Service: The front desk lady was very helpful, and the other staff members were also excellent, very friendly and proactive in offering assistance.
Hygiene: Clean and comfortable.
This was a very satisfying hotel experience in Beijing. The facilities are a bit older, but that's understandable. The service was even better than at the Marriott in Shenzhen.

This is a newly opened hotel, very clean with excellent soundproofing. Perhaps because the occupancy rate isn't high yet, the breakfast, though not extensive, is of good quality. All the staff I encountered were proactive and friendly. Special shoutout to Xiao Zhang at the front desk, who was very thoughtful and helpful in resolving issues. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and there are good dining options nearby. The pool is clean and there's even a sauna, which my child loved. It's perfect for those traveling by car.

Facilities: The kids' playground was a bit disappointing. One slide was under maintenance, and there was no trampoline, just building blocks and such – not much to play with. It was worse than what I expected from a family-friendly hotel's children's facilities.
The pool was great and clean.
The hot spring pools were also a lot of fun.
However, the outdoor area only opens at 10:30 AM and the slides close around 5 PM. In Beijing's summer, it's impossible to play when it's at its hottest; you'd get roasted. And it closes before it even gets dark. It's a bit of a shame that we couldn't fully enjoy the outdoor slide pool.
Cleanliness: Clean.
Service: Very good and enthusiastic. Kevin, our butler, helped us solve all sorts of problems throughout our stay. Many thanks to him.
Environment: Right next to Wanda Plaza, so no worries about food and drinks. It was very convenient.
The hotel lobby bar was also good, with decent standards.
