"The JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an really exceeded my expectations! Its location is super convenient, right next to the subway, making it easy to get to the North Station and the airport – no worries about transportation at all. The 38th-floor sky lobby is incredibly grand, with a Tang Dynasty-inspired design blended with modern luxury, creating an amazing ambiance that's perfect for photos. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and the high-floor windows offer expansive views. The bedding is comfortable and skin-friendly, and the bathroom amenities are high-quality, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, including not only standard Western dishes but also authentic Shaanxi specialties like Roujiamo and Zenggao – full of local flavor! The hotel's service is attentive and thoughtful; check-in at the front desk was efficient and fast. A big shout-out to Lester at the front desk! All the staff members were gentle and polite, paying great attention to detail. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the facilities are new and well-maintained. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Truly worthy of being a high-end brand under Marriott; the experience was perfect! Staying here in Xi'an is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!"

"Just a wonderful place — one of those moments when the online description perfectly matches reality. ✨ For work and otherwise, I’ve often stayed in various hotels across China, so I have something to compare it to. What matters to me: a comfortable mattress — neither too firm nor too soft — an orthopedic pillow, cleanliness, an openable window, a quiet room, a mosquito net, and a laundry room in the hotel. The rest are nice bonuses: a deep bathtub, the ability to brew tea right in the room, and drinks and snacks included. Afternoon tea, an evening snack, and breakfast in the room — very pleasant service. 🙌🏻 The interior is elegant, reminiscent of a good spa — blackout curtains, tall doors, minimalism… calm and cozy. The location is in the city center, about a 15‑minute walk from the Muslim Quarter, the Drum Tower, and the Bell Tower. The hotel manager, Ms. Wang Fang, was especially kind — she is very knowledgeable about history and culture and a delightful conversationalist. Now is a great time of year to visit Xi’an. By the way, in central China, only Chinese‑style sockets are often available, so keep that in mind."

"We were traveling to Xining and made a stop in Xi'an to visit the impressive Qin historical sites, which is why we stayed here. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering direct access to both the high-speed rail station and highway exits via the city's ring road. This ensures quick, traffic-free travel, making it perfect for a self-driving stopover. The room was, as always, impeccably clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was also excellent. We plan to stay here again on our return journey."

"Shijingli Zhufengtang Hot Spring Hotel provided excellent service. They offered a 'panda car' shuttle to pick us up from the parking lot. In the afternoon, despite the hot weather outside, soaking in the spacious outdoor hot tub was incredibly comfortable, with sun umbrellas providing perfect shade. My child played happily in it for over an hour! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The resort also featured a wide array of evening performances and activities, along with complimentary sweet soup, fruit, and even Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to try. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we would definitely love to visit again!"

"The hotel's location is excellent; it's not in the city center, but it's very convenient. There are many great restaurants nearby, no need to wait for a table, and taxis are easy to find. Plus, if you rent a car, you get free underground parking! The breakfast is absolutely top-tier for a hotel. The roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was even better than the ones I bought outside over the past two days! The coffee beans are high quality, and the coffee is fragrant, and the fruit is sweet. Since I stayed for three days, I tried most of the snacks; the sour soup dumplings and mutton soup with flatbread are also available at breakfast, definitely give them a try. The design of the twin room is simply brilliant. The beds are miles apart, each with its own bedside lamp, so you don't disturb each other. It's the best choice for business trips or traveling with friends. What's more, the bathtub, shower, and toilet are three separate rooms, which is incredibly convenient and avoids any squabbles. Upon check-in, I received a 'doggy cuddle coupon' which allows you to interact with super cute dogs! Dog lovers will be thrilled. This was my best hotel stay experience. The service at Grand Hyatt Xi'an is simply outstanding among all Grand Hyatt hotels. Before I even checked in, Cherry from the front desk contacted me to confirm my check-in time, room preferences, and any special requests. When I checked in, she explained how to use the pet interaction coupon and helped me register my rental car for free parking. During my stay, even for small requests like needing a bottle of water or shampoo, she responded instantly. I later found out she was actually on vacation when she was replying! Because my stay was so fantastic, on the second day, I even convinced my friends who were also in Xi'an for an event to switch from their hotels and come stay at the Grand Hyatt! I'll definitely be back next time!!!"

It's incredibly well-designed, blending the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty with modern style, perfectly showcasing the timeless beauty of Xi'an."

"When I travel, my priority is always accommodation over food. Last year, I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton to the south, and this time I chose a Sheraton. I'm definitely more inclined to leave a positive review for this Sheraton. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel easy with great connectivity and no traffic jams. The surroundings are peaceful, and the large lawn across the street is a real highlight. While the service and dining options meet the expected star-rated standards, there's absolutely nothing to fault. So, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time."

The boss is very attentive and enthusiastic because the boss who lived for the exam drove to the exam room in the morning. It was very good. There seems to be hot springs nearby.
