Crowne Plaza Hotels in Chengdu

I returned to stay after my trip to xiling snow resort and was happy to see Manager Echo at the reception who once again upgraded me again. The room was as large as my previous upgrade and on the level below the top floor, making the view even better than my last stay. Breakfast was as good as can be and I brought my kids to enjoy the pool which was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a good rest and be pampered with great services. Echo is the best person to speak to for advices on the choices of attractions to visit. He could even provide details on tourist locations beyond the city realm and gives you the perfect guide to time your journey as well as relevant information on far-away tourist sites. Thousand thanks to him as it made my holidays all the more merrier!

Amazing hotel! Everything is as per the pictures, lovely and friendly staff, always ready to assist. Breakfast was amazing, variety of choices and affordable at 65rmb. Shuttle drop off and pick up to the panda base Swimming pool both indoors and outdoors. I will surely book again Gave my daughter cake for her birthday which was really great

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center and appreciated its central location—it made exploring the city very easy. The indoor pool was also a nice perk, although be aware that wearing a swim cap is mandatory. If you don’t have one, they’ll charge you 40 yuan, which felt a bit unnecessary. Our room was quite spacious, but definitely showed its age. The decor and overall style felt stuck in the late 90s or early 2000s, which took away a bit from the overall experience. All in all, a decent stay with good amenities, but the hotel could really benefit from a renovation to match the Crowne Plaza name.
