I don't understand the opinions I read ... The hotel is clean, affordable, spacious. The breakfast is a sugar-sweet buffet with good quality, varied, and the service is laughing and pleasant. The reception is a little colder but very courtyard (there is a lot of passage). The shipping is scheduled for the benefit, it is sufficient to organise it in advance with the reception, and everything will be done as best as possible. (There are schedules to respect) I'm in the airport transporter at this moment. I'll come back
Courtyard Cancun Airport

We stayed at The Courtyard by Marriot for 2 nights while awaiting a flight out from Cancun to Havana. It’s location adjacent to the airport and free shuttle service perfectly fitted out needs. We needed an early shuttle to the international airport and they ran every half an hour no matter the time of day. We had no trouble getting one at 0330am. The price was cheaper than most of the alternatives in Cancun, particularly when taking into account the outrageous fares taxi drivers charge to take people to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all of the western amenities that you would expect in a hotel of this level. The pool was also nice to swim in. Gym was a little minimalistic. If you are flying in or out of Cancun airport please beware that they are doing fairly extensive roadworks. This involves blocking off one of the two three lane highways at all times. This has lead to some serious congestion on the roads leading into and out of the airport and some significant delays.

Our room was very comfortable. You have everything you'll need during your stay. The kitchen was useful to us since the room service is a little expensive. The airport shuttle was right on time.

While there, we want to give shout outs to the following: Luz at Boulangerie--she memorized I liked my Lattes extra-caliente; Juan--took us on an evening hunting-on-the-golf course drive where we saw deer and coati; Carlos at The Grill for his detailed input on menu recommendations and energy even at 9pm dinner for 6; Alfredo & Ramon at the pool bar for lunch at Beach Palace for service and conversation; Delfino & Lupe at the balcony pizza from Gondola--we've had Delfino take care of us since at least 2019...maybe 2017 when we first started taking all 4 kids.
