"A fantastic experience! The rooftop infinity pool created an amazing ambiance, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and friendly. The location is convenient for getting around and exploring, and it was great to come back after a day out and be able to relax and rest."

"The room was very cozy, and the family room happened to be Frozen-themed, which was perfect. The check-in process was smooth. A butler had also reached out to us beforehand; they knew we were driving, so they added us on WeChat and sent the address, which was all very thoughtful. The complimentary happy hour was a simple buffet dinner, offering about 5-6 dishes, which was decent and enough to fill us up. The pool was excellent."

"The room was up to the standard I’d expect from a Grand Hyatt anywhere in the world. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were helpful overall, but most didn’t speak English, and they sometimes seemed a little impatient when we struggled to understand their Chinese, even though one of our friends spoke some basic Chinese. I wish the service had felt a bit warmer and more welcoming. The swimming pool was good, and the gym had all the essentials for a decent workout. The breakfast, however, was a little below average and could use some improvement. Overall, I’d stay here again, especially considering the price. The facilities and room quality were solid, but a friendlier attitude from the staff would have made the experience much better."

Hygienic: clean and tidy, the children we brought booked a parent-child room, the room has a small private soup, very convenient, the boss said that every time it will be disinfected, his own children will sometimes soak. Our baby can't soak it. Environment: There is a swimming pool in the yard, dinner can be done on the top floor, and there is also a farmhouse next door, which is very convenient.
