The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the staff is very helpful, We would like to thank especially Mr. Güray and Ms. Nawel for their help. We would definitely like to visit again, we recommend this hotel

I stayed for one night here bei g in the city for a football trip. The hotel is everything I would expect from an Ibis, no thrills, but clean, and comfortable. The room was decent and the bed very comfortable and the bathroom was fine albeit fairly small. The breakfast was decent, all you can eat and drink with a selection of hot , cold meats with cheese, fruits, pastries and yoghurts and toast and it all tasted good. Slight complaint that I waited at the bar to get served and was ignored so gave up - but otherwise the staff were fine. Another bonus is the hotel is literally a few minutes walk from Erasmus metro station which is only 20 minutes from the city centre. I would use it again.

ideally situated at transition N_S highway and ring without their noise; excellent bed in quiet room; clean and comfortable toilet, wash basin and shower; very good breakfast with ample choice (3 cereals, nuts and raisins, pastry, bread and jam, eggs, fruit, yogurt, several coffees etc); very decent pizza and spaghetti, snacks and drinks 24/7 in lobby; cheap and safe parking; nice and very good belgian food restaurant in front of hotel; several pubs and restaurant at walking distance.

The hotel is quiet and harmonious for this quality hotel. The hotel is warm and the service is careful and careful. Breakfast is generous and varied and can be taken in the garden according to the weather. The rooms are very comfortable and the green desk in which the hotel is nicked is actually a very pleasant stop in the heart of Waterloo. A very nice place for a short stay or much more (we haven't had the opportunity to discover the restaurant yet!).

Hôtel très basique. Bonne literie mais c'est le seul point positif. La chambre empestait l'odeur de tabac ! Du coup, nous avons dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte assez longtemps pour tenter de l'estomper un peu. Salle de bain archaïque, pas très propre avec un lavabo fêlé. Petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation proposée. Pour une nuit, ça passe mais c'est tout !
