Kunming Hotels with Breakfast

This hotel was the crucial foundation for our perfect trip to Kunming. I booked it last minute without much research, as I usually prefer chain hotels but couldn't find a suitable room. I saw this one had a room available at a very reasonable price, so I went for it, and it certainly didn't disappoint. You wouldn't believe how amazing it was for a family of three to have two sinks, two toilets, and two showers! The service was also excellent; the front desk staff were super enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage upon arrival. The best part, though, was their complimentary laundry service. It's not just a self-service washer and dryer; you simply put your clothes (excluding intimates) in a basket, leave it outside your door, notify the housekeeper, and when you open your door the next day, clean clothes are waiting! Coming back to the hotel after shopping until 11 PM and not having to worry about laundry was an absolute godsend! (Germaphobes, you might want to skip this one). The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close and convenient to all the downtown attractions. All in all, highly, highly, highly recommend!

Hotel Paperman was absolutely perfect in every detail! It's the kind of place where you just need to bring your clothes and you're all set. 🏨 The toiletries were high-quality, and they even provided facial cleansing towels, mouthwash, bath bags, and bath salts for the tub. There wasn't a single item in the room that required extra payment. The service was absolutely fantastic! I was very happy with the room – a high bed with soft pillows, a Marshall speaker, and the view from the 31st floor was stunning. You get to admire the city up close and the beautiful Dianchi Lake in the distance. [Wow] The butler service was incredibly, incredibly amazing! They helped with transfers and luggage, provided clear directions, and responded quickly. The entire hotel environment and room design were completely to my aesthetic taste, I loved it! They even sent a beautiful welcome flower basket. This trip was a bit rushed, and I didn't get to fully enjoy the hotel. Next time, I definitely need to stay for a few more days. I must support this place!!!

Five stars to the DoubleTree by Hilton Kunming Airport! From the lobby environment and room cleanliness to the breakfast and airport shuttle service, everything met a high standard, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially want to commend Cai Cai. I was quite tired upon arrival, but Cai Cai was incredibly patient, efficiently handled my check-in, thoroughly explained all hotel services, and even offered thoughtful advice regarding my flight schedule. Any questions I had were answered promptly and properly, truly demonstrating exceptional service. The hotel maintains excellent quality control, and with such outstanding staff service, it has become my go-to choice for layovers in Kunming. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Changshui Airport.

For my 4-day, 3-night stay in Kunming, I chose the Sheraton, as I've always been a fan of the brand for my travels. The location of the Sheraton Kunming City Center is truly excellent. Right outside the door, you'll find a snack and shopping area, with the old street all around. You don't even need to go to other attractions; you can spend several days just eating, drinking, and exploring the immediate area. 👍 Secondly, the check-in experience was fantastic. From the front desk staff when I first walked in to the cleaning staff and restaurant servers, everyone was warm, polite, and helpful. I didn't encounter a single unenthusiastic person, which is definitely something to praise! 👍 Each floor had plenty of bottled water available for guests to take as needed, which I really appreciated. 👍 On the 8th floor, the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, with different hot options each day, and everything tasted great! 👍 I've already recommended this hotel to my family and friends! 😄

I had an early flight the next morning, so I wanted to book a hotel close to the airport. When I saw Manju, a brand under New Century Hotels & Resorts, I didn't hesitate and booked it immediately. I often stay at New Century hotels and always appreciate their excellent service, quality, and cleanliness. Plus, this hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient for travelers and a big bonus. After a smooth check-in, our room was spacious, bright, and spotless. It was fully equipped with smart home features and even earplugs, though we didn't need them at all. Sleeping with the window open was perfectly quiet, and the view of the vast green space outside was beautiful and refreshing. There were also many restaurants, convenience stores, and local specialty shops nearby, which was very convenient. In the morning, the front desk called to remind us about the shuttle bus departure time. We went down to the lobby a few minutes early, and the front desk had thoughtfully prepared individual breakfast bags containing milk, eggs, and bread. There was also free coffee and water in the lobby. I have to say, the hotel really thinks of everything! The shuttle bus departed on time. When we arrived at the airport, we suddenly remembered that we had left the flower pastries we bought the night before in the room. Going back to the hotel would have been too tight a schedule, so with a hopeful heart, I called the front desk and explained the situation. The front desk responded quickly, retrieved the flower pastries from the room in less than 10 minutes, and handed them to the driver who was about to leave, who then brought them to us. We felt such a relief when we got the pastries, as they were a Yunnan souvenir for our friends. A huge thank you to the front desk lady on the morning of the 12th; she was beautiful and kind, efficiently and quickly helping me solve the problem. I regret not knowing her name. And also a big thank you to the driver at 7:30 AM, who safely and quickly delivered our gift. Thank you, New Century, thank you, Manju, and thank you to all the staff. Your patient, meticulous, warm, and thoughtful service always makes my stays happy and reassuring. I extend my most sincere gratitude to both staff members again. ♥️

This airport hotel has a prime location. Our flight was delayed until 2 AM, and at that point, every minute saved getting to bed counts. The hotel has a Four Seasons-like style, and the staff service was excellent; they even gave us a small snack upon arrival. Breakfast is served at several airport restaurants, and the one the staff recommended was also good. Picking up our rental car from Shenzhou Car Rental at the airport parking garage in the morning was also very convenient. Overall, for those like us arriving on a late-night flight and wanting to ensure good quality of travel the next day, this airport hotel is highly recommended.

The room facilities are complete, and it's very clean. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, with a shopping mall right downstairs and close proximity to various attractions. It's highly recommended, and I'd definitely come back again.

Had a fantastic stay! We arrived early, and Rachel from the front desk saw that there were already clean rooms available and helped us check in right away. The room was very spacious, with new facilities and excellent soundproofing. The cleanliness and overall environment were also great, especially the bathroom, which was incredibly roomy. It was so refreshing to take a shower there after walking over 17,000 steps. The hotel's laundry room was also very convenient; my pants got wet in the rain yesterday in Kunming, so I washed and dried them there overnight and was able to wear them again today. The breakfast selection was extensive; I rarely see cold brew at hotel buffets, and the quality of everything was top-notch. Before leaving, I even picked up a package from the Hive smart locker in the small garden in front of the lobby. Unfortunately, I had to catch a high-speed train, so I didn't have time to try out the hotel's gym.

Overall, it was genuinely great. I stayed here with my parents and child, and the beds were quite large. The breakfast was plentiful; though I didn't get to try it, my parents did and they were very happy, which made me happy too. The front desk staff was excellent. When my child wasn't feeling well, they told us which hospital to go to, and all our questions and issues were communicated and resolved promptly. The hotel also has a laundry room. It was a pleasant stay, and the location was convenient for getting everywhere. Really good!

This hotel is excellent! I originally came to Panlong for business and just randomly booked a hotel since I knew I'd be switching. To my surprise, I found it so comfortable after checking in that I decided to extend my stay – and ended up staying for four nights! A special thanks to the lovely front desk lady with the round face. On the first night, my family of three stayed in a king-size room, and she gave us a room with a three-meter-wide bed. The next day, I mentioned the room felt a bit small, and she graciously upgraded us to a twin room, really accommodating my needs. Her service was top-notch! The hotel is clean, hygienic, and all the facilities are complete, new, and in great condition. The bed was comfortable, and the price was fantastic – very budget-friendly! Next time I'm in Kunming, I'll definitely consider this hotel first. There's parking available, and it's easy to catch a taxi. Plus, the Ruiding City Shopping Center is just next door, which is incredibly convenient! Highly recommend! This is genuinely the first time I've written such a long review just because of a hotel stay! I didn't take any photos, but it looks exactly like the pictures!!
