Really great hotel to spend the weekend. I'll start off with the positive review: 1. Very good ambience, the location is a bit out of town but once you reach the place, you'll understand why it's there 2. Good for family, there are various facility and activity for kids such as mini outbound and kids club 3. Various breakfast menu, some of them are made to order such as porridge, noodles, and fried rice 4. Room is quite soundproof, thanks to thick glass to the balcony, I can't hear any noise from building construction next door 5. Service is top notch, it's 5-star hotel so it's expected My only complaint is the location, but overall I'd recommend this place for weekend or staycation with family.

Went to Swiss-belhotel Bogor for 2 days of meeting and stay 1 night. The location itself is great, close to cafe and resto, to toll road and easy to find. it's not a big hotel but it accommodates our needs. The meeting room and the hotel room are clean, the staffs are fast respond, Mba Lena and Mba Meriam were very helpful for extra guests we had, for any sudden request or at any trouble. From what I see is most of staffs are women to handle meeting rooms but cannot ignore men staff's capability, they are helpful and fast too ;-)

Just OK, no more If you just want a place to sleep and rest, this place is more than ... but if you want more than that, if you want to spend a special time with someone, rest from the hustle and bustle of work to leisure, want to enjoy the hotel facilities ... then for me this is NOT the place 1. Our room was worn (Room 511). The bed sheet is stained, the glass door to the shower cannot be fully opened because it is stuck on the tiles, the shower layout does not provide a place to store soap (even though they give a soap dispenser and shampoo all in one), There is no proper place to store toletries around the bathroom sink, and there is no place for women to dress 2. The food in this hotel is so so considering that we see this 4 * hotel, plain fried rice without special taste, sausage is a bit hard and cold, the coffee as we guess is not too OK. Only the different Sereh sword makes the atmosphere different (which is too sweet) and then when we stayed there was a Cotton Candy artisan who was invited to make Cotton Candy directly ... children like this very much, but they can't see how to make it because the table provided is too high, however they have to jinjit2 3. The room condition is not very tight, because we can hear the chairs squeezed in the next room. For a 4 * Hotel, and in the room we booked, I won't give a rating more than average

Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. When I was in the room, within 2 minutes I can see immediately, 1. There are many points on the bed deck, not only one bed but two of them. I only photographed one. One of the bed looks like not new (as someone has sleeped there before I). When I found the spots, I can only check everything back. There is also calcium in the shower head and the room is simply old, not well cleaned and maintained. When the housewife makes the beds again, we will find together a big spot on the bed, around. Is that really? The housekeepers are nice and fast coming 2. After I checked it all, I called the RECEPTION and explained everything. Did you say ”so do you want to make the bed again? Do we come?” you ask me? Well! What should I do? Should I sleep on the dirty bed? What a 4-star hotel does that ask? So man must know what to do. We paid breakfast and when we were there, we still have to wait because everything is full, and we have waited full hunger in the lobby but no problem, no drinks or so while we wait. When we get a table, the servant gave us a dirty counter, the servant was fully unfriendly, I said please clean he wasn't wiped but once without seeing and away again. OMG I have to clean everything with my hand, but a servant comes to clean (which may have seen me that I try to clean with my hand). The food was not optional, main thing you can eat.

This hotel was really outstanding. Its design and tidiness were superb. The personnel was very accommodating and made it an easy process to check-in and out. I'd certainly suggest this place to anyone who wishes for a great viewing hotel in the city centre. It's close to Botani Square & Kebun Raya Bogor. Plus, it's far enough away from the main street, providing a tranquil a**osphere to stay in.

Most ideal location. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants of many types of cuisines, even warungs and a small Indomaret, and all that within walking distance. Room was great however my biggest gripe was seeing a tiny cockroach on the bedhead. Please do get that checked out. Personally for me, the best part of the stay was not only the strategic location, but also the shower. The shower current was strong, and the hot water was very much comforting. Could’ve spent hours in that shower if I didn’t have to rush hahaha. Needed that staycation away to clear my head and this was a good place to go, especially if you don’t have your own transport to go get food. Sorry for the lack of pictures. I was hardly on my phone and only had videos of my room. Though my room looks exactly like the photographed Deluxe Queen Room on here so I can say that the pictures do match. Overall, great stay and would come back.
