"After dinner with friends, we had a bit too much to drink, so we decided to stay here. We booked a special offer room and got an upgrade! The room was clean, hygienic, and odor-free, with 24-hour hot water. Free parking right at the entrance was convenient! The surrounding area is great for dining and shopping. The breakfast was healthy and nutritious; the noodles and rice noodles were especially delicious! The milk, soy milk, and handmade dumplings were also excellent! I'll definitely be back!"

AAdoudouyoutangThis time, I was traveling with my elderly parents, and we booked a twin room and a suite. My family unanimously loved the Anman Huajian Hotel. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from the North Exit of the train station, and there are also local Yunnan delicacies nearby. The twin room we chose was spacious and bright, with two sinks, which was very convenient. The hotel generally has a great design aesthetic, perfect for photoshoots; the bedding in the room was very comfortable, the soundproofing was good, and it was clean and tidy. In terms of service, everyone from the front desk staff to the restaurant and housekeeping staff was excellent. And the breakfast also exceeded our expectations – it was the best hotel breakfast we had during our 10+ days in Yunnan! Highly, highly recommend! We will definitely come back next time!!! #GreatDesign #GoodFacilities

👍1. Location. It's truly in the absolute center of Kunming. Downstairs is a pedestrian street, and the Golden Horse and Jade Rooster Archway is right next door (within a 5-minute walk). It's a paradise for food and snacks, with several local internet-famous spots (like roasted pancake, braised dishes, and Qiaoxiangyuan Rice Noodles).
❤️2. Service. Their service, from the front desk to housekeeping, is excellent. We booked different room types this time, and they specially upgraded our rooms to ensure we were all on the same floor. Thank you!
☕3. Breakfast. The hotel's breakfast offers a good variety, generally meeting our needs. There's still room for improvement.
👏4. On the third morning, some of our family members had to catch a train, and the hotel specially packed breakfast for us and left it at the front desk. Five-star service!
🙏5. We left some old clothes in the room that we didn't want, and the hotel specifically came to confirm whether we had forgotten them or if we intended to discard them. Very conscientious and responsible! 👏
👌6. The lobby is a bit small. The guest rooms seem to be on floors 23-28, offering fantastic panoramic views of the surrounding area. Truly excellent.
🤝Suggestion: The garment steamer provided releases steam very quickly once turned on, which could easily cause burns. I've already shared this feedback with the hotel.
Summary: The price is a bit high during peak season, but it's a worthwhile choice during off-peak season. If I had to give a score, I'd give it a 90.

SShehuilengThe environment was excellent – clean, new, and the room was very spacious. The facilities were great, with a smart assistant ('XiaoDu') and everything was comfortable to use. The service was also fantastic; they even offered a wake-up call to make sure we didn't miss our early morning flight, which was really helpful. They also provided airport drop-off, which was very convenient.

GGuest UserThis hotel is super convenient, located right on the second floor of Terminal 2. In the king room, you can barely hear any announcements from the terminal. The front desk service was very thoughtful, even providing complimentary fruit upon check-in. Any follow-up requests, like for invoicing, were handled quickly and efficiently. Thumbs up!

Unlimited access to the double hot springs: The weather was a bit chilly these past few days, so the hot springs were perfect!
We didn't go out much because of the rain, but the kids had a blast! The hotel service was really nice, and we'll definitely come back next time! The front desk service was great; they helped us arrange a car for our departure, and the car was also excellent! Highly recommend for family trips, especially if you have children!

WWELLCzThis is a well-established five-star hotel in the area, once famous as Kunming's tallest building. During my holiday travels, I passed through Kunming and was deciding between a hotel in a scenic area and the Grand Park Hotel. Considering the potential noise in the scenic area, I chose the latter, and I'm so glad I made that smart decision.
The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. We had a lot of luggage, and we were fortunate enough to get an upgrade to a corner suite, which completely alleviated our concerns about space.
Both the public areas and the rooms are decorated in a simple yet elegant and stylish manner. The materials used are solid, and the maintenance is impeccable, so it doesn't feel old at all. It truly lives up to its five-star rating.
The room offered expansive views, excellent soundproofing, and was spotlessly clean. The bedding was comfortable and soft against the skin, and the hot water supply was quick and abundant. Coming back after a day of sightseeing and enjoying a relaxing bath in the tub was just perfect.
The location is right next to a subway station, with a direct one-stop ride to the high-speed rail. To the north, it's just one transfer to the Wuyi Road scenic area and commercial district, and to the east, one transfer to the airport. Taxis are also very convenient.
The hotel's facilities are comprehensive. My trip was rushed this time, so I didn't have a chance to experience the pool or other amenities. If I get the opportunity to visit Kunming again, I will definitely choose Grand Park Hotel!

AAnonymous UserI rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but staying here made me feel like I got completely ripped off. I booked a two-night package with breakfast, only to find out it was barely a few tens cheaper during the May Day holiday. For 600, I ended up in a glorified budget hotel room with a fancy lobby. The small room was one thing, but I couldn't figure out the 'smart tech' aspect. Besides the direct drinking water and electric curtains, what else was smart about it? There wasn't even a smart toilet. The shower stall was incredibly slippery; I almost fell just from the water, let alone adding shampoo and body wash. I looked everywhere for a non-slip mat, but couldn't find one. Anyone showering barefoot needs to be very careful. In the morning, when I swiped my room card for breakfast, they said I didn't have it. I had to ask the front desk to verify, and they said it wasn't recorded – how can such a basic error happen? When they cleaned the room for our extended stay, the 'dedicated' cleaning staff separated our pushed-together twin beds and left a mysterious piece of cloth on the toilet. The trash can was too small, so my fruit container, which I placed next to the toilet, wasn't taken out either. The air conditioning in the room made occasional noises, probably due to a warped metal vent. When I reported it to the front desk, they knew exactly what I was talking about before I even finished explaining – so they know about the noise but haven't fixed it? I don't understand. The gym and pool are supposedly great, but they weren't a priority for us, so we didn't use them. Anyway, I won't be coming back. I'd rather pay a bit more and stay at an InterContinental.

GGuest UserTraveling with friends to relax at Dianchi Lake, choosing the right guesthouse absolutely doubled our vacation happiness! The location is perfect for anyone visiting Dianchi, making it super easy to go see the seagulls whenever we wanted, saving us a lot of hassle. The room was clean and refreshing, tastefully decorated, and the sunlight streaming in made it feel so bright and airy. Sitting on the balcony at night, enjoying the breeze and a cup of tea, just melted away all the fatigue from work. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby, and the bathroom experience was top-notch. The host was incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out. This five-star review is truly well-deserved!
