business trip in the past year.
I checked in close to midnight, and upon entering the room, I found it was right next to the elevator with terrible soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking as they walked down the hallway.
I immediately called the front desk, explaining that I understood it was late and asked them to please contact me the next day if a room became available. The front desk readily agreed, promising to call me tomorrow. The next day, after finishing work, I returned to the hotel and asked the front desk about it. They had no idea what I was talking about and simply said all rooms were full and they couldn't accommodate a change. I didn't push it, only stating that I would provide feedback to the Hyatt Group and give an honest review.
Unfortunately, after two busy days in Beijing, I was frequently woken up at night when I returned to the hotel, making it difficult to get any sleep. Before checking in, I saw reviews mentioning good service. The service was indeed very eager, but it was all ineffective service – just a lot of talk with no actual help.

The room is very good, there is no price increase during May Day, it is very affordable, the health is also very good, the service is in place, there is a coffee machine in the lobby on the first floor, everyone can come to live on holidays and order takeaways near the business district. It is very convenient. You can also order something to eat when you are tired from traveling at night. Beijing specialties are available

The hotel was renovated two years ago, so it's very new and smart. The mattress and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive to any requests, even proactively upgrading our room for the last night of our three-night stay. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and a bus stop right across the street, making it super convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area.

The room decor has a vintage feel, and the high ceilings throughout the building are excellent, so you don't feel cooped up. The room itself is very bright, and as soon as you step in, you feel relaxed and comfortable. Housekeeping is also very good, with timely robot deliveries and laundry service. Breakfast is plentiful, and the crystal chandeliers in the lobby are also stunning.
The hotel's proximity to the subway station is really convenient. I stayed here last year for JJ Lin's concert, and this time I came for Jay Chou's concert, bringing my mom along for a trip. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic; they even helped us with a room upgrade. The front desk lady was super helpful too. I realized I might have left my ID at the hotel or lost it somewhere when I was out sightseeing, so I called the front desk to ask for help finding it. I even bothered them twice, and their service was excellent. Thumbs up! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for a concert.
I chose Atour for a short layover during my international transfer, and it was absolutely fantastic!
The room was cozy and comfortable, and the front desk staff even upgraded my room type and gave me complimentary breakfast.
As someone who works out, I often have damp clothes after exercising, and the hotel's laundry room was a lifesaver. It had two washers and two dryers, along with laundry detergent, delicates wash, disinfectant, and even white shoe foam and tissues!
After my workout in the evening, the hotel also offered late-night snacks. I had two meat buns, two siu mai, and two bowls of millet porridge – it really warmed my heart.
I was on the fourth floor with a very large suitcase, and there was a spiral staircase I needed to navigate. The staff helped me with my luggage both up and down, which was incredibly touching, as I'm used to doing everything myself!
As someone who frequently stays at Marriott, Atour has definitely earned a huge boost in my regard!
I chose the James Joyce Coffetel for a short break during work nearby, and it was a great choice! The service was excellent, and the environment was really good. The front desk staff were very helpful, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive, patiently resolving any issues I had. The location is also very convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.
Room is small but the bed is comfortable. It's also really quiet and dark so you can get good sleep. Shared bathroom but it's pretty clean. Hot water is instantly available. Note that there are only squat toilets. The location is above many restaurants and food shacks. Those trying to get here by Didi should search ”Xiaoman Qing Hotel (Wangjing Ulo Park Branch)” and find a place nearby. It's on the 3rd floor across from Atour Hotel.
I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at NUO Hotel Beijing. We've been coming here every time we visit Beijing since my child was very young! This time, the front desk staff, Mina, upgraded our room and gave us complimentary executive breakfast on the 25th floor, which was much appreciated! The breakfast selection was small but exquisite, and the service was excellent.
There are many kid-friendly attractions around NUO Hotel, and the pool is also very clean. Among hotels in Beijing at a similar price point, the location and value for money are top-notch. We booked a twin room this time, and they combined the beds into a super-king, just like at Universal NUO – a big thumbs up!
One minor thing: the walls in room 2023 were a little dirty. Hopefully, they can tidy that up if they see this review.
This hotel offers great value for money, and it's just a few minutes' walk from Donghuqu subway station. There's a commercial area nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. Xiaofan at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive; I'd give her a big thumbs up!
