It's really good. When I took my family out, even my picky parents said it was great value. The hygiene was very good, the room was spacious and very quiet. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. Seeing that we were bringing the elderly, he even upgraded the room for free👍

Good place to stay! I do recommend this hotel if you like comfort and cheap prices in a good part of the city, reached of good restaurants nearby and good neighborhood to walk in.

The hotel location is so good, surrounding by so many restaurants, luckin coffee, supermarket, etc. So, you can easily ordering online food 外卖。This one I’ve bought is 口水鸡, only cost around 23rmb. And for this room type, SO GOOD. Because it’s a 2 floor’s room. Which is the bed is place on the 2nd floor. And for the 1st floor, seems like a Family room (there’s a TV, you can sing Chinese song there). For the bathroom, it’s so clean & modern. The toilet can be warm while you sit down there. And the hair dryer so fast to drying your hair. And the ayi (aunty), also can clean your room if you stay there more than 2 days. FYI, this room placed on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Don’t forget, they also have the laundry room on 3rd floor. From this hotel to The Bund 外滩 or Yu Park 豫园 it’s only cost around 40RMB by taxi (can be lower or higher depends on the traffic jam). Because it’s kinda far from the Metro Station, that’s why I choose to use a taxi. That’s all, TOTALLY IT’S A GOOD HOTEL WITH THIS PRICE. Cleaness not too good, but the Service from homestay owner is magnificent. Fast response and so kind service....the homestay itself it's quite good and comfortable.it's just on a third floor with stairs, so like me with big and more than one baggage is quite tasking to lift it up to third floor. Location about 300meters from Shanxi South metro station.

Staffs are nice including reception and housekeeper. We arrived at the hotel around 9 am with big luggage, so the reception checked the availability of the room and luckily we can early check in without fee. The location is good about less than 2 min from exit 10 at Zhongshan station. You can find Family Mart and Lawson around there. It is located near the mall and the park. If I arrived in Shanghai again, I am sure to stay there again. One thing that I wonder is pre-authorization fee still not back to my account, but it matters about the bank I guest. The 2 counter staff was totally unhelpful. Checked in on an evening where the weather was extremely cold. Counter staff saw us struggling with our luggages to enter the hotel premise and made no move to assist. The wooden floor of my hotel room has some gaps in it and may be a hazard since you may trip on those holes and fall. Not able to locate any staff at the counter when i checked out during early hours to catch my 8am flight. Should have 2 chairs in the room. Hotel room is of decent size for 3 adults and there are 2 tvs in the room.

It takes about half an hour to cool down. It is too hot and it is very cold at 26 degrees at night. When the wind speed is automatic, there is not much noise. There is no breakfast, but there are breakfast shops downstairs. , there are also two Shandong pancake restaurants, which is very convenient. In addition, it only takes three minutes to walk to Li'an Park. It is very close to the entrance of the Upper Outer Ring Road and not far from Qibao. The snacks in Qibao Old Street and the signature plain noodles of Qibao Temple are both good. The nearby Weijing Impression City, Zhongsheng, There are also many restaurants in Zhonggeng Roaming City.

I booked the hotel because I had an early flight in the morning and wanted a short distance to PVG. From the subway station East Huaxia Rd. it is about one km to walk. The room had everything i needed. The window was on the streetside, but this area is quiet in the night, so I slept very well. I didn't use it, but the room has also a small kitchen part including a washing machine.
