We have good experience with Grace Guo in Cafe K, very helpful and friendly, a very good person and SL employee, thank you Grance!!! So we indeed have few meals in Cafe K. However, the experience in Chinese restaurant 香宫 is awful, food is not good and the tea is so expensive, they charged us RMB250 for a pot of Chinese tea, the red wine is RMB240, omg, very bad. We would not go there again, I mean 香宫.

The hotel is located inside a small building, 13th and 14th floor which was a bit weird. There were a lot of other people who were staying in the building and lift was small so had to wait a few rounds before being able to board the lift to go up to hotel lobby. Had to head up to 14th floor for check in, there was only 2 lift to head up and had bags of rubbish. Was not the best first impression. Check in area was nice with an amazing rooftop view. They served us hot tea upon arrival while waiting for check in. And gave us apple because it was Christmas Day when we arrived. Room was big with balcony, and had basic amenities a traveller will need. Location was quite convenient to find food and transport too.

The room we got was cozy and beautiful, unfortunately there were two things that spoiled our stay. First, the heating system didn’t work well and the room felt too cold when the outside was 2 Celsius degrees. Second, the shower room didn’t have a proper drainage system so the excess water would spill on the room floor. I hope these two things can be fixed soon so other guests can enjoy their stay much more. It’s a great hotel with a very good price-amenities-location
