Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Hangzhou

Love this hotel location, as it is strategically located on the right side of the Hangzhou railway station, and only 3 min walking distance. The Cheng Zhan (城站 地铁站）metro is also directly opposite the hotel, less than 2 min walk. This hotel stay is one of the best experiences, especially because of the helpful and friendly front staff, Mr. Sam Xia. He shared his experiences of 西湖 with me and also recommended me places to have my meals. He even offered his mobile number to me when I told him I needed a local number to order from Dianping app. I also got a late check out at 4pm! All thanks to him. The deluxe king room is spacious and the bed is so comfortable. Laundry and dryer are free of charge, and breakfast spread is nice too. Only downside is the gym where the weights are few and the ventilation is quite poor. Will strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to Hangzhou for holiday!

The front desk service is very enthusiastic, the breakfast is also good with a lot of variety, it is not far from the riverside and you can take a walk in the evening. Free parking is very convenient for us when we travel, and we will choose this place again next time.

A spacious huge room in a new hotel. A large, even probably huge, shower room. Close to the airport and transfers from 5 a.m. The only thing is that not all cards know about the location of the hotel, because the building is literally new. So for those who want to take the subway, you definitely need exit A from the Xingang station.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is not too bad. It's about 10-15 mins walk away from Hangzhou East Railway station. There isn't a pick-up point (at least not that we are aware of) so this might be a little inconvenient when getting a didi ride. There are also warning/deterrence notices of illegal activities in the room, main lobby and common areas in the hotel which do not seem very reassuring. We visited other towns/cities prior to our stay in HZ and this was the first time we saw so many of such notices in a hotel. It kind of make us feel uncomfortable but we decided to still stay as it was just a short trip.

The front desk service was very enthusiastic. It was a very satisfactory stay. I had a particularly good impression of the front desk attendant Smile. The room was quite large, the transportation was convenient, and it was close to the subway entrance. I will stay here again next time [Happy]

A little isolated from the metro and building work nearby, but it was fine for 1 night… lovely staff (Belle’s english is excellent) and very very clean room

This hotel is located very close to the metro. The check in was very smooth. Ms Zoe at the reception was very kind and super helpful. She even upgraded my breakfast to the Holiday Inn breakfast which was a lavish spread compared to the normal Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The property was clean. The room was spacious. Good amenities. I would definitely stay here again next time. Again a special mention to Ms Zoey for making my stay comfortable. House keeping staff was also kind to give me extra bottles of water.

The room is clean and tidy, and the location is good. It is right by the Qiantang River, and it is very convenient to take a taxi to anywhere. The breakfast is also very rich. The room is facing south, and it is also far from the road, so it is also very quiet. In short, it is a good hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel! It has a great location near a walking street and some other famous places. It was a nice and quiet night that made it relaxing to sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was average and it was okay to try it the first time but the second day, we ate outside. Note: It’s actually cheaper to buy the breakfast in person than on the Trip.com app. At first, I decided not to pay online and then found out the price when we arrived wasn’t much. 😊

The location is excellent for people coming to Hangzhou to attend sports event in Huanglong Sports Center .The service of the staff is excellent in front desk and rooms , the staff will try their best in giving information and whatever if is possible that the hotel can offer such as late check out for those having late flights .
