Fairfield by Marriott Hotels in Hangzhou

The pet-friendly Fairfield Inn is truly rare in Hangzhou. Finally, I don't have to stay in small hotels or apartments with inconsistent quality. This alone deserves a positive review. The room facilities are brand new, and the long row of shelves is a great design. It's a large area for clothes, bags, and other sundries, and it's very comfortable to sit on the shelves while playing with the dog. I contacted the front desk guy in advance and added him on WeChat. He made all the requests and followed up with a detailed follow-up, providing solutions for any issues I raised. The restaurant chef and the aunt who disturbed me were both very welcoming. Perhaps because they had a pet, the aunt who cleaned the room at noon knocked softly on the door, saying she didn't dare to knock loudly. 😂

The room is clean and sanitary, and the long sofa is very comfortable. Electric curtains. The front desk service is good, breakfast and bottled water are provided, warm and considerate. The surrounding environment is good, there are many rotating restaurants below, and Yintai Department Store and Impression City are about 10-20 minutes' walk around. Free laundry, dry cleaning, and gym.

Great location with easy access to all other sightseeing spots. However, they have a special arrangement on AirCon since the hotel is linked to the other building so they won't have AC on until summer. Just so happened when we were there, the weather was quite hot. But the hotel staff are friendly and considerate to give out cold water and offer a remote AC to our room. Overall, we are satifised!

For the last night in Jiaxing, Yanguan and Hangzhou, I chose Fairfield by Marriott. It was a wise choice. It is very close to Xiaohezhi Street and Dadou Road Historical and Cultural Street. After being scared by the crowded traffic at West Lake, it was really nice to stay here. The hotel’s service and rooms are much better than those of the old star hotels by the West Lake in the previous two nights! Although it is a double standard room, the 1.4-meter bed is enough for two people to sleep in, so for me who needs to book a family room every time I travel, the cost performance is very high. The room type is also quite satisfactory, the sanitary napkins are separated into dry and wet areas, and there is also a safe in the room, which is very convenient! Finally, I would like to mention that Jason at the front desk is very nice. He can really be said to be a hotel person. He has a strong sense of service, and is proactive, enthusiastic and thoughtful! Good staff are the hotel's signature!

The hotel is ok. The nearest restaurants are 1.5 km away. We could see the lake from our room 644, but our friends couldn't see it at all from their room 628. Although we paid more and chose a room with a lake view. Check with the hotel if they will provide a room with a lake view if that is important to you.

It is very convenient to travel by car. It takes only a few minutes to get off the highway. It is close and convenient to eat at Yintai City opposite. The hotel will open in 2025. The environment is brand new, comfortable and clean. The room space is also large. The service attitude is very good. The room was also upgraded. Nice hotel, good size for up to 2 travelers. The room was very comfortable, and the design was very smart, it didn’t make it feel like a small room, it was actually very spacious. The room also smelled great and fresh. Would definitely stay here again!

The check process took longer than expected, the person kept on asking for unnecessary information,where as the passport was in their hands, the sound proofing is not that good you are awoken by the noise from the traffic outside,the breakfast was just sub par ,would not recommend

Very satisfied with the hotel's facilities, especially the laundry room. When the clothes are dirty and need to be washed immediately, there are washing machines and dryers to get them done in 3 hours. I go out to do things while doing laundry, and when I come back, I get clean clothes. Thumbs up 👍

Newly opened hotel, a little smell, but fortunately there is a purifier for delivery, very close to the subway, the first round of mini bar is free, thank you George at the front desk for the advance call communication, upgraded the room on the high floor, very satisfied with the stay.
