Crowne Plaza Hotels in Chengdu

In this stunning property you feel like you are staying in The Capital Panem! The design is unique and extremely high quality The rooms are very large, never have i had this much space in a hotel room.. I travel a lot but i have never enjoyed this much space, quality, privacy… The building is made from solid marble and you hear nothing, no elevators whizzing, no other guests, no cleaners… nothing, just total silence. The staff is super nice and super helpful. They are available at your service all the time and they are getting it right. The location may seem remote and not immediately located in the center of all the action. However, this being modern Chengdu, you are only ever a short and inexpensive taxi ride away from everything. Well worth staying at the Crowne Plaza. Amazing Hotel.

Amazing hotel! Everything is as per the pictures, lovely and friendly staff, always ready to assist. Breakfast was amazing, variety of choices and affordable at 65rmb. Shuttle drop off and pick up to the panda base Swimming pool both indoors and outdoors. I will surely book again Gave my daughter cake for her birthday which was really great

I checked in before but forgot to issue an invoice. I contacted the hotel today and the guest service manager Serena who answered the phone immediately helped me to issue an invoice. She was enthusiastic and patient and quickly solved the problem for the guest. She deserves praise. If I have the opportunity to come back and stay again, I will choose this hotel and contact Serena to arrange the room. Thumbs up.

We booked a room again after a few days stayed with the Crowne hotel although there was a little problem with our room as the room temperature was very warm and cannot adjust by guest. But it was very impressive with care and action that was taken by the hotel staff after we told them when we were checking out from the hotel. The explanation was given by male staff at that time and the most important is my comments was really taken to their consideration right away during my 2nd stay with the Crowne especially Bellin Liu, who was very pleasant, nice smile, very polite and very informative. She also offering welcome drinks and our breakfast with a great deal. Christina Li is also one of a great receptionist who was taken care us during our 2nd time at the hotel with care and concern, the room with a better temperature was assigned to us. Some care was given to us to meet our expectations. The last but not least is Tina who was also very pleasant and showed her care even after we checked out already. I would like to rate all of the Crowne hotel staff at 5 stars and I will definitely come back again when I am in Chengdu. The Crowne hotel is also recommended to guest who has never visited this hotel yet. Great location, excellent service, beyond’s expectations staff, variety selection for breakfast, spacious room.

Thanks to Xiao Qu's service, it makes it more convenient for me to come here every time I am on a business trip. There is no peculiar smell in the room. I have stayed in so many hotels, and the latte for breakfast here is particularly delicious. I can drink a cup and take one away in a paper cup to refresh myself during the meeting.

This was not a fun trip for us. My father's health was worsened during his tour to China and got him hospitalized at Dujiangyan People's Hospital. My sister and I had to go to Dujiangyan to take care of him. Most of the time we booked the hotel only to sleep and took a bath in turn as one of us need to accompanied him at the hospital. However, Crowne Plaza Dujiangyan had been great, all the staffs are very attentive and willing to help us. I would like to commend Mark Liu as he helped us a lot. From making sure the car went inside the lobby so my father did not need to walk far, adding extra breakfast for us to helped us print some documents for hospital's need. The room service lady was also very sweet to us. The room we stayed was awesome, clean and spacious. However the room was a tad too warm for my liking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dujiangyan.

I went to Chengdu on a business trip and chose Crowne Plaza. The environment is very quiet. Although there are various business activities held from time to time, everything is in order. This is my first time in Chengdu and I have a preliminary understanding of the high quality of the people here. The front desk check-in efficiency is very high and the attitude is kind. Both the brothers and sisters are so professional and polite. Thank you very much for upgrading my room type for free. The room is very soundproof and well-planned. The key is that there is a large balcony for drying clothes. I especially praise the slightly fat aunt in charge of room cleaning in the hotel. She is quick and efficient, always smiling, and amiable. Seeing that I can't get the sun to dry my clothes outside, she took the initiative to help me get a mobile clothes drying rack. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Chengdu
