My partner and I were really impressed with the Crowne Plaza at Felbridge. We had booked a spa day and lunch for 2 through virgin and they were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the start. The spa was in great condition although smaller than you may expect, the treatments were lovely and the staff very nice! The food was also a big surprise as hotel food tends to not be great, but it was amazing! Not sure but the place looks to of had a big refurb in recent times. Can’t recommend enough!

Booked via Holiday Extras for this hotel as we needed a place close to the airport to park our car and stay overnight for our earlier morning flight to Spain. Welcome on arrival first class. Everything was explained clearly and with a smile. Our request for an early morning call noted and carried out on time. Bit of a rush leaving as we tried to catch the shuttle but again staff dealt very quickly with everything and enabled us to catch the shuttle. On arrival back at the hotel after our holiday, again staff on reception very very efficient polite and informative. Room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. We received an Afternoon Tea Voucher as a Christmas present and decided to book for my husband's birthday in June. Upon arrival at the hotel reception desk, we only had to wait a few moments before Donna showed us into one of the lounges where a table was set up for us by a window overlooking the lake and grounds. As it was a beautiful sunny afternoon I asked if we could have tea on the terrace. Donna apologised and said that unfortunately this was not possible so we were initially a little disappointed, however, we were still able to enjoy the view. Our selected coffee with hot milk arrived swiftly and the selection of sandwiches, scones and patisseries quickly followed. All were freshly made and quite delicious. Donna ensured both the coffee and hot milk were replenished as required and looked after us superbly throughout the afternoon. After tea and feeling rather full we took the opportunity to have a walk around the hotel grounds seeing the fish in the lake and the deer grazing amongst the trees on the adjoining golf course. All in all, a very enjoyable afternoon made even better by the June sunshine!

Hotel clean and tidy. Very good location. Bed was big and confy. The room has a big bathroom very well equipped with towels, shampoo and shower gel. The room has also a fridge with cold drinks. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to go to the Terminal and it is close to the bus stop. NIn every floor there are vending L L lmachinesdeerx for snacks and cold drinks. Also you can get tea and coffee.
