Hotels in West Lake, Lingyin Temple Scenic Area, Hangzhou

Staying at Haoyi just before golden week, our previously booked room do not have window but they have offered free-updating to room with window for us. The staff can speak English, he’s very nice & supportive. Will come back when we back to Hangzhou next time 👍😊

We spend a brilliant weekend in Hangzhou at the Zhejiang Hotel. Excellent location to metro line 1 as well as Wulin night market, and great room service. West lake was beautiful in the evening sun, despite the traffic control areas. Also the old hotel heating system gave us some discomfort as this very hot weekend left our room at 28c with only a weak fan. The National Tea Museum is a must-see, relaxing and well curated. Overall, very satisfied.

Location is very good although I didn't managed to travel with the nearby MRT. Lots of eateries, shopping mall and convenient stores nearby. Even the famous souvenir shop Zhi Wei Guan main branch just within walking distance. The initial room assigned to us was clean but with a very strong moldy smell even i opened up the windows after few hours. Receptionist is kind enough to upgrade a room on the same floor to me when i returned from sightseeing. Breakfast selections is ok with choices of local and international cuisines.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and it really did not disappoint us! Love this hotel! U will be greeted by friendly staff and nice fragrance in the hotel lobby. There is also robot service but we did not get to use it. The hotel even provided a full set of Dyson hair dryer which helped styled my hair everyday! We had a bit of problem connecting the wifi in the room and they immediately sent help our way! They used their personal number to register and patiently helped connect for all our devices. Then again, this is something they should really look into for their non-Chinese citizen guests who does not have china number to register, it's such a hassle and time consuming to connect. 24hour marts are right across the street and there are a few small eateries behind the hotel. No complaints. Highly recommended!

The receptionist ~ 小周 is very attentive and thoughtful. The hotel is located very near the metro therefore it is very convenient and easy to travel. The West Lake and various scenic spots are nearby too. There are also many food stalls nearby. The hotel is fairly new and is beautiful decorated. Room is comfortable to live in. Washing machine and dryer provided.

Hefang hotel is very good. Close to shopping area and the lake. The service is very good. Amenities are plenty. We love the buffet popcorn and soda at the lobby, very good, my family love it so much. So enjoy staying here. Only small issue, not satisfied that they have the ceiling fixed without painting in one of small room. Just doesn't look good. Overall is fine. Will come back again for sure.

There isn't word to describe the fabulous stay in qiyupai! More than excellent in all aspects. First, the east meets west interior design is outstanding, love the zen tatami spacious room with a bathtub concept. Cosy living room area with a chinese tea set relaxing couch potato 🥔 experience. Right outside the room entrance is a unique bamboo garden. The service is top notch, too. Conceige offered help to do laundry overnight at free of charge. Really, you will regret not to stay at this premise. Centralized location with night market selling local delicacy and handicraft :]

Hotel is equipped with AI xiao du which is can perform simple commands such as opening the curtains, receptionist and housekeepers are helpful and friendly. Room is very clean (approved by an OCD) me. Location is about 15mins walk to the west lake and the famous shopping spot in77.

The hotel location is perfect, at very happening street, many eateries and mall nearby, near to train station too, hotel located very near to West Lake within very short walking distance, where musical fountain located and also can take the boat ride and buggy from there. Hotel included breakfast as well, quite many choices. Room facing main street, but the noise still acceptable because we are not early sleep people, room size ok for us, 2 big 2 small luggage, one thing not good is the toilet door is half transparent.
