I was really satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this trip! The room was clean and tidy, spotless, and the details were carefully considered. It was so comfortable for people with severe mysophobia. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the service was even better. From the warm and thoughtful front desk check-in to the quick response to various needs during the stay, the staff showed extremely high professionalism, which made people feel warm. Afternoon tea was provided every day, and the children had a lot of fun eating, drinking and playing. The most touching thing was that the staff saw that we had another trip, so they brought a lot of delicious food for the children and accompanied us until we set off. The hotel is in a very good location, a few minutes drive from the Ice and Snow World, and parking is also convenient in the courtyard. There are many delicious foods around. I rarely write reviews, and these words are really from the heart.

Our room was at the back of the 8th floor. It was very comfortable and the service was very good. The hotel provided fruits and water, as well as frozen pears (which I really liked). I would like to remind you that the hotel has roasted sweet potatoes at night. I smelled roasted sweet potatoes when I came back a few days ago and thought that the hotel staff ate them themselves. It turned out that they could be given to guests. Hahahaha, what a surprise. I took one when I went out at night. It warmed my hands and was edible. I liked it. The cleaning sister was also very polite and cleaned in a timely manner. I have to give her a thumbs up. The only drawback is that the breakfast was not very delicious. I stayed at Manxin Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was an overall fantastic experience! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Sofia Church, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. We booked two rooms, and both were spacious with a beautifully designed bathroom. The heated toilet seat was a thoughtful touch, especially during the winter months. One of the highlights was ordering food through ******* – the delivery came via a super cute delivery bot, which was a fun and unique experience! The front desk staff and housekeeping attendants were extremely warm and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also offers a self-service laundromat, with two washers and two dryers. Although there was a bit of a wait to use them, it's great that the hotel provides this service for guests. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. A big thank you to the team at Manxin Hotel for making our visit so memorable!
