Marriott Hotels in Beijing

I highly recommend the Marriott Hotel Beijing Changping, and a special thank you to our butler Brian for his exceptionally thoughtful service! Before our arrival, Brian proactively reached out to confirm our check-in time and needs, which was incredibly reassuring. During our stay, he was always prompt and professional, arranging everything from room type adjustments and hot spring reservations to restaurant bookings, and even patiently answering all our questions about the facilities. Everything was meticulously organized. His demeanor was humble and warm, with a friendly and natural smile. He was always quick to anticipate and fulfill our unspoken needs, showcasing incredible attention to detail in his service. Overall, Brian's service was professional, meticulous, and genuinely warm, truly reflecting Marriott's high standard of service and humanistic care. Our stay was made incredibly comfortable because of him. We'll definitely choose Marriott Hotel Beijing Changping again on our next visit and I highly recommend it to all my friends!

30min from Beijing Capital International Airport. Booked through Trip.com cannot clock night with Bonvoy’s membership and privileges. Thus, service attitude is different or ambiguous, staying at mid-level floor. Requested to exercise least Bonvoy member privilege for late check out and it’s provided. This hotel has Marriott cafe and a Peking Duck restaurant but not noticing lounge. Opposite and next street from the hotel has varieties of Chinese restaurant which are clean and good to try.

Environment: The air conditioning's heating was problematic. After skiing, I got back around 9 PM and turned the AC to the highest setting, but it stayed at 19.5 degrees Celsius for a long time. The hallway and lobby were warmer than my room. I called the front desk, and they sent a faulty electric heater. A technician then came to replace it, and by the time everything was sorted, it was past 11 PM. The breakfast was also just mediocre. Service: I asked the front desk for two garbage bags. The staff member said they had them but kept serving other guests and didn't ask a colleague to help me. I stood there waiting for five or six minutes, but no one brought them. In the end, I had to ask a cleaning lady myself. The uncle at the entrance who greets guests was very nice; he always helped with luggage when getting in and out of the car. Facilities: There were only two bottles of Bing Lu (water) in the room.
